The accommodation is exactly what we were looking for, namely a cottage that can accommodate 6 couples of friends in good conditions. In addition, the house is ideally located, by the sea and close to shops. The different equipment made available to us gave us total satisfaction, which allowed us to have a very pleasant stay. Great location for Cabourg beach and town, proximity to Caen ferry easy for UK visitors. Road a little noisy out front but it was a French National Holiday so busier than usual. Lovely layout, good kids games/puzzles. Netflix also a bonus. Good coffee machine and kitchen equipment.

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage. The location is absolutely ideal: just a short walk to the charming village, close to the beach, and right by a little forest, which our little dog enjoyed exploring. The cottage itself is cozy, very well-equipped, and just the right size for two people. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. There is a nice little garden, with an incredible view stretching out over the sea – and the sunsets are beautiful to watch. Valérie and Christophe were great hosts – super responsive to any question we had. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to come back!

The amazing, esthetic & clean house has a lot of charm and is arranged with extraordinary love to details. We fell in love with the accommodation, the town, the great beach & promenade, the sunsets there and the friendly people. It’s the perfect place to slow down, recover, enjoy life and recharge. Being close to Bayeux, Caen, D-Day landing places - it offers a lot of activities and places to visit and enjoy. Hopefully we will be able to come back here again. Sophie is an extraordinary super host! Proactive, supportive, friendly, nice, clear and fast in communication.

Perfect! A fantastic home in a great location. The home has everything you need, lovely garden, off street parking and a short walk to the beach. Fantastic location on Gold beach for D-Day site seeing and within good distance of the other D-Day beaches. Beatrice and team were great, easy to communicate with and clear instructions. We stayed for a weekend with friends (12 people) at Villa Boubou where Philippe welcomed us warmly and we had a great time. Passionate about American vehicles, we were able to discuss the subject, a good time of sharing. The guardian cat of the😉😄 place is adorable and did not fail to welcome us and spend time with us. Top Amenities. Villa Boubou is a good alternative and well located for visiting museums and landing beaches. A little plus, a bakery located 50 meters away and a supermarket with its drive and gas 500 meters away. We highly recommend Villa Boubou and its hosts Karine & Plilippe. Laurence and Christophe

We needed a place to stay in Caen with our dog so we could explore the area and Arnaud’s place was absolutely perfect. The location is very central and yet also very private with it’s completely enclosed garden. We were welcomed personally and immediately felt at home and comfortable. It is quiet and peaceful, and ideal for our dog who just wanted to relax in the shade. All of the things inside worked perfectly and the home itself is very well equipped. We highly recommend Arnaud’s place and will stay there again when we visit Caen.

The concierge, Mr. Chrétien, welcomed us warmly. He is really friendly, smiling and gave us good advice on places to visit in Cabourg. We easily found a parking space in the street. The apartment, located on the 2nd floor, is clean and bright. The bed is comfortable, as is the sofa. The rest is also very good, except for a small flaw: the toilets are really cramped and difficult to access. Outside, the green spaces are well maintained and the swimming pool, in full sun, is really great!

Fantastic property to stay in. House is immaculate, clean and resides in a beautiful area of a quiet village. With country side walks on the door step and a short drive to a lovely beach town that has restaurants, bakery and historical sites allows plenty to enjoy. Heated pool and outside areas match the standards presented inside the property and all together make a very comfortable stay. Line is a great host and very helpful. Overall very happy and would recommend this beautiful house.

Hi The property was great for the 2 of us and as with us was ideal for motorcycles as it has underground secure parking with a lift opposite straight up to the apartment . 15-20 minute walk along the sea front into Cabourg . I would have liked normal beds but the fold down couches were also ok . I would stay there again .

We were delighted with our stay. We were 4 adults, 3 teenagers and 2 dogs. A small courtyard allowed the dogs to be outside when we were there. The seaside was nearby for nice walks . Tours of cultural places not too far by car. The house is very nice and its marine decoration is very nice. There is everything you need for the kitchen, catering, bedrooms, and bathroom. A big thank you to Véronique for this change of scenery and this atypical house.

We spent a very good time in St Aubin and the house was spotless, a street from the beach, restaurants. its location is perfect for visiting war museums, D-Day beaches, Juno Beach being just few minutes walking from the house. Instructions and communication about the house etc went smoothly.

The place was even more amazing than the description & photos, we were delighted with our choice to recharge with our children and dog. Impeccable ✨cleanliness, very comfortable bedding. We had not opted for the sheets in additional service, but have no doubt that it is prepared with profesionalism as for everything else. Good quality duvets and pillows were available to install our own sheets. Quality kitchen equipment. Very nice 🏠location, and offers direct beach access, surrounded by incredible architectures along the walkway. 🚗 during this time, we had easily found an alley spot 100 m away. very weak phone 🛜 reception in these places, but the internet wifi of the accommodation makes it possible to fill this lack. 🙏For this perfect set, thank you ✨

We had a short but truly lovely stay! A perfect place for our family--we could all spread out a bit after a week sharing hotel rooms. Loved the location--the views were charming. Proximity to Bayeux was excellent--less than a five minute drive to the town center parking lots. Very clean, clear instructions, and thoughtfully stocked kitchen (though we didn't cook!). We'd definitely return. Thank you for a great stop on our road trip.

We had a great birthday weekend with good weather. Everyone was happy! Practical house for people with reduced mobility, large families and dogs who were able to enjoy the garden. Very responsive and attentive host. To be repeated.

It was a perfect stay near the beach. The house is amazing and truly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at. Everything is thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail, and all the amenities you could wish for are provided. We stayed with our dog, and the fenced yard was perfect for spending extra time outside or relaxing in the sun. We felt right at home at Anne and Julien’s place and can wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.

Fantastic stay with my husband and dog Frank! Great ground floor apartment for dog, easy location to walk to town, local bar and walks along the beach. Supermarket just up the road. Apartment was super clean and had everything if you need. Great secure car parking too. Thank you for a fantastic stay! :)

Awesome stay in this cute house! So so clean with lovely linens. Great kitchen set up- we loved the juicer for orange pressé! Amazing having the gym and used badminton rackets for some evening fun. Really easy to get to a little town for bread and croissants, vegetables and even a mini market. We visited Bayeux, Deauville and Honfleur really easily and it was lovely to come out of the towns and back to this house! Thank you- we loved it!!
