Townhome holiday rentals in Bernalillo County

We had a wonderful stay at Carl's place - my company was touring in ABQ, so we had a group staying at both the properties. It was perfectly clean, and I appreciated that there were enough bathrooms - no bathroom conflict is great. The checkin was so easy; it's so nice to use a doorcode and not have to remember a key. The neighborhood felt safe and comfortable, and we enjoyed the stay immensely. Thank you!

Carl made our stay memorable and comfortable. We traveled from California to my daughters graduation, we arrived a few hours early and he accommodated our arrival and allowed us early. That was a huge relief as we were tired from the road trip. I definitely would rent the beautiful home again. Everything very clean.

Had a brief stay but place was very well-kept. Good location, close to places to eat as well as a nice running trail near the Rio Grande.

My family and I had a great time here! My family are newcomers to Airbnb and were concerned about the process of getting in without me there. They managed just fine with detailed instructions and the help of the Ivrie team. Everyone that I engaged with on the team were very professional and friendly. As for the home, the images did not do the size justice. Way more spacious for a town than expected. The home was at a standard cleanness. The master bedroom shower was my favorite feature :) (I highly recommend to unwind at the end of a long day). The 2nd upstairs bathroom offered heated floors and motion sensor lights which was nice as it was cold at night. Overall, our experience was great! Would highly recommend Ivrie Homes. Looking forward to exploring their other home options too!

Jack's condo was a hidden gem in an oasis. I really loved that it was in a gated community and I felt very safe. It's very close to downtown and Uptown and about 15 min from Balloon Fiesta Park. It was in a perfect location. Jack communicated very well with any questions that I had. I would definitely stay here again if his condo is available.

house was in a great location house had some stains on carpet which is understandable with it being a rental. house was way bigger in sq footage then i expected, the master bedroom is the size of an average living room!! beds were comfortable def has the retro vibe which is cool

Our stay here was fantastic from start to finish. Checking in was a breeze—the place was easy to find, the instructions were clear, and the flexible entry made everything stress-free. The home itself was spotless and well organized, with a kitchen that genuinely sparkled. It matched the listing perfectly, and we loved the charming little guidebooks waiting for us. The neighborhood is pleasant, though having a car makes getting around much easier; we didn’t run into any problems. All in all, this Airbnb offers excellent quality at a very reasonable price, and we’d gladly stay here again!

Great location, great price, great home

This was our second time at Ariel’s Airbnb and it won’t be our last! We were visiting family and it’s hard to find hotels near residential neighborhoods. This Airbnb was a great spot for us to be walking distance from family while still have a space where we could work remotely. The Airbnb is thoughtfully stocked, and even had toys for our niece to play with when she came over. The kitchen is great for cooking meals and we appreciated the laundry room so we didn’t have to deal with dirty clothes when we returned home. Target is just a couple blocks away in case you forget anything. The location is super convenient, especially with a car, since it’s pretty much in the middle of the city.

Wonderful quiet safe neighborhood, ideal for some morning runs. The house is very comfortable and extremely clean, well stocked. Lewis is very nice and helpful. Easy 👍🏽 for this one.

Dee was a great host! The home was so comfy and when we entered we got a warm and cozy feeling. She was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

Gorgeous place in a beautiful neighborhood of Albuquerque! This spot was perfect for me and my large group of friends, great space and decor and so convenient to all of the wonderful shops and restaurants of Nob Hill, while still feeling quiet and private. Thank you so much!

Our stay was really nice and we loved the house - everything was perfect. It is very convenient if you need to be in far East Albuquerque or the East Sandia mountain area. We would definitely stay here again!

Michelle was an awesome host. She made us feel right at home and took care of any concerns immediately. (It was just the AC not being plugged in). We loved the turtles and garden. We will definitely stay again!

Loved this spot in Albuquerque! The location was amazing — we walked to the Sawmill Market for dinner and snacks twice (loved Neko Neko!) and made several trips to Old Town on foot. The place itself was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. We couldn't have asked for more!

There aren't enough words to describe the pleasure and comfort we got from staying at this townhouse. From the fabulous view to the responsiveness from Mark, the host. Our circumstances for being in Albuquerque were difficult but staying here was safe, comfortable, quiet and peaceful. Mark went out of his way to make our stay beyond our expectations. The townhouse has all that you would need to make your stay enjoyable and unforgettable. We would definitely try to stay here again if this townhouse is available. It was well worth the price and Mark was an incredible host. Thank you Mark for the hospitality.

Amazing host and amazing place to stay for the long weekend

We enjoyed our stay here. There were many nearby restaurants and our favorite was the Cracker Barrel. Next time, we will BBQ in the backyard grill. Highly recommend this beautiful, clean, and private retreat-feeling condo. Serge was prompt and friendly. I will be booking it again.

Keeley’s place was overall nice. The primary bedroom was very comfortable, however in one of the smaller rooms the bottom part of the trundle bed was unusable, the sheets were covered in dirt and dog hair and the mattress was very worn. The kitchen was lacking a few essentials, such as salt and hand soap. Parking was near impossible many evenings. The neighbors consistently took up the entire parking lot, parking in front of Keeleys garage as well. We had to ask the neighbors to move their car a few times so we could get into the garage. It seemed as though they were having friends over/having a party, lots of smoking, drinking, yelling etc, so not sure if it’s like that every day, or just this particular weekend. There is no on street parking, so this is something to consider if you are bringing more than one vehicle. Keeley was a very responsive host and we appreciated the clear instructions to find the unit and to get inside. Overall it was a nice stay!
