Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Bernalillo County

This marks my third attempt at writing a review; I'm not sure what's happening with the website. Normally, I would have quit, but that wouldn't be fair to the host. This incredible host is one reason I'm working on my patience. When you encounter someone who is consistently respectful and courteous, it's truly remarkable and deeply valued. The host's communication from beginning to end exceeded what I can express. The promptness and attention to detail were exceptional. The house was close to several amenities within a short drive. The neighborhood was serene and tranquil. The home was stunning. Spotlessly clean and updated. I would certainly suggest this house to anyone, and I look forward to enjoying my next visit

We felt right at home and comfortable immediately. Located in a great area of town, it was easy to find and a great home base for our weekend in Albuquerque. The beds were comfortable as was the kitchen and living room - accommodating us with plenty of extra room. The backyard was lovely and serene. Having access to the garage was a huge plus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return in the future.

We don't have a guest room but live in the neighborhood, so I rented Sol's AirBnB for my elderly parents to come visit. The place was clean and comfortable for them during their stay! Sol was super communicative, friendly, and even got in touch to make sure everything was squeaky clean when my parents checked in.

If you are planning to stay in Albuquerque for a few days, this is the place you want to be. Roy thought of all the comforts of home. The linens were were soft and comfortable, the place was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and the big screen TV was perfect for for movie night. Everything was great!

Lovely stay! The location for us was perfect as it was around the corner from a friend and only 5 min from the airport. The outdoor space is gorgeous and we wished we could have used it more. Aaron and Chantel are incredibly responsive hosts and usually got back to us with minutes. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Love this home beautiful clean and very spacious!!! My family and I enjoyed our stay we came down for my daughter’s last dance competition and my other daughter’s basketball tournament. Home was in a quiet neighborhood with a park literally around the corner! Dog park located not far as well. Really cool to be by Netflix studios. Also the drive back into Albuquerque from the home we got lucky and had a plane fly right over us!!! So definitely a beat experience staying at this home!! Also host was very clearly responsive with any questions! Definitely a 5 star stay!

We had a great stay in this wonderfully updated Mid-Century gem in the heart of Nob Hill. We appreciated the nice crib, high chair and stroller, and we all had fun playing mini-golf in the backyard. When I had a hard time getting in the front door (my fault entirely), Adam responded immediately. Shout out to the house cleaner who had the place sparkling clean and inviting when we arrived. Loved the location close to lots of restaurants, bars, La Montanita Food Co-op, shopping, coffee houses, and the Guild Cinema. Five stars!

Julio’s place was perfect! I stayed here with a friend for about 3 months for a travel nurse assignment and it was great! The house is cozy, updated, and has all the amenities you would need! The backyard was a nice plus and we spent several nights grilling! The house is located in a safe neighborhood and not far from several restaurants and grocery stores. Julio is one of the best air bnb hosts I have met. He was very quick to respond, friendly, and on top of everything! If I ever come back to Albuquerque, I will definitely be staying in one of Julio’s properties!

stayed with our family, including in laws and had plenty of space. the grounds were great for the kids pool and vineyards are beautiful. we could see the balloon ascension from the property. hosts are delightful and the snack hall was an added bonus!

Our family had a wonderful stay here. We loved the open, modern and bright kitchen/dining area large enough to accommodate our family of 6. Was really nice that each bedroom has an updated private bath and large screen tv. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, neighborhood felt very safe with many people strolling the area walking dogs and visiting with neighbor's. We would 100% stay here again when visiting the area.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The unit is a basement apartment located within 20 minutes of Albuquerque yet in a mountain setting, surrounded by Ponderosa Pines. It's minutes away from the ski resort and crest of the mountain with lots of hiking and biking options as well. The unit is tastefully decorated in a lodge theme with plenty of attention to detail. Brad was a great host and very responsive. We will definitely stay here next time we are in the area.

Loved it! Very clean and peaceful, felt safe and it was not hard to find, everything was comfy and the neighborhood is very quiet. Rick was communicative and very nice!

Rick was fantastic to work with & so was his place. Just what we needed. We were in town for a good friend’s funeral, & Rick’s place was a great refuge between busy & emotional engagements for us.

Great cozy location near the Zoo and Tingley Beach.

Amazing. Clean, quiet and well-equipped. A wonderful place.
