Holiday rentals with a patio in Berkley

absolutely amazing! super close to everything I wanted to do, Colin was easily available if I needed him. apartment was exactly as advertised, will definitely book again next year!

We had a good stay and the location was perfect for our home base. The beds were quite comfy, which is always nice since you never know what kind of mattress you'll be sleeping on until you have to sleep on it. The hosts were very nice, easy to communicate with and very responsive. The Airbnb was super cute with tons of space. We did have an issue with hot water while we were there, but Rachel was quick to respond and help resolve it. One thing of note is that the walls are crazy thin and you can hear almost everything on either side, as people were staying in those adjacent apartments. Thankfully, everyone was respectful and quiet at night. With that said, definitely bring an eye mask and ear plugs for sleeping if you are sensitive to noise and light while you sleep. The bedrooms face 9 mile and it's a busy downtown where people are out and about late due to being a popular night life area. The location was perfect for us. We loved being able to walk to so many shops and restaurants.

What an excellent stay at the Phunky Pheasant! It was so close to the action. Just a close walk to Michigan Ave, and then a bit further Michigan Central and the rest of Corktown. Everything else was a super close drive / Uber. Allison & Anthony were the most gracious hosts, continually checking in to ensure our needs were met. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at more well appointed, thoughtfully curated airbnb. This one is a keeper, folks!

Amazing place to stay. Had all the amenities mentioned and more. Felt like a home with all the necessities included. Clean rooms and washrooms, easy check-in and responsive. Good place for a weekend get away

The beds were amazingly comfortable. It was so nice to have our own bathroom. Great place for a couples getaway. This location is on the third floor so be ready and able to up a few flights. So close to downtown, would recommend.

A perfect stay. Duda's place is so calm, peaceful, and beautiful. My boyfriend and I enjoyed the Jacuzzi after a long day of traveling. The bed slept really well too. Although it is June, it was still nippy at night so Duda honored our request to use the fireplace. We were visiting Detroit, but we'd love to come back just to visit Windsor to explore more - and of course, stay here again and again!

My husband & I agree - this was one of the best Air Bnbs we have ever stayed at! Christine really thought about every detail and our stay was extremely comfortable. I had forgotten to pack a toothbrush & she had spares in the closet! The location was beautiful - we walked to downtown Clawson for coffee (15 min walk) & walked 5 mins to a playground for our children to play. The house was beautifully decorated & spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with beautiful & practical dishes. The basement was my kids’ favorite part. They loved played with the magnetic darts and board games. My husband’s favorite part was drinking coffee on the front porch every morning. My favorite part was the location and the natural sunlight. Now we have a place to stay anytime we visit the Detroit area.

Really nice spot. Walking down to the Eastern Market on Saturday morning and being able to make breakfast right in the kitchen was amazing. Really great views of the whole city and a beautiful apartment with access to a huge terrace.

Shawnda’s place was very nice and met all our needs. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and a good place to take a walk. We were fully satisfied and will return if we come back to Warren.

This was my first experience with Airbnb and Dalibor could not have been more helpful with making me feel comfortable and at ease. He was very responsive. This townhome is as beautiful as the pictures, if not more. Fully furnished, all linens and pots and pans. The complex is private quiet, and close to the highway. Definitely worth the stay.

Justin’s place is even better than the photos! It’s huge and solid and so beautifully decorated. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. We loved our stay and will hope to visit again.

Shone's place is beautiful, it makes you feel rite at home. The only downfall is the noise of the traffic coming from the main road, just a heads up. But other then that no complaints from me. Just make sure to take all shoes off before walking upstairs 😁 his carpet is very clean 👌

The apartment was light and airy, with beautiful artwork throughout! Completely stocked with all the modern amenities you could ever need. The cocktail bar below was an absolute gem with delicious drinks, and awesome music!
