Einer Sonnenterrasse und einem Outdoorgrill. Geräumige Küche, Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer. Ein Wanderweg befindet sich direkt vor der Haustüre. Ein Schlafzimmer befindet sich im EG und drei weitere im Dachgeschoss. 3 Parkplätze stehen auf dem Grundstück zur Verfügung. Keine Kinder unter 14 Jahren!

Großzügige Ferienwohnung, in traumhafter Lage in Simmerath- Dedenborn, direkt an der Rur gelegen. Unser Haus ist optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen auf dem Eifelsteig, rund um den Rursee und im Nationalpark. Vom eigenen Balkon aus haben Sie einen herrlichen Blick auf die Rur. Vor Ort bei uns müssen Sie ab 01.01.2025 eine Übernachtungsabgabe bar an uns entrichten. Sie besteht aus 5% des Buchungspreises. Dieser Betrag muss von uns 1:1 an die Gemeindes Simmerath weitergegeben werden!

Our beautiful, all-round green house offers you plenty of space and is only ten minutes away from downtown. Our great large enclosed garden invites the adults to relax and the children to play. A highlight is the large terrace with an Enders gas grill. Your children will also find many play options here (trampoline, dart board, foosball table) The outdoor pool 7*4 meters /1.50 meters deep is secured all around by a large gate. We would be happy to pick you up from the train station!

In the warm season, enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake (SUP/kayak are also available) before watching the stars in the evening.
