La acogedora casa tiene un concepto abierto con un espacio diáfano. Cuenta con un dormitorio con cama king-size, un sofá-cama, dos baños y una pequeña cocina. Dispone de Wi-Fi gratuito, calefacción, bañera de hidromasaje y TV de pantalla plana. La parcela tiene aparcamiento privado, terraza y jardín amplio. La Casa de la Pradera se sitúa en A Baña, A Coruña, Galicia. A 2 km de Negreira, pueblo que ofrece todos los servicios. A 16 km de Santiago de Compostela y 30 km de las playas.

Traditional stone house with amazing ocean views. It has 4 bedrooms with double beds and a single sofa bed, 3 full bathrooms, a living room, an open kitchen with an island and dining table, and a sitting area with a fireplace. Outside there is a terrace with a grill and garden area with spectacular views of the beach and sunset. The house is located in the village of Caión, a 5-minute walk from the square and 8 minutes from the beach and 30 minutes from the city of A Coruña.

Downstairs fully equipped kitchen, living room and bathroom. It has an outdoor terrace, barbecue, garage, washing machine, hairdryer. Pets are allowed.

There are several hiking trails of different distances and difficulty levels available nearby. The house shares a property with my home.
