Apartment holiday rentals in Berat

Very good accommodation in the heart of Berat city center and close to all amenities. There is parking at the apartment level but I advise against parking there if you don't want to get stuck. There are a few free places 5-10 min walk. Large accommodation with all the kitchen necessities as well as a washing machine!

Wow, this was a fabulous experience in Tirana. The apartment was large, clean and super comfortable. Perfectly situated among numerous bars and coffee shops and mere meters from the Sky tower where we had drinks in the rotating observation bar. Wow to the whole experience.

We stayed for a month at Renato’s place and we found here everything we needed. The apartment was very clean and had all the essential you could need. We really enjoyed the balcony with an amazing view especially during sunsets. However, there are some things to mention. The bed is a bit squeaky so if you are moving a lot during sleep it could wake you up. Also, in neighbourhood there is a dog that barked very aggressively every night so that we needed to use earplugs. It seemed that nobody else was concerned by the dog behaviour. The location was perfect for us since we could have nice 10 minute walk to the city centre. In vicinity there are shops like Elsea and Big market and local bakery Dimali, which was superb.

We felt at home in Artan's cozy accommodation. We also got to know his warm parents. Artan was always very easy to reach. Thank you again for everything, we were very satisfied!

We had a very nice stay at Ela's! Everything was neat, all the appliances worked fine and a friendly lady came to open the door for us. Please note that you have to walk 4 floors. ;)

We've stayed at this property before. It met our expectations. Great location and within walking distance. The rooms are clean and nicely furnished. Very friendly host. We always like to come.

Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the host. She was friendly and we felt right at home. The apartment was super neat, in a quiet street, but still close to the center. We could just put the car on the property. She was quick to respond to messages and on our last morning she even arrived with a nice breakfast for us. This apartment is definitely recommended <3

Very friendly host. Easy to find apartment. We loved it that it was super clean & included plenty of towels. Very close to the main boulevard where all restaurants and cafes are. We would highly recommend it.

I spent a night here in June, and it was a wonderful experience. The location is ideal, just a short walk to the castle and the charming old town. The apartment was clean, with everything feeling fresh and new. The bathroom, in particular, was beautifully designed and added a touch of luxury to the stay. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. I’d definitely stay here again!

Very clean house and in a good location

the apartment is very modern and has all the amenities. Recommended for longer stays too! spacious and super clean. Kristian and his family were very helpful(even helped with our heavy luggages). We have stayed at other places in Berat too, but this was the best stay. perfect location and close to the city centre

Erisald and his family are taking care of everything from start to finish. he scrambled to find us a guide for an excursion, he agreed to make us breakfast, and left us a parking space. The accommodation is in a very good location to visit everything on foot. go there with your eyes closed.

Great apartment with a beautiful view, huge bathroom, very easy, super friendly Communication. Would stay there again :)

We loved our stay at Vojsava's place! She and her son were very kind and thoughtful hosts - they welcomed us warmly even though we arrived late at night and prepared a delicious breakfast for us to get us started for the day. The apartment was beautiful and very clean, with balcony exits available for every room - perfect to relax after a day of visiting Berat. We would definitely book again, should we return! A lovely experience!

Very, very clean. Very attentive host. Do not be shy to let them know if you need anything. Kitchen has everything you would need. Beautiful city view from bedroom balcony and kitchen window!

Staying at Gezim's place is not the first time for us. We always choose and enjoy staying at this place because it is spacious , clean, quite and great location. Also the host response quickly and help us in our needs. I would highly recommend.
