The house is situated in a beautiful garden in the quiet, idyllic Palatine village of Mühlheim. The Gesindehaus is tastefully restored and expanded and has many loving details. On the first floor is the living/dining room with a fireplace as well as the kitchen room with a spiral staircase to the top floor. In addition, there is the bathroom with large shower, toilet and washing machine as well as a bedroom with workplace and double bed (120 cm). In the studio of the attic is another bed (180 cm) and a large roof terrace.

This is a renovated annex of an old villa from the 1920s. The house has an approx. 500 m² garden for shared use. On the ground floor is the entrance with a modern kitchen including a dishwasher and high-quality stove / oven. Next to it is the living room (with sofa bed) and another bathroom with tub. Upstairs are three bedrooms (one is a through room!). One double and two single rooms. The house is not rented to fitters!
