Holiday rentals with beach access in Bénodet

We had a great stay! The studio was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. (Just a heads-up: bed linen needs to be rented in advance—we brought our own from home.) The sea view is absolutely beautiful! Unfortunately, we didn’t have the best weather during our stay as it rained quite a bit, but that didn’t take away from the charm of the place. The location is very convenient—only 4 minutes by car to the city center of Concarneau—and it’s also a great base for day trips to nearby towns in the region. One small note of caution: be sure to lock your car securely at night. Our dashcam recorded a pair of people trying to open car doors during the night. Other than that, everything was perfect and we really enjoyed our time here!

Marine's apartment is faithful to the listing and we really enjoyed our 10-day stay to visit the south of Finistere. The kitchen is spacious and lacks nothing, the seating area is comfortable and tastefully decorated, the balcony is nice to enjoy the sun, the bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and storage possibilities, and the bathroom is spacious too. The location of the listing is quiet and the private parking space is very nice. Marine was very responsive by message and her mom welcomed us warmly by explaining everything there was to know about the accommodation. From Bénodet we were able to enjoy various hikes by the sea, from Pointe du Raz to Pont-Aven, Concarneau, Douarnenez, Locronan, etc. We will book Marine's place again without hesitation for a future vacation in the region!

Good stay in Bénodet, the most appreciated for me is the possibility of being able to do everything on foot, a small shopping center nearby, and a top parking space when you know the difficulty of parking in summer. A spacious, well-appointed bedroom and quality bedding,as well as bed linen. The accommodation is very clean. A view from the outside on the listing would be welcome, indeed no sea view but it's so close,but it's good to know. Not had the chance to see my host, but very responsive and attentive upon arrival. The welcome booklet, perfect this is helpful. That's it,I think.

The accommodation is as advertised: clean, bright, spacious with a parking space and located about a ten-minute walk from the port of Sainte-Marine. It offers all the comforts expected, with a pleasant south-facing terrace in the extension of the living room. Beatrice's welcome was impeccable: proactive and responsive. I would this place without hesitation

A particularly pleasant stay in a charming and green setting. Very friendly hosts, we really appreciated their advice, their smile and their friendliness. The cottage is large, very comfortable, beautiful, decorated with great taste and very well equipped. There is an outdoor space with a table and chairs to relax. It's a place we highly recommend.

We were seduced as soon as we arrived by the location of the villa. The brightness and volumes of the dwelling are the highlights of this rental. Whether in the early morning or at any time of the day, we enjoyed the beautiful view a lot. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities for a group of 10 people. Very nice fishermen's house, carefully decorated, comfortable and very well equipped. L'Ile-Tudy is a charming little port with a beautiful white sandy beach... a real corner of paradise! Numerous walks or bike rides in the surrounding area.

Had a great time, very nice house. Close to the Marais, great to have bicycles at your disposal. The house is very welcoming , clean, very well equipped, superb enclosed garden with large terrace. thanks to Maria for the little touches. We'll come back for sure!

ideal accommodation for 2 on the garden level. very comfortable, good bedding. Nice decoration, 1 TV in the main room and 1 in the bedroom. A small outdoor area with table and 2 deckchairs. Very well located near a marina and a beach. You have to take the car to go to the shops but it is not far. the place is quiet. we really recommend this accommodation
