We were a total of 4 boys and had a great stay. Natalija and her husband Mate are super friendly and do everything to make your vacation easier. Due to the fact that we were allowed to check in earlier and could even decide on the day of departure when we wanted to check out, the vacation became even more relaxed. Mate even took us to the airport. The house is (except for the loungers by the pool) exactly as seen on the pictures and very clean and tidy. There are pretty much all the kitchen utensils and also spices, coffee, coffee filters and much more. The house is quite remote, but still easy and quick to reach with a car. Without a car, however, it is more difficult, as at least out of season there is hardly any bus and there are no timetables. Overall, it was a great stay and we would be happy to come back.

The villa was incredibly well equipped, we were very excited! Above all, the kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. The facility was generally very cozy and modern. I was very impressed with the comfortable bed and the upholstery. There is enough space for 8 people. (Sofa beds were very comfortable) The outdoor area was great. It is quite remote and you have to reach everything by car, a small supermarket is within walking distance. - but good for a quiet vacation. The landlady was super friendly and helpful and always available. All in all a great vacation and it is highly recommended!!

We were very impressed by the beautiful accommodation. The interior and exterior are beautifully designed. It was as shown in the pictures and very well equipped. We used the sandwich maker for a delicious breakfast, among other things. In addition, sufficient utensils are provided in the kitchen, which we liked very much. Otherwise, the pool was also a highlight with an inflatable water ball net and lighting, if you want to swim in the dark. Due to the rural location, it was also very quiet, so you can relax on vacation. In addition, it can also be reached centrally by rental car to Zadar or other coastal towns, as well as national parks. We definitely recommend the accommodation!

The house is small but nice. Definitely great for two people. Large garden with terrace, swing, loungers and hot tub. The area is very quiet. You should have a car. Small supermarket in 2 minutes by car and a large one in 15 minutes. You can get to the lake in 15 minutes, where you can relax very well. And many sights, as well as Zadar, can be reached in 30-60 minutes. There is a lot of equipment in the kitchen and bathroom. All in all, a nice place.

We stayed at Ivana's cottage from mid-September to early October. It is actually in the middle of the vineyard, but is easy to reach from the street. The bathroom may be a bit small but very clean. Personally, I was missing a wardrobe or dresser because I don't like to live out of a suitcase. Otherwise, there is plenty of space for 2 people and everything is available. In the morning, the chickens visited us with their gockel, from the neighboring property, at breakfast. All in all, it was a nice time for us and we will definitely be back.
