From the first day, Ofelia was always very attentive to us, communication was always super clear and easy. It was super nice to let us into the apartment earlier since it was ready, and it helped us a lot to have more time to relax and enjoy the beach. It really was a very nice experience, the apartment is as it appears in the photos and with a privileged location. If I went back to Cancun, I wouldn't last long staying with Ofelia. Thank you for making our experience amazing.

Excellent location, very friendly staff and very clean apartment with everything you need. The only drawback is the general maintenance of the building, which is very neglected, but that is more of the general building than the accommodation itself.

We were very well received and appreciated the recommendations of nearby restaurants which were very good. The residence is quiet and close to everything by bus, close to a few restaurants on foot, the staff of the residence is super friendly. great stay.

Private villa, perfect to hang back in a group. Neighbors are very quiet. Pool and beach right at your doorstep, what else could you want!? Quick walk next door to the ferry to Isla Mujeres. Will definitely come back!

Where to begin! The pictures don't do it justice. Amazing Villa/apartment. The guards very helpful and attentive, clean big spacious and the AC worked great! Just loved it

Robin’s place was perfect for our multi-generation family holiday. The simple studio apartment on the ground floor was perfect for me and my little kids, and the more luxurious apartment upstairs was very comfortable for grandparents and aunt&uncle! The pool and backyard were tidied daily (the pool was so refreshing and a big hit with the kids), and the beach was just a quick walk over the road. We were perfectly situated for a relaxing and peaceful family trip. Robin organized a van and driver to drive us to and from the airport, and a chef took cook dinners for us — which was such a treat! Robin was super responsive and friendly and always very quick to reply. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others!

We were warmly welcomed and attended to at all times. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The view was exceptional at all times, and the beach was extraordinary. The area is very safe and peaceful. There’s a bus stop close to the house, with buses passing by frequently—public transportation is excellent. Also nearby is the dock that can take you to Isla Mujeres, another beautiful beach. There are also small markets and places to eat close to the house. I highly recommend this home and definitely plan to return.

This has been by far my favorite vacation. The house is beautiful, the area is safe and peaceful. I highly recomen it. Be aware there is construction nearby.

Hi, this is an amazing area clean and it’s safe. I love the swimming pool. This is the second time we stayed in the same place. I love it, and there is always a Security Guy watching over everything and a walking distance to the beach and all the nightclubs. Everybody was nice and kind from the cleaning crew Security Guy and the guys maintaining the property outside. I will definitely go back and stay with you guys.

The place looks just like the pictures; security does a great job at limiting access to strangers. The common areas are always clean, easy access to public transportation. The Coffee shop inside the community has great food and service.

Unit was exactly as described and included all amenities. Very spacious, nice balcony with a beautiful view at sunset. Had no issues with hot water. Host had sunscreen and bug spray for guests to use during their stay - a very nice touch. The rooftop area and pool are absolutely amazing, with a gorgeous view!

We had a fantastic stay! Our host was incredibly personable and easy to communicate with, making the entire experience smooth from start to finish. They went above and beyond by allowing us to check in early, which was a huge help with our flight schedule. The place was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with personal touches like sunscreen, bug spray and snacks —such a nice surprise! We also really appreciated the local recommendations; they led us to some amazing spots we wouldn’t have found otherwise. Would definitely stay again!

My now fiancée and I stayed at Eric’s place after a long year of grinding toward my degree. This was the perfect location to relax and unwind. Whether we wanted to sit on the beach or lay by the pool we had both options. The Airbnb is in a gated community to add a level of comfort and safety as well. Eric and his team provided us with a plethora of options and recommendations to explore while in Cancun. We were put in touch with a local masseuse and she came right to the Airbnb. Highly recommend this to anyone traveling here to relax. Any concerns I had during our stay Eric and his team were quick to answer and made the trip seamless. If you are looking for a great option outside of the hotel zone this is the place to go! Also a short 5 minute walk to the port to head to Isla Mujeres which in my opinion is a must see location.

This place was exactly as advertised! It was actually better than I thought! Me and my wife loved it and considered it our honeymoon! Even though we travel to a few other places prior to this within the last six months! That should tell you how much we loved this place. I’m definitely coming back!

Nicole is an amazing host ! And this penthouse is outstanding, I’ve visited multiple times and I enjoyed my stay very close to all the clubs, bars, restaurant right across and to the side of the Airbnb. They also have a private pool for the people staying in the condos. 11/10 recommendation! Can’t wait to go back!

Loft with access to a very nice beach, the pool is very nice and having the restaurant right there was very useful, everything was very tasty. One advantage was having the hotel laundry service at an extra cost. The proximity to the airport helped a lot to avoid complications when leaving, and you can get to the center easily and cheaply by public transport. The beach, although with a lot of waves, has areas where you can be without problems, and the loft is close to other public beaches. Mariana always responded quickly and politely, resolving doubts and requests very well. Thank you very much for everything
