Nice place. We booked at the last second so it was the right place at the right time.

I rented two rooms for the entire month of May. I had apartment 3 and apartment 19 (but I’m unable to tell which review is for which room). I stayed in apartment 4 and had several different people come and stay in room 19 throughout the month. This place was great for me, but definitely not for everyone. It is a small complex right on the beach, away from the crowds at Playa Norte and with a more local vibe. This is what I was looking for. The beach area was small, but I was often the only one utilizing it. The water in the ocean is shallow and there is some sea weed, but I enjoyed it. The water was smooth and perfect for paddle boarding. There was a dock next door to the left which I utilized for snorkeling from and saw a lot of fish. The sunsets here were amazing!! I had a beautiful ocean view from room 3!! There was also a nice outdoor kitchen with a sink and a charcoal grill that was awesome for dinners on the beach. This place is in no way luxurious, but it was clean, was adequate for preparing small meals, and the air conditioner was nice and cold. The bed in room 3 was very comfortable, but I was told that the bed in room 19 was hard although I never slept in that room. Room 3 was in the newer building and was definitely more updated. It had a very large covered patio complete with lights and a ceiling fan…perfect for reading and lounging. Room 19 was overlooking the pool and was quite a bit smaller, but it was also cheaper. Staff members were very friendly but didn’t speak much English. They were very responsive when communicating through the app, though. There is a beach club next door (Nomads )that also has god and very affordable food…I ate there many times (try the pizza and the tuna tartare). One thing that was a bit of a disappointment was the pool. The area was nice and it looked newer, but for the first several weeks I was there, the water level was below the level of the skimmer and the filter wasn’t working, so the water was murky and dingy. This issue was resolved by the end of my stay, though. I think they did some work on it around the third week I was there, and the water was nice and clean after that. Know that this place is by no means a 4 star resort, however, for me it was 5 stars based on the value for the money. I think I received a pretty good discount by staying for a month.

Andrea's space was in the perfect location with an amazing view from the room. Although the interior was touch outdated it was well worth the price! The staff at the space was extremely attentive and friendly and made our stay very enjoyable.

Excelente ubicación, enfrente de la plaza donde puedes comprar comida y accesorios, el hotel está súper limpio y el personal que trabaja ahí es muy amable, quedé fascinado.

Nos encantó! Felices de haber pasado unos días en el depa de Nico. Nos sentimos como en casa. El depa está súper bien ubicado, la playa es hermosa, los atardeceres son espectaculares. La cocina está muy bien equipada. Desde el día uno, todo fue muy práctico, la comunicación muy buena y estuvieron atentos a todas nuestras dudas y necesidades. Súper recomendado para familias. El ambiente es familiar, muy tranquilo. Definitivamente, nos volveremos a hospedar en el depa de Nico. Muchas gracias por toda su ayuda y detalles. Qué Dios los bendiga.

We really enjoyed our stay here at Mariana’s place! She was so friendly and accommodated some of our needs which worked out perfect for us! So much to do nearby and in a nice secluded area away from the busy spots. We found it very easy to get around and find transportation to and from our location! Everything was super clean and we had an all around wonderful experience. We would stay here again! Thank you!

Excelente lugar para hospedarse, cerca de plazas. El lugar 10 de 10. Sin duda, será mi próxima elección cuando viaje a Cancun de nuevo.

excelente ubicación cerca de las avenidas principales, tiendas y taxis. muy limpia la casa al recibirnos, clima, agua caliente todo lo básico en la cocina. lo recomiendo muchísimo, mis próxima vacaciones las haré aquí con mi familia

Merci Rosana pour votre accueil 🫶🏼 Nous sommes arrivés plus tard à Cancùn et Rosana nous a arrangé. Le logement était décoré avec goût mais surtout il est très très bien équipée ! La résidence dispose aussi d’une piscine et d’une salle de sport ce qui était très agréable

El departamento es bonito, grande ideal para una familia nunerosa. La alberca tiene el agua tibia. Super atentos.

¡Tuvimos una gran estadía! Emilia fue amable y siempre estuvo atenta para responder cualquier duda sobre lo que necesite y de orientaciones por la zona, el apto está muy céntrico cerca de todo me fui caminando al ADO y a plaza las Americas cumple con lo que ofrece, lo recomiendo.

¡Estancia perfecta! La atención del anfitrión fue excelente, siempre pendiente y con respuestas rápidas para resolver cualquier duda. El departamento estaba tal cual se anunciaba: muy bonito, cómodo y equipado con todo lo necesario. Además, la laguna y la alberca fueron simplemente espectaculares, perfectas para relajarse. En general, fue una experiencia maravillosa. Definitivamente recomendaría este lugar y me encantaría regresar en el futuro.

always enjoy staying here. secure, near public transit and walkable to many good restaurants. wifi is good. a mini fridge is nice too.

2nd time at Karens place, 10/10 5 Stars ***** Amazing place and the perfect host, with great attention to detail. Very kindly Karen even left some food treats for my dog Bambu. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! :)

Amazing time . Got all my stuff done that was planed for my stay . Host was very fast in response and assisted me in some issues with deliveries . For sure I will use her place again when I return

Departamento muy limpio en segundo piso! Me apoyo con todo. !!’ Cuna para mi bebé , entrada tarde, y muy cerca del aeropuerto ya que nuestro avión llegó 3 am!! Gracias por su amabilidad

Lindo y cómodo para una o dos personas, está cerca del centro de Cancún y de restaurantes. Lo recomiendo.

La sra Elvia estuvo al pendiente en todo momento desde nuestra llegada hasta nuestra salida nos dio permiso de entrar a la hora de nuestra llegada ya que era despues nuestro check-in pero nuestro vuelo llego en la mañana por lo tanto no hubo problema nos espero en cuanto llegamos todo muy bien la verdad muy agradable la sra Elvia ademas del lugar muy tranquilo si esta retirado de zona hotelera pero hay transporte cruzando la calle o puedes pedir uber etc . todo muy limpio y comodo gracias sin duda volveriamos alojarnos aqui 🤗✨️

excelente anfitrión,el departamento está muy bonito, el área de la Alberca bonita y limpia,es facil llegar,muy limpio el depa.En definitiva nos volveríamos a alojar con Icela,siempre estuvieron la pendiente de nosotros.

Me pareció una buena estancia. David estuvo atento a todas las necesidades. Pedimos algo que necesitábamos y nos lo trajo. Se pasó. El agua de la cocina tiene poca presión. Pero nada que afecte la estancia. Finalmente uno está la mayor parte del tiempo afuera.
