Holiday rentals with beach access in Benito Juárez

I stayed in this apartment for a week with my two adult daughters. The apartment was comfortable with everything we needed. It has two complete bathrooms which was a plus for us. The king size bed was really good. One of my daughters slept on the pullout couch and she said it was very comfortable. The terrace is very spacious ! With a table and chairs. And even lounge chairs. The best part of our stay was Our host Jessica is the true definition of a Super Host!! !! She responded to everything within minutes always helping with a beautiful attitude. I recommend this place to anyone. And we’re sure we’ll be back Thank you Jessica !

La estancia fue excelente. Todo estaba limpio, bien equipado y tal como se muestra en las fotos. La comunicación con los anfitriones fue rápida y amable. ¡Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí!

Our stay at the Villas Marlin was fantastic! Having a breathtaking ocean view from every room was so relaxing! This is an awesome location that is walking distance from a grocery store, two wonderful malls, a pharmacy, many fabulous restaurants, coffee shop, and a mini market for cold drinks on those hot days. The beach is clean and beautiful and we loved the refreshing pools when we needed to be in the shade for a while. Juan Carlos was very available to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend this wonderful Cancun retreat!!

Mercedes was an amazing host who was always happy and willing to help and made sure we had an impeccable stay at what already was a perfect location. Great AirBnB hosted by an great host. Highly recommended.

Excelente ubicación, muy amable todo el personal del lugar y departamento muy limpio y con lo necesario. El único pero es el mantenimiento general del edificio que si se nota muy descuidado pero eso es más del edificio general que del alojamiento en si.

Fue una experiencia para terminar mis vacaciones la verdad 10 de 10 si regreso la verdad estuvo genial excelentes colchones

Recomendado el lugar. Limpio, ordenado, con una cocina con todo lo necesario para cocinar. Buena ubicación en zona hotelera, cerca de playas, hoteles, restaurantes, accesible. Y Rafael, muy amigable y siempre atento a los mensajes.

We enjoyed our stay here! We booked last minute and everything was ready and even was available for early check-in that day if needed. The location is very nice along the north part of the Hotel zone with easy access to restaurants along the strip or in the city. The grounds are beautiful, not too big and so the pool was very close, and the beach was just past it! The beach was as others describe- very calm, shallow for a long ways and perfect for little ones or relaxing in the water! There are designated swimming areas marked off. This is a two bedroom hotel room and, like others have mentioned, the entrance opens into the first room. The bathroom is between the two bedrooms and there are doors separating each space. There is a door separating these rooms to the unit next door, which you can hear very easily through. Everything was clean, no bugs, and water pressure was good. The shower is a rain shower head, which may be why some have noted lower water pressure.

Excelentes anfitriones, siempre estuvieron al pendiente, la casa limpia y tal cual como se describió y como está en las fotos. Nos dieron muchas recomendaciones e indicaciones de como llegar a los lugares. Mi familia y yo les agradecemos mucho sus atenciones y amabilidad. Excelente lugar para llegar en familia , todo limpio y ordenado , flor siempre pendiente de cualquier duda , la zona es súper tranquila y segura.

Super logement qui correspond exactement aux photos et à la description. Les hôtes se sont montrés disponibles et nous ont accommodés pour notre heure de départ. Communication facile. Je recommande ce logement qui est à quelques pas d'une superbe plage et qui offre la piscine à quelques mètres du logement.

This was a great stay good location for a day trip to isla mujeres, safe in the hotel zone and close to shopping and nightlife would definitely recommend. It is a bit noisy at night but it was manageable for me I would stay again.

Amazing host

Marina’s villa is just as described in the pictures: conveniently located on the beach, easy access, well equiped, quiet, comfortable, and very clean. The shopping center, restaurants and a supermarket are at a walking distance. Marina is very responsive. We would like to visit again.

We wanted a place that had a little more activity and this was perfect. Coco Bongo was right next door, along with many other nightclubs. The condo building was right on the beach and the view spectacular. The beach in front of the condo was a little rough but you could walk down the beach where there is an area protected by a jetty that was more calm. There is a bus stop in front of the building and the bus came along every few minutes making it easy to get up and down the hotel zone. This was the condo for us and we really enjoyed it.

Loft con acceso a playa muy bonito, la alberca muy bonita y tener el restaurante ahí mismo fue muy útil, todo muy rico. Una ventaja fue tener el servicio de lavandería del hotel con costo extra. La cercanía con el aeropuerto ayudó mucho para no complicarse la salida y en el transporte público se puede llegar al centro fácil y barato. La playa aunque con mucho oleaje tiene zonas donde se puede estar sin problema además de que el loft queda cerca de otras playas públicas. Mariana siempre contestó rápido y de forma educada y resolviendo muy bien las dudas y solicitudes. Muchas gracias por todo.

Amazing stay in Cancun! The location is perfect—close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, with beautiful views and great security. Eric was super responsive and helpful, and check-in was easy with clear instructions. Private parking was a nice bonus. Best place I’ve stayed in the Hotel Zone—definitely coming back!

El departamento es maravilloso, extremadamente organizado y limpio! Super completo como la descripción! La ubicación es perfecta, super cerca de la principal zona de restaurantes, fiestas y de la playa, hay mucho que hacer por la región. Abril es una excelente host, nos ayudó mucho con informaciones y nos respondió con rapidez! Fue una experiencia increíble, recomiendo mucho el departamento!
