Family-friendly holiday rentals in Benitachell

Vi trivdes veldig godt i dette huset. perfekt beliggenhet kun et par minutters gange unna stranden og restauranter. Flott bassengområde og fredelige omgivelser. Bassenget på taket var perfekt for barn som øver på å svømme. Huset bærer litt preg av slitasje og spesielt oppvaskmaskinen har sett bedre dager men ellers fungerte alt som det skulle. Aircondicionen er felles per etasje slik at de 4 soverommene i 2. etg må dele på en bryter. Det er noe bråk fra aircondicion på det ene soverommet og de rommene som er nærmest anlegget blir kjøligere enn de to på andre siden. Det er lurt å tenke på hvilke behov man har for varme/kulde før man bestemmer hvor man skal sove. Ellers var det en luftig og stor terrasse med vifter og solskjerming. Vi likte oss godt her og kan anbefale dette huset for andre. Det var en veldig koselig og trivelig liten by men fin sandstrand. Det er lite tilgang på taxi og buss så egen bil er best om du planlegger litt reising rundt.

Maravillosa. La estancia ha sido estupenda. Piscinas muy cuidadas y tranquilas, zona tranquila, la cala un espectáculo. La casa está súper bien, con todas las comodidades y unas vistas inmejorables. Sin duda volveremos y la recomendamos.

Estancia maravillosa. La casa es cómoda, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos estupendos días de vacaciones. Totalmente equipada, no le falta de nada, cama cómoda y todo súper limpio y sin insectos. El jardín es una maravilla para pasar las tardes y cenar al aire libre tras un baño en la piscina. Gracias Nando por ser tan buen anfitrión, nos vemos el año que viene

Todo lo puedo abreviar en una palabra "excelencia"Olga muy atenta con todo y Tania quien entregó las llaves, siempre predispuesta a la organización de nosotros para la entrada y salida. La limpieza del lugar hay que destacarlo, impecable ya que es difícil encontrarse con un lugar así. Tienen un buen equipo. El lugar es cercano a la playa podéis ir caminando, teneis muy cerca un supermercado. El lugar es perfecto para desconectar unos dias y pasarlos genial.

Álvar muy hospitalario. La casita de 10, tal como en las fotos la enseña pero una vez estas allí todo es mucho mejor. puntazo el jacuzzi y la BBQ. TODO muy limpio.. El sitio es muy bonito.. es para recomendar y repetir.

Una casa fantastica e impecable. Zona exterior preciosa con unas vistas increibles y fresquito. El jacuzzi y la piscina estaban muy limoios y ea una gozada poder disfrutar de ellos. Luke muy amable y atento, a la vez que muy discreto. Muchas gracias, para repetir.

Het is een fijn huis met een heerlijk terras. Het uitzicht is prachtig en voldoende mogelijkheden voor schaduw. De matrassen zijn misschien aan een update toe. Het geluid van de snelweg hoor je wel goed alhoewel ik me kan voorstellen dat niet iedereen daar last van heeft. Wij hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van de jacuzzi omdat we er de hele maand mei waren.

Fue todo genial, muy buena comunicación con Zhanna. La ubicación está genial, y el apartamento calidad precio muy bien todo. Lo recomiendo totalmente!!

Fantastic Villa and amazing location. Lovely host. Was so helpful and flexible. Very close to the tram, so easy access to Altea old town and surrounding areas. Beautiful location with amazing views. Perfect.

This place is unique and we loved it. We were 16 people of all ages and I must emphasise that the kitchen is well equipped so catering was easy. Also we loved the fact that there are 2 dining tables, one in and one out (the outside one has great views over Xabia). Most of the bedrooms are spacious which was welcomed. We all loved the pool area - the pool is well kept. We bought inflatables, and left them there in the hope that another family will enjoy them as much as our kids did! No credit to Gilles for the weather, but we were fortunate - it was perfect!! Many thanks.

Virginia est une hôte très gentille et accueillante ainsi que son mari et leur petit chien Bartolo, le logement correspond à la description. Très proche de la mer et des grandes villes dans une résidence calme avec vue sur la mer. Il faut être prudent sur la terrasse car les garde corps ne sont pas assez haut quand vous avez des enfants en bas âge, il n y a pas de clim mais malgré la chaleur du pays il y a plusieurs ventilateurs dans les pièces et cela convient. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, seul bémol nous avons été cambriolé en pleine journée alors que nous étions dans la maison et la police d'Espagne n'est pas coopérative avec les français... Sinon dans l'ensemble nous étions 2 famille et nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour et Virginia a su être reactive lorsque nous avons eu cet incident et est très chaleureuse. Nous recommandons d'aller passer vos vacances dans cette belle maison !

What a wonderful week we've had at Villa L'Olla. From the minute we arrived (Josette let us check in at midday) to the last morning, we have enjoyed every minute. The views are spectacular, the pool area just perfect and the many seating areas around the garden allowed our group of six to have their own space. Josette was friendly and informative from the off - I could ask her anything and she'd get back to me immediately. The Villa is a five minute walk from the brilliant tram which takes you up and down the coast from Denia all the way to Benidorm. 10 minutes walk to the front and some really lovely restaurants and bars and an easy cab ride back up the hill. All in all, we LOVED it! A warm, rustic, comfortable house that embraced us for a perfect week in the sun. We would love to return.

We absolutely loved our stay at La cometa , Karine was a super host extremely responsive , we had no issues at all , everything was very clear and Karine checked all was ok which it was. Area we know very well , it’s a fabulous location with lots of culinary options , bars , lovely shops , supermarkets etc . The villa was very clean , a lovely large pool , views from allover the villa . Roof terrace beautiful, bbq area perfect thouroughly enjoyed the outside kitchen . Boules area and pool toys , very equipt for young children , ours are grown up teenagers and they enjoyed it . Garden and plants gorgeous has a lovely feel . Pool man comes twice a week no issue for us , we were home each time , he is very pleasant . We didn’t really watch tv as it was super hot July and no need for it , spent most of the two weeks in the pool allday ! . We would definitely book the villa again lovely lovely find! Muy buen bungalow para disfrutar de unos días en Denia. Nos ha encantado la terraza de la habitación con vistas al Montgó. La comunicación con Vicent ha sido muy cordial y fluida. Zona tranquila, cerca de la playa y zonas verdes, paseando a 20 min llegas al centro de Denia donde está lleno de tiendas y restaurantes. Nos lo guardamos para próximas visitas.

Die Unterkunft war einfach super! Sie sah noch schöner aus als auf den Bildern. Alles war vorbereitet und sauber zu unserer Ankunft. Der Pool und die Outdoorküche sind ein richtiges Highlight. Das Meer ist in 2 min zu erreichen, und an der Promenade gibt es zahlreiche gute Restaurants. Malins Haushälter war immer erreichbar und hatte gute Tipps für die Umgebung. Für Gruppen perfekt, jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt.

It is hard not to fall in love with this spectacular property and the endearing Amparo. The house enjoys an absolutely spectacular setting and we loved everything about our stay here. It’s a really characterful property with lots of lovely, unique touches. We felt very fortunate to stay somewhere that’s such a part of a family legacy. The location was perfect for us. Cala Blanca is stunning and we loved our daily dip in the sheltered cove as well as being able to stroll to Arenal beach and its bars and restaurants. On Amparo’s recommendation we also hiked up and around to Creu del Portixol viewpoint and on to Cala Barraca/ Portixol cove. Nothing was too much trouble, Amparo shared lots of helpful recommendations of places to eat out too.

Jean Paul und Francine sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Sie sind nebenan und dadurch gut erreichbar, wenn man Fragen hat. Die Villa hat unsere Vorstellungen übertroffen. Sie bietet den perfekten Mix aus Erholung, Ruhe und wenn man möchte kann man in der Umgebung an verschiedenen Marinas oder kleinen Städtchen - aber auch touristischen Orten wie Calpe in den Rummel eintauchen.Ein Mietwagen ist nötig. Wir haben die wunderbare Lage, die Sauberkeit und vor allem den Blick aus dem Esszimmer sehr genossen. Der Pool war blitzblank und hat uns täglich zum Schwimmen eingeladen. Wir haben uns sehr erholt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Marina es una anfitriona súper atenta y amable, y su casa es simplemente espectacular. Podríamos definirla como un balcón con vistas al Mediterráneo. Y menudo balcón! En el sitio más privilegiado de Altea. La casa por dentro es muy acogedora, con un salón de techo alto con grandes ventanales que, además de zona común, conecta las distintas estancias de la casa. La cocina está perfectamente equipada. Ideal para preparar una cena en buena compañía. O solo, si lo haces con un buen vino. Todo es muy espacioso y está decorado con simpleza y mucho mimo. Nos encantaron las obras de arte! Aunque el verdadero cuadro de la casa es la vista enmarcada del exterior, con la piscina infinita que se funde con el mar a lo lejos. Simplemente increíble!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Die Wohnung entsprach den Bildern, der kleine Pool zum erfrischen war toll. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes von 11 Tagen einmal gereinigt. Der Fußweg bis Denia in die Stadt war mit 45 Minuten weiter als wir uns das vorgestellt hatten. Vielen Dank an Maria, sie war jederzeit erreichbar, die Kommunikation war super und wir wurden mit Obst aus dem eigenen Garten verwöhnt.

Amazing and well equipped apartment. Spacious balcony with spectacular mountainous views. Access to a private swimming pool only a stones throw away. Surrounding neighbourhood a tapestry of designer homes. Stunning coastal walk under the cliffs. What more could you wish for. Host Juliet v responsive. Highly recommended to all Airbnber’s.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die Lage ist wunderschön und ruhig, mit einem fantastischen Blick in die Natur. Die Ausstattung ist durchdacht und absolut ausreichend für 6 Personen – genug Platz, alles sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Man merkt, dass hier mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet wurde. Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen. Der Gastgeber kommuniziert offen und gibt Tipps rund um die Örtlichkeit – wir kommen gern wieder!

Nos sentimos como en casa y la piscina es estupenda se puede nadar y tomar el sol muy tranquilamente, bueno por lo menos en el mes de mayo la playa está muy cerca ,puedes ir paseando y en 7 minutos ya estás!!! Además en el apartamento ya tienes sillas de playa, en resumen es muy recomendable tienes todo si volvemos repetiría estar en el mismo apartamento

Given that most of the time you spend at a Villa is outside, then it's nice to have an attractive garden, but Rob's garden was lovely - Beautiful oleanders in full bloom, a lovely old and gnarled olive tree and a very good swimming pool, with plenty of places to get some shade. The outside fridge was very handy for an emergency beer at around midday! The easy parking for 2 4x4 cars in the shade was a real bonus. The parking was also very secure, as was the rest of the property. The kitchen had all the amenities you could ask for, including a massive fridge and equally sized freezer. All spotlessly clean, with a very efficient dishwasher. There were 5 adults and a toddler in our group. I would say that 3 couples and 2 children would be the ideal fit, although there is a pull-out bed for a 3rd child. The walk to then old town was pleasant, lined with orange groves and took 15 minutes at a leisurely pace. We tried 5 different restaurants and they were all to a very good standard.

Julia met us at the villa and was so helpful recommending restaurants, beaches places to visit.. it was my 60th birthday so a super special holiday, Julia had everything you could need, parasols for the beach, beach mats, buckets and spades for the kids, floats for the water. The outside space and the pool was incredible, my kids hired a chef to come in and cook for us one night and it was the best food Everything was spotlessly clean You will need a car to get around.. Julia is an amazing host would highly recommend ..
