Holiday rentals with a patio in Benicàssim

We felt very comfortable in Maria's apartment for 4 weeks. The apartment is very clean, everything is available for a longer vacation. The beach is just a few meters away and every Saturday there is a beautiful farmers' market just two streets away. Maria even has chairs and a parasol for the beach and a trolley for shopping. Loving welcome gifts, such as treats for our dogs and coffee and cookies, as well as a bottle of chilled water, were provided. We can only highly recommend the apartment and its loving landlady. Thank you for the wonderful stay in your lovingly furnished apartment.

Lovely apartment with great views from the terrace, living room and 2 bedrooms. Quiet and easy to access, next to a campsite where there were not many people given the season. The listing is located in a complex with many listings. Unused basement parking because it's a little narrow to my liking. The environment is peaceful compared to the rest of the city of Orpesa where there are many building bars. The property is nice and well arranged. It lacked equipment (kettle, coffee maker, dryer etc.) and was rather dirty with a lot of dust (probably because it was not occupied before) especially the terrace. Very comfortable bedding. Communication with the host very easy by messaging.

Everything is very good, the apartment is located in a very quiet area and with the beaches of La Concha and Gos a few minutes walk away. Highly recommended

My partner and I have spent a very pleasant few days in Elisa's apartment, the location is very good right next to the beach promenade and the residential complex is very quiet. The apartment is ideal to spend a day and relax, small but well-equipped and very cozy, Elisa has been a 10-star host, making sure that everything goes well at all times, we will repeat!

This place is amazing. Brilliant location and responsive host. I would however recommend a welcome pack with basic info. Key info not obvious from the listing: several floors up with a great lift. Small supermarket next door had everything we needed. Lovely walks in both directions to great bars and restaurants. Very few English tourists which was lovely. The apartment gets great sun in the morning so you can chill AM before walking the few feet to the beach PM before a sundowner at the beach cocktail bar. The height of the apartment means that the limited traffic is neither visible nor noisy when sitting down - it’s soo lovely listening to the waves from the balcony and we spent hours soaking up the views and sounds. If you are more than one small family ask for extra keys as it gives you flexibility. Enter and exit the car park through the entrance as the pavement ramp on exit is shocking. A great house to go as a couple, the views from the terrace are great seeing the beach and the mountains. It is fully equipped. The pool is very good in front of the beach. The area is quiet, it also has a garage space. As a good detail I liked the good smell of the bath towels and as a detail to improve it was that in the closet I had another set of bed linen echa a burruño and it was not known if they were clean or dirty, so we do not use them, otherwise everything very well.

We spent a few days with friends and felt right at home. The house was very clean and tidy, had plenty of kitchen utensils and an outside barbecue with option to make paella. Beds are very comfortable, and the terrace is spectacular. There are many paths to walk without traffic and a park for the children very close by. Thierry was attentive and available at all times. We had a great stay! The apartment was very comfortable and clean. You could tell the apartment was recently renovated, everything was brand new and all amenities were available. The area is quiet and the view from the apartment is beautiful.

I have been following Aurora as an occupational therapist for a long time, and this shared space project seemed like a great idea to meet in person, and address many concerns that with her recommendations will help us find solutions. The house is very clean and tidy. It was our first time in this type of accommodation, and this getaway to Vall d'Uixo was a wonderful experience, as a family, including our pet, of course. A great welcome and very respectful coexistence. Always attentive to us, but respecting our family moments. She offered us the service of a pet sitter to be able to visit the Caves of San Josep, and recommendations for places to visit very close by. 100% recommended. Incredible stay about 30 mins drive from Valencia town / airport - a real gem of a find on Airbnb. We had 2 couples and 2 infants, and the property was ideal. Very spacious, extremely well equipped, beautiful pool and hot tub on the balcony. It was immaculately clean, especially given the size. The place was full of unexpected extras that really added to the trip, such as a games, archery set, balls, a large speaker for outside, brilliant bbq area, treehouse and a wendy house for the kids. Even though the pictures are great, they can’t do this place justice. Equally, it doesn’t show how great the host was. We arrived late on Saturday evening and we were treated to a lots of complimentary food and drink to welcome us - a wonderful touch. I would highly recommend this stay for any one looking for somewhere brilliant conveniently situated from valencia. It’s also only 20 mins from a beach, large supermaket and the incredible Mirador El Gabri viewpoint.

Everything went great, the host allowed us to check in early without any hesitation. It was very important because we were with the children and crossed the far way. The apartment corresponds to its description, has everything you need. Of special importance is the terrace, which is large and with nice views

Our stay was great! The location was perfect close to the pool with beach view and beach access and 10 minutes' drive to the city and supermarkets. The apartment was clean and cozy! Sheila was very friendly, always available and gave us lovely tips for the place. The only negative point was that the window makes very loud noises in strong winds. Highly recommended!:)

Rafa and Maria are very nice and flexible, the apartment is perfect, large, clean, with everything you need inside. It is very well located right next to the sea, and the pool on the same floor, which is very practical. 100% recommended.

Victoria’s apartment is 5 star! The apartment itself is beautiful, really well equipped with amazing outside space and a refreshing shared pool - which was very quiet during our stay. The beach is just across the road and there are good options for restaurants and cafes. The town is only a short drive away too. Would highly recommend Victoria’s apartment.

Great stay by all means. Apartment is well maintained and had everything we needed for a smooth vacation. Along with that there's a dog beach right next to the house and a few cool spots to visit in the neighbour cities.
