The place is great! Our family enjoyed our stay, it’s very simple but still very comfortable, we felt at home. The Host and staff are very friendly and accommodating, they assisted us with everything that we need. We definitely recommend this place!

We love the place! It felt like a home away from home. The spacious living room was our favorite. The rooms are all very spacious as well. The kitchen is complete. We used Kai’s place as the prep location for our wedding. The photographers were able to capture a lot of great shots and there was a lot of space for our hair and makeup artists. I’m still giving this listing 5 stars even though there was no internet during the majority of our stay. It was out of the host’s control and he compensated by giving us free drinking water and free late check-out. Our family enjoyed the bonfire as well. Overall, I’m so glad that I found Kai’s place. It was way better than staying in a hotel. The place is close enough that you can just walk to session road in less than 15mins. The neighborhood is pretty and quiet. The price is very reasonable. Will definitely go back and we will recommend Kai’s place to our friends.

Highly recommend..decent place to stay in baguio,

had a group of 8 adults that fit well into the 4 rooms. I'd say this is the optimal number for adult occupants. any additional would probably need additional cushions. house is clean and includes even a good coffee setup including a French press which was great for our coffee routine. my only 2 suggestions would be to further improve the window shades for those who like to have dark shades and like to sleep in and not be awakened by the thin curtains as the morning sun comes in easily. also if the beddings can be further enhanced to make it more a "hotel like experience". don't get me wrong it's not terrible, we slept okay. but upgrading it will give an excellent restful sleep and perfect for those who want to sleep in with the perfectly cool weather. cheers to more Baguio experience!

The location is good and peaceful, but we have children, and there are too many dogs outside the house, which scares them. Additionally, the place lacks bathroom rugs, which could be something to improve for future renters.

Thank you Bro. Hero & Sis Cristy, we enjoyed our 6 nights stayed in your place especially my grandson, he was able to experienced camping and bonfire in their garden. The place was very peaceful, the ambiance really great with the pine trees surrounding the area. We enjoyed playing with their friendly dogs, will surely miss Hope, Zion, Snow and Grasya. Nice place to stay. Functional for us since we’re a family of 5. The kids were able to move around freely. Very good ventilation for all the rooms and living area. Parking space provided was also a real good bonus! Overall, we love the place and will highly consider it again for our next trip to Baguio.

Great place if you want a peaceful and cozy/modern space in baguio. Our family just walked from sm to the location and vice versa really great exercise. There is a nearby breakfast place with a lot of options and very good food. Very fast wifi also with smart tv so resting was very good. Highlight of the place is the balcony, great area to drink coffee and watch the city and foggy mountains (veryy very cold). They have a pool and gym but had no time to use since it requires payment, it would be very great though the usage comes with the booking considering the price. Nonetheless great place great location

COZI Home is a wonderful place to stay. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. It provided us with the privacy we needed and was a great space to relax and recharge after a busy day of touring. We appreciated having the option to cook and warm up our own food, which made our stay even more comfortable. The sleeping arrangements were more than enough for our family of nine, and there was plenty of storage space for our belongings. Overall, it’s the perfect home-away-from-home right in the heart of the city.

The best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had! This is hands down the best Airbnb stay we’ve ever experienced! The unit is beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and truly feels like a home away from home. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. The location is also excellent—secured with 24/7 security, and the dedicated parking space is conveniently close to the elevator, which made things so much easier for our family. What truly made this stay exceptional was our host, Ms. Fatima. She is by far the best host we’ve ever had—warm, responsive, approachable, and genuinely caring. She made sure we had everything we needed and checked in to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Her hospitality made us feel so welcomed and valued. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Baguio property! We were impressed by how complete the amenities were—everything we needed was available, from the kitchen essentials to the cozy blankets for those chilly Baguio nights. The house itself was a perfect blend of modern comfort and old Baguio charm, with thoughtful decorations that made it feel homey and welcoming. Also, a big shoutout to our host, Ms. Evamie who was incredibly proactive and quick to respond to any questions we had. She even surprised us with a lovely welcome treat, which was such a nice touch and made us feel right at home. If you're looking for a restful/peaceful place in Baguio, this is probably one of the best. I've stayed in cottages and cabins inside CJH like this one. All of these are old houses but this is probably one of few that have been well maintained. There's even centralized hot water from any faucet. The location was easy to find and accessible for both grab car and grab food. It's quiet and private with it's own front and side garden and back patio. You see the pine trees and the fog rolling in when you look outside the bedroom windows. It's that CJH Baguio feels. ❤️ There is no wifi but the Globe cell signal was strong enough and we were able to use our data with no issues so for those who are having second thoughts about the place because of that, no need to worry about it. Our host Gina was very responsive and accommodating. Definitely worth saving on my AirBnb favorites to come back to in the future.

We had an amazing staycation at this place! The view of La Trinidad during sunset was absolutely breathtaking, and the whole experience felt peaceful and refreshing. We especially loved the bonfire area—being surrounded by trees while enjoying the cool air and warm fire was a highlight. The place was very clean and well-maintained, with all the kitchen equipment we needed. We felt safe and at home the entire time. Rosalinda was a wonderful host—super accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. As a local from La Trinidad, I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to enjoy that relaxing “Baguio vibe” without having to go far. Definitely a hidden gem in La Trinidad!

Ang laki po ng property perfect talaga para sa big groups. hindi namin na meet si host in person pero kudos parin dahil super responsive po niya at madali kausap. One of the best place I have stayed with my family in Baguio! Highly recommended for families who wanted a quiet location with homey vibes. Also, all rooms at ground floor helped my senior relatives, easy to access the entire place. Caretakers are very nice and easy to coordinate with. Will definitely book again here :)

My wife and I loved our stay here. It’s so beautiful & peaceful. Our 2 dogs had room to roam and enjoy the open garden space. Our stay was made amazing thanks to the generosity and care of Mr & Mrs Apacway, who went over and above to make our stay both comfortable & enjoyable. We can’t thank them enough for ensuring we had a wonderful time. We arrived without our vehicle (due to an engine breakdown near Carmen Rosales and a subsequent rescue by our hero- Joseph), however, we were still able to commute into Baguio city by waving down a jeepney & coach from the main road. Coming back from the city we took the local bus (before 10pm) and also a victory liner coach. The cottage is a haven and we sincerely hope we get an opportunity to come back and stay again. If you’re reading this review, stop looking and reserve!

This is our 2nd time and we can already call this lovely place our home in Baguio.

The place is as beautiful as the pictures. All our requests were accomodated. This is a great place to bring dogs as the lawn is huge, fenced in, and well maintained. Wifi is also fast and reliable. The kitchen is well equiped with utensils, fridge, cooking tools, stoves, and ovens. There is also drinking water available with a dispenser for hot water. Overall, we loved our stay. We look forward to staying here again for longer!
