We had a wonderful few days at Bartolome's place. The apartment has everything we needed to be comfortable, the view from the kitchen and dining/livingroom is spectacular, and overall the apartment feels really calm and comfortable. Sitting by the pool overlooking Las Negras and the sea in the distance was heaven. You can easily walk down to the village, for short trips or an evening drink. The pool is so nice, and gets sun pretty much all day. The outside kitchen/BBQ really make it convenient to eat-in during the evenings if you prefer. Great shower too. We felt super comfortable overall and communicating with Bartolome was smooth and easy. We'll be back for sure.

The owner is very friendly and always attentive to everything. The house is just like the photos, spacious, comfortable and nice. I have no complaints, we loved it. It's also very close to the beach, the beach is literally behind the development. You can also walk to a boulevard where there are several restaurants, very comfortable, it is also 1-2 hours from Almería and close to Cabo de Gata and its villages about 30-40 minutes away. We thought the recommended location was great. Thank you very much

la casita salinera de Fran y Eva is an ideal place to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful stay in the Almadraba de Monteleva. The sunrises and sunsets from the porch are breathtaking and the location is unbeatable, surrounded by the best coves of Cabo de Gata and with very good restaurants in the vicinity. We will definitely stay here: 10/10

We only stayed one night but the property was as clean as a new house. Very nice and friendly host and very good communication. There was free coffee and drinks in the fridge. The AC was already on before arrival so the house was cooled down. Beds where very good to sleep. If we are in the neighbourhood again ,we sure will use this host.

Nice apartment to rest with family and pets, with large patio to enjoy the nice weather of the area. Very tidy and clean. It's always a pleasure to come back!

What could be more beautiful than silence and sunshine? My daughter replied the moon and the stars... That's it, a return to the source, to simplicity, to the earth, its fruits, its flowers. The house is decorated keeping the soul of the house, nothing is missing, all the little touches are there. This house is a haven of peace. Thanks Karin, we'll be back!

The house is just like the photos, it was clean and very well furnished. We had a fantastic time, it's in a good location to visit Cabo de Gata and different beaches. You can park near the house easily. Juan José was very friendly and helpful at all times. I highly recommend his place.

Wonderful stay at Casa Atalaya. The house is beautiful, full of details and with very careful decoration and lighting. Each patio/terrace has the perfect orientation for the different times of the day, the peace that you can breathe is indescribable! The house has everything you could need and was perfectly clean. The traditional construction keeps it cool even on hot days. It is equidistant from all areas of the cape, a perfect location to explore it in full. There is great privacy, being 5 minutes from bars and shops. Chloé is simply awesome. I can't recommend spending enough time at this accommodation.

We only stayed for 2 nights, had great experiences, beautiful flat, very warm decorated, everything seems to be new. Very clean and well equipped . Place is just about 5 minutes walking distance from bus top . So great location- also very quiet. Bed super comfortable. Overall fantastic stay , very friendly owners, answered all our questions through the stay. Highly recommended. We are hoping to return again in November. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.
