Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Bemus Point

Everything was great with our stay, we even contacted Stephen the day before our stay started and last minute asked if we could rent the house for an extra day and He quickly responded and allowed us to rent it an extra day since it was available and helped us from finding a hotel for an extra day. Very thankful He did that for us and gave us some great locations to eat at while there.

As soon as we walked in the door, we felt immediately at home! This was one of the best Air B&B stays that we have ever encountered! My wife was so impressed with how thoughtful the decor was and the welcome basket was yet another detail that we did not expect. The lake view was beautiful and even though the weather wasn't the best, it was the type of place that you could just relax and spend the day right there. Maripat and Tim were truly "Super Hosts" and it was evident with their home and their great communication. They literally thought of everything that you could possibly need and anything else was pretty close by. We had the most relaxing and stress free getaway that we've had in awhile. If our travels take us back to western NY again, I can guarantee that we will be trying to stay at this beautiful place on the lake. If we could give this 12 stars...we would!

This upstairs apartment was great! Kitchen was huge, bathrooms were good sized and well-stocked. Bedrooms were spacious (especially the master) and the beds were comfortable. This unit was very comfortable for our family to stay in. Laundry facilities were great, too! Would love to come back in the summer and experience a stay in this Airbnb again!

Place is clean and cozy, the deck and the fire pit area are great to sit back and enjoy the views of the creek and many ducks and birds! Everything was as described, and we had everything needed for our overnight stay in the area. Would return in the future!

Laurie’s place was absolutely lovely. The home is filled with interesting collections including artwork, fossils, books, etc. The home was very clean (not a speck of dust in sight), lots of towels, and my favorite - good cotton sheets! We spent the afternoon relaxing on the big front porch in rocking chairs, which transitioned to relaxing happy hour. We would definitely stay here again.

We love staying at the Large Bakery Apartment! We stay here now every time we’re in town visiting family. Feels like home away from home.

Jessica's apartment in North East was the ideal home base for our recent trip. What truly stood out was Jessica's amazing hospitality - she was not only very responsive but also incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check-in early! The apartment itself was very clean, exactly as advertised, and comfortably fit our group of three. We loved the peaceful park view and the convenience of being able to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. Plus, it was a short drive to Erie. Jessica's thoughtful recommendations for local wineries and eateries were invaluable and made our stay even more enjoyable. I can't recommend her place enough!

Convenient location between Dunkirk and Fredonia. Close to the College, the Lakefront, shopping and walking distance to the ice cream shop! Home was clean and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay - kitchen was well equipped with dishes, glasses, pots, pans, etc. We especially enjoyed the outside areas - front porch and back deck. Host was quick to respond to our questions. We would definitely stay there again!

My wife and I could not be happier with our stay at the Copper Top. Our original trip in 2024 had to be canceled due to unforeseen weather on our way to the Copper Top which actually led us being stuck in Erie, PA. Immediately we were offered an extension to our trip free of charge. Ultimately due to weather we were unable to make it to the Copper Top all together. Matthew, Brian, and Leah were gracious enough to let us reschedule our trip for Memorial Day weekend 2025 and use our payment from 2024 as a credit towards the trip!! Which we could not be more thankful for. The space itself is beautiful and very well maintained! Any questions that popped up were answered immediately and the hosts truly care about their guests needs! We cannot recommend this place enough and cannot wait to return!

Very cute and cozy lake house with beautiful sunset views - perfect for our weekend getaway. We especially enjoyed watching the antics of a family of ducks (with 8 ducklings!) as they passed by several times a day. Mary was great - she reached out to me before we had even arrived which I appreciated. All of her instructions were clear and easy to follow … a very positive experience overall.

We had such a great time! It was very private location but it was close to Jamestown and Chataqua Lake so we were able to find some fun things to do . It was a little cold and rainy for the last weekend in May but was perfect to have fires in the evening. We enjoyed our daily visits from Frank the cat and also Ernie stopped by a few times too. The loaf of bread was a very nice welcome gift. Lots of space for our group of 4 😀 We would definitely come again. Even offered us to take our time on check out day. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Aimee’s home was a spaciousness gathering place for 4 friends to spend the weekend together. Because it rained alot one day, we just relaxed at the house. The space was cozy and had everything we needed and more. Would definitely stay there again.

Melissa and Matt were the perfect hosts. Very clear and detailed instructions provided well in advance of stay and they were immediately responsive and helpful with any questions. Their condo was clean and as described. Much more updated and modern compared to the rustic and historical comparable offerings around. Great amenities. The central location is unmatched. My husband, adult children and I stayed for a weekend wedding event and I can’t imagine a better spot. Walkable. Effortless. Highly recommended.

This place was absolutely perfect for our group of families on a ski weekend. The bedrooms were large and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and everything we needed to cook for a crowd. Best of all, the location was outstanding…right in front of the lift! The place was clean too! Highly recommend.

This place was the perfect spot for our friend’s wedding at Peek’n Peak! It was a warm weekend so the AC was a plus, it fit three couples easily, and was close enough for the shuttle service the night of the wedding!

The condo was exactly as described and perfect for our needs. The condo is very clean and well maintained with a beautiful view of the lake. The house manual was helpful for important information not only regarding the condo but also suggestions for local attractions. I’d highly recommend staying here and would book again in the future.

We were a group of two families - 6 adults and 6 teens. The location to the slopes was perfect. We had plenty of sleeping spaces. The kitchen was well equipped to make all of our meals at the condo. Julie and Michael reached out during our stay to make sure everything was as we expected. We will be back!
