Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Bembridge

We had a fantastic week staying at this property with our family group of 11 plus two dogs. The house was absolutely perfect for our needs - spacious, stylish and very well thought out for hosting a larger group. We especially appreciated the open plan kitchen/ dining/ living space which made our family meals and evenings together really enjoyable. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The welcome pack was an added bonus. The beds were all comfy and the showers good - always plenty of hot water for all of us. One of us has an electric car and it was a great convenience to be able to charge it up overnight on the driveway at the property, another reason for booking this house. We enjoyed spending time in the garden - plenty of seating there. The property was in a great location in the lovely village of Seaview being only 5 minutes walk to the beach. There were also wonderful views of the Solent from the back bedrooms. Highly recommend.

What a lovely house. Great location, lovely and quiet. Really spacious rooms that have been nicely decorated. On arrival we were welcomed with bread, milk and delicious Isle of Wight tomatoes! Thank you for a lovely stay.

I have stayed in many Airbnb properties over the years, but this surpasses them all! The location on the beach, with facilities which lacked nothing, would top anyone's expectations. The décor was bright and fresh, suiting the house perfectly. This property is of the highest standard.

We had a lovely weeks holiday in Bembridge. The locations amazing, Bembridge village is perfect, can walk to the beach and so many lovely things to do within a 20 min drive. I’m sure we will visit again one day

We have just come home from our second stay at Wishing Well. As before, it’s spotlessly clean. An open airy lounge, diner and kitchen greet you on the first floor with lovely countryside views and on the ground floor you will find two beautiful en-suite bedrooms with very comfy beds. Brilliantly located with Appley beach just a five minute drive away. Isle of Wight distillery is just next door offering the delicious mermaid gin and a small but really good menu. Nicola and Penny are wonderful hosts and very proactive when answering messages nothing is too much trouble. We love returning here and are already booked in again for two weeks later in the year.

We had a fantastic stay during May half term with the kids - the house is stunning, even better than the photos and the view is spectacular. The house has a very high -end finish to it and had everything you could wish for in terms of amenities. We look forward to visiting again sometime soon

We really enjoyed our holiday at Whitecliff Bay Holiday Park. Rosie’s accommodation was excellent. It had everything it said it would. It was clean, well maintained and welcoming. Rosie advised on the local amenities and was extremely friendly to deal with. Would definitely stay there again.

This property rates more than 5 stars! Self-contained, well-equipped, every detail attended to, lots of welcoming touches like milk, bread, fruit ... we even found a bag of frozen chips in the freezer. This really is an exceptional property and I would love to visit again, in fact I would arrange a holiday just to stay here. It is excellent value for money when so many owners are quite frankly ripping guests off. But cost aside, for a self contained property you will simply not do any better. It was a little way from the area we were visiting, but that did not matter. It was a pleasure to leave from and come back to. If you are a reader there is a great selection of books and watching birds in the garden is a delight. Does this sound a bit "gushy" .. maybe , but that's not me! I am genuinely pleased to have stayed here and would love to return.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment on the Isle of Wight. Located in a stunning Georgian building, the space is full of character with impressively high ceilings, large windows, and breathtaking sea views. The apartment is cosy, thoughtfully decorated with great taste, and equipped with everything a traveller could possibly need. It was also perfect for staying with our toddler – a travel cot was provided, which made things so much easier. The location couldn’t be better: just a stone’s throw from both the beach and the high street, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local area. All in all, a truly enjoyable stay. Highly recommend and would love to return!

What an amazing apartment. Great location right on the beach, with fantastic views of the sea from the windows. Choice of seating areas with tables, open balcony and enclosed window area. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Easy to get to the ‘Witterings’ Chichester Marina etc. We all wished we could have stayed longer. Sam was a great person to liaise with before we arrived, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Sam.

A lovely cosy space, home away from home. Has everything you need and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space for my Husband and I along with our 11 year old son. We would definitely recommend.

Great apartment in a brilliant location right by the beach. Comfortable beds and lounge area. Plenty of space and a nice balcony overlooking the beach. Perfect for a glass of rose as the sun sets.

The flat is lovely located on the second floor of the house not ideal for people with walking issues with stairs. The flat is exactly like it was described, two nice big bedrooms, a cosy lounge and dining area with sea view. The location of the flat is great, walking distance to town centre and beach. Jess had warned us about parking as I came with my own car. Market place which is the free parking road was constantly full but next to the flat (literally next door), there is a long stay car park. You can buy a permit for 2 or 3 days and the best thing about this permit, it is also valid in different car parks across the island. We really enjoyed our stay in Jess’s flat and I will recommend it to anyone who is interested to come to visit the Island of Wight.

Rosie's place was lovely. Great views of sandown and the sea, a short walk from the sea front, and very spacious for the price. The owners are very thoughtful and the apartment was very well kept and tidy when we arrived. We had a wonderful holiday and I would highly recommend rosie's place for anyone looking to spend time on the isle of wight.

The flat was really nice and clean, was located amongst different shops and next to cosham station. The noise level was good for being on a high street, and the communication from the host was excellent

This place is really thoughtfully set-out. There's everything you need and the hosts have gone above and beyond to lay out clear instructions for everything you might need. The bed was comfy and we really enjoyed staying there. We didn't have a car, but were there for an event hosted right next to it - there's not a lot you can easily walk to, so if you're there for a weekend, you might want to bring / hire a car. However, there's a great pub super close by which also does breakfast and has a great playground for kids. Ideal if you're going to do lots of walks / hikes.

Pleasant overnight stay, easy check in, great location right by Portsmouth Harbour. Would recommend for any short stays!

Rock pools is a superb flat for a holiday in Seaview. A stone’s throw from the beach and a lovely sea wall walk into the village and cafes of Seaview. Flat is so well equipped for a small family or as we were an elderly mum and daughter visiting family. I would thoroughly recommend staying here in this lovely bright, clean and spacious flat with all mod cons for a holiday needed and finished to a high quality. Katie is so friendly and responsive to all queries and a great host! Many thanks .

This is a lovely apartment which is spotlessly clean, bright and cheerful and a pleasure to stay in.

Just come back from a two night stay, we had a restful time and enjoyed the close proximity to the town. The weather was unfortunately disappointing but it didn’t dampen our spirits. The home baked chocolate treats were a warm welcoming surprise, as was the Prosecco and crisps. Everything about our stay was just what we needed and we will definitely look you up when we next visit to make a booking
