The only point that hindered our experience a little was that there was a construction site right in front of the apartment's only window. In addition to the inconvenience caused by the typical noises of a construction site, we had to keep the curtain closed all the time so as not to lose our privacy. I emphasize that this point has no direct relation to the apartment itself and I believe that it is beyond the control of the owner, but it ended up causing us a little discomfort, especially considering that it was a vacation trip.

The structure is excellent and offers comfort and practicality in all rooms. The host was very receptive, attentive and flexible, always willing to help and resolve any need quickly and cordially. We feel very welcome all the time of stay. As a suggestion for improvement, we believe that the inclusion of more beds (or bunk beds) would help to optimize the space, especially for larger groups. An additional bathroom would also be welcome. Other than that, we have absolutely nothing to complain about. Congratulations on the organization and the excellent hosting. Great area to explore Belo Horizonte. The apartment is close to lots of restaurants and shops, with very cheap and easily accessible Uber rides. The room was well air conditioned and we had plenty of space. The only downside was that the hot tub didn’t work, which had been part of our reason for choosing this place.
