We had a great stay and experience with Geraldo and Liliane. We rented the house for a quiet reveillon with our family and the experience couldn't have been better. Check-in was smooth, communication was quick and assertive. The house is magnificent, we arrived and everything was clean and tidy, the bathrooms clean and an amazing view. If you want a quiet experience, to relax and enjoy, I strongly suggest this stay. The place is very quiet and the house and kitchen are equipped with all you need. During the stay, Geraldo was promptly at their disposal for any needs we had.

The site is very nice, the location is good, because it is close to BH, and the host is very attentive, resolving any problem promptly.

We were very welcomed by Marcelle from the moment of the reservation, the house was even better than in the photos and we were welcomed in a very helpful way. We love the stay and the cost benefit pays off a lot!

The stay was very quiet and pleasant. The condominium is very close, quiet and safe. The house is huge and well equipped. The cleaning was great and the rooms had comfortable beds and new pillows. Marlene is an excellent hostess, always available and attentive. The gourmet area is very spacious and pleasant, with wide view of the pool and well integrated environments. The swimming pool was the high point, because it has solar heating, it made a big difference for adults and children to be able to enjoy more. We have been a great stay, God willing, we will come back other times.

The house is a spectacle! Wonderful, cozy, all very wide. Airy and spacious rooms. Delicious gourmet space, just a point of attention to the floor that is slippery. The point that left to be desired was the air conditioning of the pool, which due to the region being colder, was very cold during our stay. By the size of the house, for everything it offers and for the price you pay, it is worth a heating system even so that it can be better used throughout the year. The condominium is also very nice, very wooded and excellent location. A Rosangela very friendly and always available to help us when we needed it. In addition, it was days of delicious family rests. I highly recommend it.

The stay was amazing! We used the space to host my family during the graduation party celebrations. We were able to gather family and friends at night in a spacious, pleasant and perfect environment for various activities. It's a place that exceeds expectations! You can rent it without fear, because everything is really excellent! It's close to the beltway, bh shopping. It has easy access. Amazing!!!!

The house is wonderful, with a super integrated leisure area that allows everyone to stay together at all times. Great pool, full kitchen (with condiments and cleaning supplies), plus a garden and chicken coop available to guests. The kids area is also great, with a slide, an elastic bed, a doll's house and various toys. The rooms are very comfortable, with high quality, smelling bedding and towels. The cellar, which runs on guests' behalf, is very complete and at fair prices. The service was also flawless. Lili, indicated by the host, is too much, helpful, a very good kitchen and is always smiling. Daniel barbecue also indicated, did an excellent job. And host Rodrigo was amazing from start to finish. Attentive, helpful and always available. The stay was perfect, we don't have a negative point at all. We sure want to go back!

I thank Washington for the kindnesses, made the lodging for a group of small students and their mothers, in addition to the teachers, who went to compete in BH, and Washington was very helpful to meet our demands, relaxed the checkin and checkout times and helped us a lot in the stay. We were very pleased with our stay in Belo Horizonte. The house is extremely organized, clean and faithful to the photos in the description - exactly as we expected. The structure is excellent and offers comfort and practicality in all rooms. The host was very receptive, attentive and flexible, always willing to help and resolve any need quickly and cordially. We feel very welcome all the time of stay. As a suggestion for improvement, we believe that the inclusion of more beds (or bunk beds) would help to optimize the space, especially for larger groups. An additional bathroom would also be welcome. Other than that, we have absolutely nothing to complain about. Congratulations on the organization and the excellent hosting. We recommended and would come back for sure!

Great accommodation, very nice and well-guarded house, very comfortable mattresses. Bus and taxi stop at 50 m; pharmacy, supermarket and bakery at about 200 m; very close to the center, bars and restaurants.

Gonsalvez is a great person always on top on everything that you need his home is so awesome I love to feed the fish in the morning We cook some feijoada in the back yard on the wood stove I needed some wood he got it for me right away Bottom line I would definitely recommend this home for a vacation and next time I come back to Brazil I’m definitely staying here

Very nice, spacious and comfortable house! Great and safe residential neighborhood, it is not so commercial, but we were already aware and brought things for daily food. The host was very helpful, answering questions and demands quickly by cell phone. For those who are not from Belo Horizonte and do not know, a valid tip is: Drogaria Araújo, near the house, is actually a mini market, easy to find products for breakfast or some necessary item that you have forgotten.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was large, clean, and very comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location was great, close to everything we needed, and the price was very reasonable. The owners were super responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even smoother. Lorena's place is really nice and the suites are extremely comfortable. The mattresses and bedding are also very good, providing peaceful nights of sleep. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the rooms have a minibar, which is very practical. In addition, there are refrigerators in both the kitchen and the gourmet area, which also has a barbecue - perfect for those who like to cook and gather friends. Lots of privacy, it has a floor fire and even a fireplace. One of the most delightful surprises was the trail to a stream, which made the tour even more special. The place is amazing in every way, and I would definitely come back and recommend it to friends! I highly recommend it!
