The apt is literally downtown, set in a lovely street with lots restaurants and cafes in the historic heart of Palermo, just around the corner of Teatro Massimo. Although it's right in the middle of all the restaurants and night life you can't really hear any noise once inside of the apt. The place is spacious, stylish with full equipped kitchen, heating, air conditioned and an amazing view of St' Ignazio Church from the terrace. The apt is on the 4 floor in an ancient building without elevator.

The apartement looks like the pictures. It is very clean and in a quiet location (10min from Mondello beach, 15min from the highway and 20min from Palermo City Center). The large balcony with sea view is definitely the highlight of this apartment. Check-in was easy and Antonello was always available, friendly and helpful. I would recommend this apartment to anyone!

This was a truly remarkable home! No Ikea sterility here…this is a home. Spacious, stylish and very comfortable. At every turn you find a beautiful space to sit, eat, chat or just admire the multiple garden areas. The pool is worthy of a posh resort (which is sort of what the whole place is). The hosts, whose family home it is, are welcoming and charming. If you were fortunate enough to have a loving and well-to-do relative who kept a villa in Italy, this is what you might hope for. Like previous reviews, it’s a difficult place to leave.

We had a super nice stay in Aldo's accommodation. We were 4 people (2 couples) there was enough space so that everyone could retreat in this accommodation. Aldo's dad lives right behind the accommodation and was very attentive and on site for all questions and concerns. We will definitely come back! Thank you

Giuseppe is a great host. He was very proactive in his communication & his instructions were excellent. This is a historic apartment with 2 bedrooms in one space with a living area and shower room. Double doors lead into an enchanting garden with outdoor seating and a hammock. This was an ideal place to eat & relax out of the midday sun. There is a separate kitchen & 2nd shower room which also open into the garden. It’s a 20min train journey from the airport & about 40min train journey to centre of Palermo. Trains very frequent & cheap. Great option if you want close to the sea & seafood restaurant but also want a day trip to Palermo. Lots of local shops nearby - butcher, fish shop, grocery, pharmacy & walking distance to marina & seafood restaurants. Great place to unwind & start our holiday.
