Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Bellingham

We spent a full week in this cozy spot. Walked to breakfast in downtown Bellingham several times. It seemed like everything we did was just a 10-15 minute drive, weather biking Galbraith, a trip to Costco for a pre wedding party, or into Fairhaven for the wedding we easily moved around town. When we needed recovery this place was great for chilling to music or watching a movie. We cooked several meals in the kitchen and found everything we needed to make them delicious. My wife, adult son, and 93-yr old mom found the place roomy enough for personal space,too. I think three couples could easily coexist there. Thanks for sharing this gem,Nick!

What an amazing home!! We loved the cottage decor with all the little nooks to hang out, books and games, telescope, cozy blankets. The views from the living room and patio were spectacular. We spent our mornings watching hundreds of herons fishing in the low tide! Walking down the beach to the southern point was so quiet and peaceful. Then ending our nights back out on the patio with a fire - such a relaxing time. Dawn’s home was also so great for our pup. He loved basking in the sun on the patio and exploring the water just steps away. Driving the short loop toward the ferry is well worth the amazing view of Mt Baker, and we enjoyed a little ferry trip to Lummi island, although the cottage is so comfortable and relaxing, we would have been happy not leaving at all during the day too!

We loved the location. I stayed here with my three kids and they loved playing in the backyard, and the home was spacious enough for them to play. There were also enough beds to comfortably accommodate all of us.

Kulshan House was the PERFECT home for our Bellingham weekend. We had 8 adults in our group and there was plenty of space. All the basic needs were there plus so many more little touches and additions to make it the perfect stay. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking family meals - one of the best we’ve come across. Check in was extremely simple and Hannah was very communicable and responsive. From the dining room table (which was our hub for family games and fellowship) to the quaint backyard with the wonderful hot tub - this home was one to remember. Additionally, it is close to grocery stores, gas stations, coffee huts - great location, beautiful area and we felt very safe during our stay!

We had a great, brief overnight stay at Audreys while some home renovations were curing. We brought our wee pup, and stopped at the B'ham farmers market on the way in (supplies are a bit scarce out by Audrey's so best to self support) and were able to check in a bit early to put food in the fridge and park our car, as the Lummi Island ferry was doing it's seasonal dry dock and we could scoot over and walk on for a lovely afternoon on the Island. A peaceful nights sleep and a nice mellow morning and we were on our way - bed was very comfortable. Host was responsive and place was as shown - a really cool option in a pretty wild and out of the way area!

We were in town for our boy’s state baseball tournament but we will be back to Bellingham just for this place. This house was incredibly beautiful and the view is second to none! We saw bald eagles right off the back deck and sailboats on the bay. What a spot to rest! The hosts were great and very accommodating. We read the reviews about the train noise so we were aware going in. We actually enjoyed watching them go by from the back deck and the noise was noticeable, but didn’t bother us at all. They have a photo album of the construction process that they did as a family and it’s amazing to see what they went through to build this beautiful home. I’m a carpenter by trade so I could really appreciate the craftsmanship of this home. My wife’s favorite artist is Andrew Wyeth and she was thrilled that they had 2 of his painting in the house. Everything we needed, they had and we look forward to coming back!

Truly enjoyed my stay at Roberts Airbnb. The space was perfect for my weekend stay for a local wedding. There was lots of space to relax and it was so comfortable. Robert was extremely responsive to my needs and was very helpful communication. I would highly recommend!

Hannah and Pat are wonderful hosts. They immediately made us feel at home with their warm and welcoming hospitality. Their property is beautiful and full of fruit trees, vegetable gardens, flowers, birds, and a pretty fish pond. Our space was very comfortable and accommodating, and the spacious bathroom with the heated floor was quite nice. We would definitely recommend a stay at Hannah's.

I had a wonderful stay here. Ginny and Gary were so warm and welcoming, they checked in to see if I needed anything and made sure I felt completely at home. After long days of climbing, it was the perfect place to come back to just as described, if not even better! The surroundings are stunning, and the place has absolutely everything you could want. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a cozy, comfortable, and well-equipped home base. I will definitely be back!

This was a return visit for us. The Float On Inn is quiet, comfortable and very convenient for island activities. The serene white & blue interior and the uninterrupted views across Penn Cove to Mount Baker combine for a classic Pacific NW setting.

Linda and Jay's place was outstanding! The special touches and attention to detail made us feel right at home. It's obvious that Linda and Jay put alot of care into making their place as comfortable and inviting as possible for their guest! The gardens are absolutely beautiful! The apartment is pristine and super nice!! Such a beautiful place all around! Enjoyed our stay very much!! Loved the homemade bread! Delicious! We recommend staying here one hundred percent!!

This waterfront inner bay location is an ever changing view of tidal events, birds, and a beautiful garden. Every hour of the day had something different to observe and enjoy. Faces east for moonrise and sunrise views. A lovely setting, kind hosts, and close enough to Edison for dining, art galleries, and a small village stroll. Plus the king bed was incredibly comfortable so sleep was a dream. Recommend adding a visit to Bow Sanctuary sauna and sessions to add a wellness experience.

Perfect place for a couple day visit with my student at WWU. Comfortable and lots of space. Location was great for walking to cafes, restaurants, and getting to campus. Thanks for a great stay!

Peggys was such a wonderful host and a great communicator. The studio was very clem and the location was spot on. It was very close to everything especially the ferry harbor, which was super convenient for us since island hopped everyday. Would recommend and definitely would stay again.

What a beautiful and peaceful retreat! The backyard garden is absolutely breathtaking, and there is a beautiful view of the bay. The furniture, bed, pillows, and linens were all very comfortable. It was nice to have everything we needed in the kitchenette. We also, really liked the heated tile flooring! Everything was just as pictured and described, and it felt very clean. We had a very quiet, peaceful stay!

Very cozy and comfortable place to spend time in Bellingham. The walk to downtown is lovely and the location is perfect for exploring the Bellingham area. The bed was comfortable, the shower was amazing. and the cleanliness was excellent. We love to cook and found the kitchen pretty well stocked with the tools we needed for making a few meals. I'd return to stay again in a heartbeat.

Great stay! Close to Chair 9 (You can walk) and everything else in Glacier is super close. One of the most perfect locations for Baker access. Would stay again & easy check in 😎

The Inn on the Harbor was a perfect weekend getaway spot. Super clean and comfortable with great water views. Check in was made really easy and Tracey gave great directions ahead of time. Downtown Blaine is very walkable from this spot. We will be back!

Great place to stay in Birch Bay! Dan and Sherri were great hosts, the condo was very comfortable and had a nice view of the bay. Very responsive and answered all our questions promptly and clearly. Would stay here again!

Quick response before our trip. Quiet and private

We really enjoyed our stay! Loved that from one balcony we had a river view and the other a view of the bay. The home was comfortable and cozy for our family. Beds had nice, soft (and clean!) sheets, comfortable mattresses as well. Short walk to beach access and coffee shop which was a plus as well.

We had a great weeklong stay at Sunset condo. It was so comfortable and spacious. The view was great and true to the name… the sunsets were awesome. The hosts have really thought of everything to make their guests stay easy. All the thoughtful touches were really appreciated. The full size kitchen has everything you need, the bathrooms are well stocked and the beds and bedding are super comfortable. We really enjoyed walking in the Madrona beach neighborhood and on the public beach which is just a few steps away. This is a relaxing getaway spot. We highly recommend Maryln’s place!

Leith's studio apartment is quiet, yet a walk around the corner from the main street. The views of the East Sound and surrounding landscape from the high up deck are beautiful. The interior is artfully well-appointed and equipped.
