We had a fantastic stay! The house is beautifully renovated and feels modern yet comfortable. The outdoor area is perfect for entertaining the family—with a brand-new, large BBQ, a great sitting area, and a pool that everyone loved. It’s an easy walk to local restaurants, shops, and the beach or creek, which made everything super convenient. The host was very helpful and responsive, and the house is stocked with everything you could possibly need. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home, everything in the kitchen that you needed. Pool was clean and fun. Black cockatoos flying over every morning was an absolute treat! Plenty of space in house for kids and I. Hosts were excellent. Would absolutely come back here again!! Thanks Mark for having my tribe stay.

We had a lovely stay at this property and Nicole was a super host. She was extremely easy to reach and wonderful to communicate with. She had taken care of all our personal requests for this trip. She also was kind enough to give me some tips and advice that I had asked for. The property is at an absolutely stunning location. The house is huge and luxurious and the decor is very tasteful and lush. Everything that one could possibly need during their stay was available at the house. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and we were able to cook. There were lots of towels available for our use and the bed and bedding was sufficient and comfortable. The property is a short drive from the small town with quite a few activities . It is also a great place to go on walks from. The views are serene and the property is perfect for a calm and quiet break from city life. We had a superb holiday with friends and by all means was a 5 star stay.

OMG suits this place to a tee! What a beautiful view, just as in the pictures, probably better. The place is really decked out well, plenty of space and places to sit and relax, a well supplied kitchen and in a nice quiet location. If you don’t want to swim in the ocean, the pool is a nice pleasant area to relax or play in too. The host was also great. The communication was informative and replies were in a reasonable timeframe. They were easy to contact and always very willing to assist. I would most certainly stay here again!

Absolutely loved our stay at Emma's place! It was my partners 30th birthday and we all absolutely had a blast. Emma and her family were very accommodating and lovely! Beautiful property and definitely recommend going for a dip in the swimming hole!

10/10 would recommend to stay at Collombatti cottage! Kelly was a great host and let us check in early. She was very responsive to our requests and even bought down more fire wood for us. Our 2 dachshunds had the time of their lives running the paddocks. We enjoyed feeding the cows and relaxing it was so peaceful! Everything was perfect, had everything we needed with nice little touches. We will definitely be back! Thanks Kelly & Duncan!

Wendy was very welcoming from the day we booked her nice cozy place. We were late to check in and she had the place with the lights switched on and heated up which was the greatest start for us. The hot tub was also set in perfect temperature to use throughout our stay. They had a lot of cutlery and spices which made our stay even better. It was the perfect place for a get away from the city. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to enjoy a cozy, homely stay.

The place was amazing. The house was spacious and well supplied, making it very comforting and relaxing. You could walk around the garden or chill on the deck and there was always something that would catch your eye. The waterfall/swimming hole down the back was definitely a standout. Rosie was very friendly and always responsive to any questions we had, making the experience super enjoyable. Highly recommend if you are looking for some peace and serenity.

Our whole family enjoyed the stay at the Red Shed. The space was cosy, welcoming and clean. The welcome hamper was lovely, including homemade bread & biscuits as well as some lovely local products and Meredith’s goats milk soaps! The surrounds were beautiful, very pretty views from the living space. Meredith was a great communicator, very friendly and accomodating. She was generous in taking our children around for morning farm duties and introducing them to their beautiful Border Collie puppies. Feeding the animals was a highlight as well as walking around the beautiful property.

Michael's place was warm and cozy, located a few mins walk from the main street of town. Michael even provided a fresh loaf of home cooked bread upon arrival which was a nice touch. The location is quiet and close to many of the attractions Dorrigo offers. Would stay again if passing through :)

Ruth's place was absolutely fabulous. It was very well stocked with all the bits and pieces you need when travelling, even WiFi, which was very appreciated. It was really quiet, lots of birds to watch on the deck and so really relaxing. Thank you Ruth!

I’ve already booked our next stay! My friends & absolutely loved our stay at Freida - such a blessing to be able to stay in this beautiful old home and connect with the herstory of this strong capable woman. The home is so peaceful, a perfect relaxation place with the gorgeous wraparound verandah providing so many spots to hang out overlooking the garden & surrounding views; the wood fire and comfortable cosy lounge; the deep clawfoot bath and eclectic, comfortable bedrooms. Not forgetting the incredibly well-equipped characterful kitchen with a fabulous herb & spice and china collection … and the tree swing! Liz was so accommodating, friendly & proactive in communication with plenty of local recommendations which were much appreciated. Thank you!

Such a great place! We stayed for four nights at Lorraine's place and loved it. It's a magical farm-stay only 10 minutes away from the beach. Lorraine is lovely and was very welcoming with us. All her gifts and souvenirs were a highlight of the trip.

Simon and Kayla went above and beyond to help us. We stayed at their place whilst being evacuated due to flooding at our house. They were extremely accommodating and flexible to help us. Their private backyard is what dreams are made of. We loved our stay and would gladly return.

Anthony's house is an older property but has been carefully updated with all the amenities and comforts you could need. The property is great value. It is exactly as described and well located in Urunga. We enjoyed our stay.

Extremely cute cabin with modern fittings & appliances. Very quiet, private & peaceful location. Dinner at the pub was great with large meals. Loved the cabin & will definitely go back. Just perfect to get away and unwind.

We had a wonderful stay at Thrumbs, a lovely place with quiet and peaceful surroundings. Our kids wanted to stay there for weeks. Laura and her team were very responsive and flexible with our requests. It's a great place to stay and will come again in the future.

We’re two families from the Gold Coast who were looking for a peaceful getaway for a few days, away from Tropical Cyclone Alfred 2025. We were excited to find a relaxing spot to unwind and enjoy some quality time together. The house had everything a family needs, it was clean, safe, close to a playground and coffee shop and a lovely area to walk around with friendly neighbors. Garry was a great host with clear instructions on everything and he was very kind and quick to respond.

This is a beautiful home with tons of character and charm. The rear living area overlooks rolling green paddocks with horses and cows drifting in and out of view, it's very, very nice. The kitchen is very well equipped and we slow cooked a shoulder of lamb very easily. Nicole was an excellent host, a great communicator and was genuinely interested in our welfare. We only wish we had a little longer to enjoy the natural beauty and slow pace of life along the Waterfall way - Looking forward to coming back.
