Excellent séjour dans cet appartement propre, très agréable et bien décoré. Situation idéale en plein centre-ville pour se promener à pied et en transports publics gratuitement le week-end. Le parking souterrain est pratique dans une zone où stationner est difficile. Excellent contacts avec Julie pour nous faciliter l’accès. Les 4 étages sans ascenseur font faire de l’exercice. Nous y reviendrons

Je recommande fortement cet appartement, il est très bien situé. L’appartement est dans le centre historique et près du tram.

Logement très fonctionnel et bon rapport qualité-prix. A noter que le logement est situé au dessus d'un bar qui ferme vers 0h30-1h. Mathieu fournit des boules quiès. Personnellement, cela ne m'a pas du tout dérangé.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement fidèle à la description. L’appartement était propre, agréable et bien situé. La communication avec l’hôte a été excellente, toujours réactif et attentionné. Il faisait un peu chaud à l’intérieur durant notre séjour, la circulation de l’air étant assez limitée, mais cela n’a en rien gâché notre expérience. Nous repartons avec de très bons souvenirs et recommandons ce logement sans hésiter !

amazing place to stay, lovely location and really stylish, spacious apartment with everything you need. we loved sitting on the terrace and enjoying the greenery plus there is a lovely woodland path alongside the building for walks/runs. check in was super simple and the host was very responsive to messages

C’est un appartement vraiment très fonctionnel, bien pensé, ce qui rend le séjour d’autant plus agréable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Je recommande sans hésitation !

Parfait pour les amoureux de tranquilité

Non seulement le logement correspondait aux photos ainsi qu’à la description faite mais nous avons été conquis dès l’ouverture du logement. La maison était fraîche, avec la chaleur qu’il faisait dehors autant vous dire que c’était très agréable. Lorsque nous avons ouvert les volets roulants il y a tout de suite eu de la clarté dans la maison. Bref vous l’aurez compris nous sommes tomber sous le charme de cette maison décorée avec goût, elle est fonctionnelle et paisible, pas de bruits aux alentours. Je ne peux que recommander.

Wij waren hier voor de 3e keer. We gaan hier ook zeker vaker terugkomen. Het is een geweldige accommodatie gelegen op het platte land tussen Nantes en Pornic / Saint -Nazaire. Prachtig schoon huis voorzien van alle gemakken. Mooie slaapkamers, woonkamer/keuken en douche/sanitair. Mooie grote tuin met terras en de mogelijkheid om te BBQ-en. Bijzonder kindvriendelijk en veel speelmogelijkheden voor kinderen. Deze locatie is echt aan te raden. Jean -Yves en zijn vrouw zijn bijzonder vriendelijk en aardig en zijn te allen tijde bereid om je te helpen of vragen te beantwoorden. Kortom : het was weer een geweldige vakantie. -

We had a wonderful few days exploring Nantes and couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable and charming place to return home to at the end of each day. Johan’s place is clean, stylish, architecturally interesting and full of beautiful art pieces and lovely details - he clearly is a man with great taste! The house is very well equipped with high quality inventory and appliances for those who like to do a bit of cooking on holiday like us! The location was ideal with - quiet but with all the essentials nearby and very quick access by bus to the centre of town. Odile was wonderful - so welcoming, helpful and friendly when we arrived and supremely responsive/flexible when we told her we would arrive earlier than expected. Odile also provided excellent support during our stay when we had questions! Overall it was the best few days and we cannot wait to return to Johan’s place and to Nantes! Thank you Johan and Odile!!!

Appartement très fonctionnel et très agréable, Romain a eu la gentillesse de nous attendre pour nous accueillir en dépit de notre arrivée tardive et nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Apartment just as described and shown in pictures. Located in a neighborhood away from busy areas, but right on a bus line that takes you into the city center. Several shopping options nearby for groceries. Loved having the patio/outdoor space. Apartment was very nice, not super child friendly as there are a lot of breakables and I was always terrified my kids would accidentally break something. Very well stocked to be able to cook. Didn’t realize at the time I booked that there was no air conditioning, and when we arrived it was very hot so we bought a fan and that cooled it off some. Totally my error but if you went it in the summer something to be mindful of. WiFi was great. Host responsive. Highly recommend.

Nous avons été très bien reçus par Viviane et Pierre. Le logement est tout à fait conforme à la description. L'équipement en électroménager est de qualité. La literie est très confortable. L'immeuble est très calme. L'emplacement de ce logement permet de découvrir et de visiter Nantes et les alentours dans de très bonnes conditions. La documentation fournie par Viviane tant pour l'électroménager que pour les idées de sorties nous a été très utile. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les produits alimentaires (brioche, lait, jus de fruits) mis à notre disposition pour le petit-déjeuner.

Spacious renovated apartment with sunny verandah in a quiet location. Fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals or make coffee! Also very convenient to public transport - bus stop at the corner. We enjoyed our stay very much would stay there again if in Nantes.
