Apartment Nea is newly renovated ( May 2024) and fully equipped apartment situated on the 3rd floor of a 4 floor building in the nice and quiet neighborhood just 15-20 minutes walk from the Old town and 7 minutes walk from the beautiful beaches of the luxury hotels Rixos and Bellevue. The apartment has a living room, two bedrooms (one with queen size bed, the other one with one single bed), equipped kitchen, bathroom and a balcony with a beautiful view over the port. There is an air condition, flat screen TV and access to a high speed internet. The apartment is decorated with photos of sculptures of renowned sculptor Marijan Kockovic, my husband's late father. Pearl of the Adriatic, Dubrovnik has an unusual and attractive charm. The brightness of Renaissance and Baroque architecture, the view of the sea of red tiles covering the roofs of the houses and the privileged position close to the crystal clear waters are the source of its beauty, together with green islands and white beaches surrounding it. No hidden prices (blankets, sheets, towels are provided and air condition, internet, tourist tax are included in the price).

Lapad is a residential suburb of Dubrovnik that lies about 3km northwest of the Old Town. The interior is mostly green and calm with plenty of attractive sea views and some excellent restaurants. Most Dubrovnik beaches are in Lapad so no matter where you stay, you'll be within walking distance of the sea. In fact you can walk everywhere in Lapad. Mony's apartment is charming apartment situated in Lapad area consisting of one double bedroom, living room with double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. A lovely balcony offers picturesque sea view. It is located in a quiet area, meaning that you will enjoy a relaxing holiday a mere 10 minutes walk from the beach. Welcome home in Dubrovnik! You will feel the serenity, the peace, the special ambience, you will feel arrived and relaxed. Our home with our two apartments lies above the Bellevue beach and is 13 minutes walking distance from the old Town of Dubrovnik. It is peaceful and green, near the beach but very central and quiet. Everything you need is in this 56 qm2 apartment. It is perfect for two people or even three and the parking is free in our garden as well.
