Absoluetly amazing stay! Host worked hard to get the pool open for our kids while we were there. Also brought us the most delicious strawberry pie weve ever had! Would recommend this place to everyone!

We had a great time! The house was just want we needed for a weekend get away. We were a little sad the weather didn't allow us to spend much time in the pool but it was just the right size and the outside fire pit was lovely for the evening. Far enough out of town to be peaceful but close enough to run to town incase we needed something. Jeff answered messages within a half hour and was very please to work with!

We had a wonderful time in Lewisburg. This home fit our family well (9 adults, 2 dogs, and 1 child) with plenty of space to spread out. We greatly enjoyed the front yard for beautiful views while playing yard games and having nighttime fires. Communication was great and Michelle was very responsive. Overall this home checked every box our family needed and we would definitely stay again.

A nice relaxing and secluded home about 20-25 minutes from State College. Great for families with the pool and lots of open areas and bathrooms.

The inside of the home was beautiful! Just as pictured. The beds are super comfy and the bathrooms are nicer than any hotel in all of happy valley. The host gets back to you right away and it was more than enough space for my family!

JoeAnna's place was perfect for our family to relax and enjoy time together. She was an exceptional host and very attentive to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and had plenty of room. The pool and hot tub were awesome and we used them daily. Highly recommend her place to anyone wanting a quiet, peaceful, and enjoyable stay in State College.

What a gem of a place. The pictures didn’t do it justice. Looked so much bigger than the photos. It was beautifully decorated and spotless. My husband and I stayed here for Parents Weekend for my daughter’s sorority at Penn State and it was perfect for the 3 of us. Lots of space for everyone. It was 10 miles away from school so really convenient, about 15 minutes away from campus. It rained when we were there so having laundry there was so helpful as we were able to wash our clothes that got wet. There was also a nice breakfast place just down the street where we ate at. Cute downtown area too. Highly recommend this place. We will definitely stay here again when visiting my daughter.

This place was beautiful and perfect t for our family ATV trip. We enjoyed the grill on the back deck as well as the fire pit. It was so easy to hop on the trail literally 10 yards away from the front door. Host was awesome, one of our members left behind clothes and she quickly sent them via FedEx to us. Highly recommend!!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was very accommodating for our wedding along with the location that went along with the wedding venue. It was very peaceful and quiet place to stay. Enjoyed it very much.

This place was amazing it actually looked better in person. It was spotless when we walked in and had all the amenities. The kitchen being fully equipped was great and also had a pack and play for my baby which I had forgotten. I was able to take beautiful pictures of my daughter before her graduation. Overall our stay was amazing and I would definitely book again

Great place to stay! House was beautifully decorated and clean. Hosts were super responsive! We stayed for PSU graduation so it was close enough to campus but also in a quiet area so we got to relax after the hustle and bustle.

Susan’s house was perfect for our weekend in the State College area. The house was exactly as described, and the host was very responsive and helpful when we had questions! We spent the weekend going back and forth from the Penn State campus and it was a super quick and easy drive, but at night it was nice to not be in the busy college town area. We will hopefully have a reason to come back and will for sure stay here again if we do

The house is beautiful. It was very clean and had everything a family needs to have a wonderful time. The kitchen is well stocked, there were family games, and my family loved making Smores. We were close to Penn State and the activities there. It was a wonderful weekend.

This property is a very special place. You can feel the peaceful and positive energy as soon as you walk through the door. Cliff has done everything to make his guests feel at home and his attention to detail in each room makes you feel cared for. I am very particular about the houses I rent (and I rent vacation homes fairly often) and this house surpassed my expectations. Of particular note is how incredibly clean and new everything is, and how well cared for the property is. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable and there are plenty of extra blankets, pillows and towels. There is ample storage space for all your items and lots of extra shelving near the kitchen for pantry items. Also, the kitchen is stocked with plenty of extra dishes, wine glasses, mugs, etc. If you are lucky enough to spend time here, I promise you will not be disappointment. Thank you Cliff for a truly wonderful vacation.

I've stayed at quite a few AirBNB's and ths was among the best. The space didn't look like an after thought or a place for second hand furniture. Everything was spotless, towels all matched, as did the bedding. Nice artwork decorated the studio. Everything you'd need was provided in the kitchen and bathroom. Roxanne was very accessible and accommodated all questions. Very comfortable and pleasant for two people.

If you are looking for a cozy and comfortable getaway, this is the place for you. It felt like a home away from home to us. This was our second stay at this house and would definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends. Zetta was very helpful and always available whenever we needed anything. The house is spotless and we'll appointed. Even our pup enjoyed her stay.

This home was exactly what we needed for a home away from home for a short get away. Conveniently located close to Penn States sports facilities and specifically Pegula Ice Arena for my son’s hockey camp. Hosts were extremely responsive and the property was clean and spacious. Highly recommended!

My daughter and I absolutely loved our stay here! We came to State College for her softball tournament. The cottage was adorable, clean and very comfortable. The location was so convenient to everything we needed, including a visit to the Penn State creamery for ice cream. We loved being able to sit on the back deck, enjoying the peace of the beautiful backyard and creek while watching the brids, squirrels and bunnies that came to visit. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to the area!

Nikki and Jeremey are just wonderful host!! This was our 2nd return at their property and we’re already looking forward to our third for the year. There property is so wonderful and it’s like a second home to us. Wonderful and peaceful. Clean to max. Everything you need and if you forget anything 15 min drive to the local Walmart.
