Holiday rentals with breakfast in Bellariva

Non si può competere con la posizione di questo appartamento. in pieno xebtrotutto raggiungibile a piedi, 20 ristoranti in meno di 200m. Imbattibile. ovviamente questo vuol dire che raggiungerlo in auto è complicato, perché è nel mezzo dell' isola pedonale, manila parcheggio più vicino è a 50m. L'appartamento è ben accudito, pulitissimo, la zona giorno e spaziosa anche se non luminosissima, le camere e i materassi comodi, la terrazzina spettacolare- piccola, privata, davvero un gioiellino!! Internet veloce, aria condizionata ovunque, e il rapporto qualità prezzo ci ha lasciato molto ben contenti della scelta dell'appartamento di Debora. Altamente raccomandato.

L’alloggio di Tiziana è quanto di meglio si possa desiderare se si cerca pace, silenzio e immersione nella natura. Vicinissimo alla casa un sentiero vi porta ad una cascata e in 5 km di salita si arriva all’Eremo di Carpegna. Altrimenti se ci si sposta con la macchina vi sono molti luoghi naturali e storici di interesse a pochi km di distanza. Se ci capita di tornare nella zona saremo felici di essere ospitati di nuovo da Tiziana.

Die Kommunikation mit Giulia war jederzeit herzlich. Auch der Check-In und Check-Out, den ihre Mutter übernommen hat, verlief unkompliziert. Die Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung im Inserat – sauber, gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über das Willkommensbrot sowie über die bereitgestellten Kleinigkeiten wie Kaffee, Trinkwasser und Milch. Ein kostenloser, abgesperrter Parkplatz stand ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist gut erreichbar und liegt relativ zentral zwischen der Altstadt von San Marino und der Staatsgrenze – beides ist zu Fuß erreichbar, wenn auch nicht direkt ums Eck.

Validissima alternativa di alloggio rispetto a quelle classiche in città. Ideale per chi voglia concedersi una fuga romantica. Anche per me, che ci sono andata con mia figlia adolescente , è stato piacevolissimo. Lo consiglio a chiunque, purché non abbia problemi di deambulazione, visto che si tratta di alloggio in borgo arroccato

è stato un soggiorno stupendo! l'alloggio è in una posizione che offre un panorama meraviglioso. Il soggiorno è stato veramente rilassante e rigenerante! l'alloggio era davvero bello, nuovo, pulito, dona molta calma e relax! I proprietari sono persone favolose, con cui chiacchierare molto volentieri e scoprire la loro realtà affascinante!

Tutto perfetto - dal check-in alla posizione e pulizia dell’alloggio. Una ottima struttura immersa nel verde, a solo 10 minuti dal mare. Carlo e Novella sono host gentilissimi, con cui avere ottime conversazioni! Grazie mille anche per i consigli sulla zona. Buonissima anche la colazione! Assolutamente da raccomandare.

Posto molto tranquillo ma non lontano da servizi, ampio spazio e molto pulito, la possibilità di parcheggiare internamente l’auto è stato molto importante per me e soprattutto proprietari molto gentili e disponibili.

Es war einfach perfekt!Morciano ist ein kleiner Ort mit ganz lieben Menschen :) alle notwendigen Geschäften befinden sich in der Nähe und sind zu Fuß schnell erreichbar.Die Unterkunft selbst ist noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern!Alles so liebevoll dekoriert!In der Küche hat man alles, was man braucht, sogar Kaffee, Zucker, Salz und Tee.Was noch total süß ist, dass der Gastgeber sogar Croissants, Marmelade und Kekse sowie zwei Wasserflaschen bereitstellt. Im Bad findet man ebenso alles, was man braucht, die Handtücher werden regelmäßig gewechselt.Was Paolo angeht, ganz große Klasse!Für jedes Anliegen kann man ihn sofort kontaktieren und bekommt auch umgehend eine Antwort!Tolle Empfehlungen von ihm bekommen bezüglich Restaurants und Strand(10 Autominuten in Cattolica).Zwischendurch brachte Paolo uns leckere Feigen zum Probieren und bei Abreise ein Abschiedsgeschenk mit heimischen Leckereien!Paolo, vielen lieben Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt & deine Herzlichkeit :)wir kommen wieder!

L’alloggio è a pochi km da Urbino, immerso nella pace e tranquillità. L’appartamento è carinissimo e fornito di ogni comfort!!! Ci torneremo sicuramente!!

Apparemment calme très propre et bien équipé il ne manquait rien avec de petites attentions qui font plaisir et le parking qui est un plus . Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Angela was the perfect hostess!! She was very kind and her apartment was perfect for our stay. The torte she gave us upon arrival was delicious. We will stay there again!!!!

Tutto perfetto, l'appartamento era fornito di tutti i comfort che raramente si trovano tra cui shampoo, bagno schiuma, caffè, pasta etc..

Ecco una possibile recensione: Appartamento perfetto per la nostra famiglia con due bambini piccoli. La posizione centrale e la pulizia impeccabile hanno reso il nostro soggiorno davvero piacevole durante l'evento della Befana. La casa è ben organizzata e dotata di tutto il necessario. Se dovessimo tornare in zona, lo sceglieremmo sicuramente di nuovo!

Lovely, warm apartment with great views- at the front over to Rimini and the Adriatic and a side view of the castles above at San Marino City which looked particularly good at night. The apartment had everything we needed. Chiara sent photos to help us locate the apartment and the parking space which was very helpful although it still took us a few minutes to find it! The apartment had everything we needed. Due to the thick walls, the wi-fi signal was only really good in the living room but that was fine for us. Only a 5 minute walk to the gondola taking you up to the city.

Santina e Piero sono stati molto gentili e accoglienti per tutto il tempo del nostro soggiorno. La casa corrisponde alla descrizione e la cucina è fornita con tutto il necessario. Consigliato per rilassarsi e godersi la natura dei dintorni.

Had the most beautiful and lovely time with Carmen and Max in their family home. The grandparents, parents and sons are all so warm, welcoming and inviting and I felt so at home with them. Carmen makes delicious cakes and it’s like a buffet for breakfast! They will take very good care of you the whole time - giving recommendations, making sure you get home safely and chatting to you even if you don’t speak Italian. This was the best time, thank you Carmen and Max!!!!

I can’t say enough about how fantastic this B&B is! Lucio and his wife are so warm and welcoming, but also give you space and privacy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the surroundings are so beautiful and the breakfast was delicious as well. We had everything we needed here. I highly recommend this place if you’re staying in the area, it is worth the short drive from town to stay here!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einem tollen und künstlerisch gestalteten Zimmer fast direkt am Strand. Roberto ist ein super freundlicher und sehr netter Gastgeber gewesen. Das Angebotene Frühstück war super lecker und man hatte viel Auswahl, auch der Cappuccino war super! Wir können Robertos Unterkunft definitiv empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Auf einem Hügel mit traumhafter Aussicht, morgens den Sonnenaufgang durch die großen Panoramafenster im Wohnzimmer genießen, im Garten mit Blick auf die Olivenbäume von Agnese und in die wunderschöne Landschaft frühstücken...was will man mehr. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und großzügig. Die Küche mit 5 flammigem Herd und Backofen läd zum Kochen ein, wenn man denn einmal nicht in einer der Trattorien der Umgebung mit romagnolischer Kücher essen möchte. Agnese ist eine sehr sympathische Gastgeberin und mit ihren Tipps haben zum Gelingen unseres Urlaubs wesentlich beigetragen. Was man wissen sollte...die Gegend ab Haus ist eher etwas für sportlch ambitionierte Radfahrer, man kann aber direkt schöne Wanderungen unternehmen; die Zufahrt über einen Kiesweg ist etwas holprig aber gut machbar; man braucht ein Auto zum Einkaufen und zur Erkundung der wunderschönen weiteren Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Alloggio perfetto con molto spazio a disposizione, letto comodo, pulizia eccellente e la dotazione che mette a disposizione la signora Marzia è super completa. C'è tutto per il bagno, per potersi preparare qualcosa di caldo e prodotti per la colazione di qualità. Considerando la posizione tranquilla lontando da rumore a solo 1 km dal centro a piedi e la disponibilità unica di Marzia è una scelta obbligata per soggiornare in zona Cervia. Grazie alla prossima.

We looooved Maria’s place and her hospitality and friendliness. She made us the best breakfast every morning! We enjoyed this place so much! It was our favorite Airbnb! The place is so nice, comfortable and quite. Supermarket nearby, 10 minutes walk to the beach. The kitchen has everything you need. The bed was very comfortable. We would come again and recommend this place 💯%

Annalisa was an incredible host. She was responsive and thoughtful, making sure I knew where everything was when I checked in—she even provided breakfast coupons for a nearby restaurant. The whole place was spotless. The second-floor room was perfect for traveling solo, not to mention the personal patio outside! I’ll be sure to book with Annalisa again next time I visit Rimini.
