Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Bellaria

Grazie per aver ospitato la mia famiglia! (7 adulti con 2 bambini) Villa con piscina incantevole. Un bagno per ogni stanza. Ottima per una vacanza di coppie o famiglie. Super spaziosa, con tutto quello che serve per passare dei giorni in tranquillità lontani dallà città. Mariaelena e Francesco super host, sempre disponibili a rispondere a ogni nostro dubbio, Super consigliata!

Fabio and Alessandra were amazing hosts. Their property is one of the best I have stayed at. They were so flexible with everything and catered for all needs. The house is amazing, and was just like the pictures shown but more impressive in real life. The welcome gift and food staples were so generous from them and really was a home away from home. We used the jacuzzi every day of our stay and it was a great way to start the new year. Plus when we accidentally left the keys in the house, they were so helpful to come let us back inside. If you are ever considering staying near Pesaro or Rimini, and have a car, this location is an excellent choice. Thank you again for the stay.

La dimora è molto spaziosa, dalla struttura particolare. Molto disponibili i proprietari. Pochi minuti a piedi e si è in spiaggia. Il lido san Giuliano è tranquillo e adatto a famiglie con bambini. Poco oltre, la spiaggia e il centro di Rimini. Vicinissimi alla casa supermarket e ortofrutta, poco oltre pizzerie e ristorantini. Benvenuti nella nostra bella Italia.

Mooi ruim verblijf met alles wat je nodig hebt. Lekker zwemmen, chillen in de jacuzzi en BBQ-en. Alle rust en ruimte om helemaal tot jezelf te komen. Marissa is een vriendelijke hoast die ervoor zorgt dat je niks tekort komt en dat je alles kunt vinden wat je nodig hebt.

Il nostro soggiorno qui è stato fantastico! Casa moderna,spaziosa,pulitissima e dotata di tutti i comfort: lavatrice,asciugatrice,lavastoviglie,microonde,macchinetta del caffè,aria condizionata in tutte le stanze,sauna e bagno turco… Anche lo spazio esterno è un sogno!!! Una grande piscina dove nuotare,lettini per rilassarsi al sole, barbecue per grigliare e tavolo da Ping pong per divertirsi con gli amici… Insomma… non manca proprio nulla qui!! Anche la zona è strategica: Se non si ha voglia di spostare la macchina a pochi minuti a piedi c’è un supermercato, un bar/ pasticceria dove far colazione e ottimi ristoranti dove cenare!! Per chi cerca un po’ di divertimento bastano 15/20 minuti di auto per raggiungere Rimini e Riccione… Direi il luogo perfetto per le vacanze!!! Davide è un ragazzo estremamente cordiale e disponibile! Un Host perfetto! Che dire… diamo 5 stelle ma ne vorremmo dare almeno 10!!! Torneremo sicuramente!!!

Es waren 2 sehr schöne Wochen in Lorettas Unterkunft. Besonders gut war : Der Jacussi Die Sauberkeit Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer Die gute Ausstattung Sehr gute Betten Mückenschutz an jedem Fenster / jeder Balkontür Vielen Dank. Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt

Moderne renovierte Wohnung, wir haben uns auf anhieb wie daheim gefühlt und Maria stand uns immer überaus nett und hilfsbereit gegenüber. Eine durchaus zu empfehlende Unterkunft.

Just wonderful. Fabio is a warm and chill host, the house is huge and clean. We felt comfortable and had shops, the beach and a nice neighborhood right next to us. Close to Rimini as well if you come by car (big garage). I have nothing other to say other than perfect! Thank you again Fabio for everything :) <3

Een absolute aanrader!!! Wij hebben de ruimte geboekt om een paar dagen tot rust te komen voor onze grote bruiloft. De accommodatie was precies zoals beschreven en is heel comfortabel, rustig, en met vele voorzieningen. De host is ontzettend behulpzaam en vriendelijk, hij stuurde ons allerlei tips voor activiteiten in de buurt, reageerde heel snel op al onze vragen en kwam ons tot slot nog een mooie fles wijn brengen toen hij hoorde dat wij later die week gingen trouwen. Echt heel lief. Wij komen heel graag nog eens terug!

Questo alloggio è stato il migliore in cui siamo stati! La proprietaria, con cui ho chattato, è stata super disponibile, chiara e trasparente. Il proprietario che ci ha accolto per il check-in ci ha fatti sentire a casa e ci ha spiegato come usare tutto ciò che la casa offre. Sono entrambi molto amichevoli, pazienti e accoglienti. La casa è fantastica e dotata di ogni comodità: lavastoviglie, lavatrice, phon, microonde, forno e fornelli a induzione. Ogni stanza ha una TV con abbonamento Netflix, il che è stato un grande plus. La doccia è moderna e stupenda. All'esterno c'è un grande spazio verde e una vasca idromassaggio super rilassante. Mi è dispiaciuto non poter usare la zona barbecue, ma spero di riuscirci la prossima volta, perché sicuramente tornerò. Questo posto è davvero speciale!

Wir waren drei Parteien und waren allesamt begeistert von der Unterkunft. Die Innenräume sind großzügig geschnitten und gut ausgestattet! Der Aussenbereich sehr gepflegt und voll funktionsfähig! Die Umgebung ist grandios! Das Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert! Der Gastgeber war sehr gut erreichbar und stets bemüht uns Empfehlungen für die Region auszusprechen.

La casa hermosa, confortable, todos los servicios impecables, te hacen sentir muy bien recibido y como en casa. La atención de Barbara la dueña excelente, atenta a todo lo que se requiera y de maravilloso trato, buscando atender de la manera mas amable y especial posible.

Zeer aangenaam huis in een mooie streek. Bij problemen heeft Mara altijd erg snel geprobeerd een oplossing te vinden. Zalig genieten aan het prachtige zwembad en ideaal gelegen om Le Marche te ontdekken.

Perfect family stay, beautiful home with plenty of space for us all. Comfortable beds, large kitchen and places to be together as a whole family. Lots of bathrooms, clean large luxurious towels The pool was lovely. WiFi could be intermittent so not always god enough for streaming but we found other things to do. Air conditioning was not always effective however there were plenty of fans in the property as an alternative. Would absolutely recommend this home and hosts. It is a super spacious villa. We had access just to the ground floor (basement and the first floor were locked) but it was enough to accommodate 5 of us quite comfortably. The villa is surrounded by a large fenced garden, has 3 parking spots (more cars can be parked if needed). It took about 10 minutes to drive to beaches. Our car battery died and we were helped by jump starting the car and then by calling the mechanics (note that it was mid August - a lot of mechanics were on vacations). In summary: super spacious and comfortable villa, friendly and helpful people.
