Katia and Luca are wonderful people, super helpful and kind hosts, accurate in the directions. It was a pleasure to stay in their apartment, where there was everything you need to have a great holiday! The host's recommendations on where to eat and what to see in the area were much appreciated by us. Great area, literally within walking distance of the waterfront. We'll definitely be back

Beautiful and spacious apartment within a minute walking distance of the beach and shops and restaurants. With a private parking space 50 meters away. The two beach beds (including !!) complete it. Carlotta is a thoughtful host who communicates well and responds very quickly. In short: recommended.

Wonderful stay! The apartment was just as described: very clean, and in a central location within walking distance to everything. Check-in was smooth and easy, and Kevin was super responsive and flexible, even letting us check out later. Highly recommended!

It was a wonderful vacation. The apartment was very functional and nicely decorated. Plenty of space on the terrace and on the balcony. The location was perfect, just a few meters from the beach. Lots of nice places in the area, and a great pizzeria in the house. We'll be back for sure...

A very comfortable place to stay. We utilised the garden and it was great to have that space. Beds were very comfortable. Maybe extra pillows and wine glasses would be a nice addition. Also more detailed instructions regarding heating, bins would be useful. That said, no complaints at all. We had a great stay.

Beautiful place, nice atmosphere at the pool! Nicoletta and the family are very welcoming and great company. Flat is a little difficult to keep cool in great heat. But the fans provided were very silent and good to be used during the night. However, we spend most of our time outside, at the pool, in the water, and drinking coffee at the bar ;)

Beautiful condo conveniently located near restaurants, grocers and shopping. Stefania was incredibly helpful and suggestive to our requests and needs. We love this place!!

Peaceful but close to everything’

This is a wonderful place to be, the most awesome place I’ve ever rented. Very clean, very beautiful, very comfy, very well equipped, very safe, very well located, very amazing view, all was perfect. We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Small apartment but considering the fact that you were only at home to sleep and eat is fine. Always clean pool. The comfort with the beach a few steps away practically without leaving the residence. In the morning Yoga for the joy of my wife. Maybe we'll be back.

We were 6 people in the house and had a fantastic time. Communication with DH Villas was smooth, check in super relaxed. The location of the villa and the view from the garden/terrace was beautiful. We will be happy to come back.

We spontaneously traveled to Italy for 10 days and found this incredible place to stay. We are a family with a 1-year-old son and the accommodation, the beach, the surroundings were just perfect for our vacation. I had a really nice stay in this apartment! The house was clean, cozy, and perfectly as described. Nothing is missing and all the necessary amenities are present to make you feel at home. The location is very convenient both for the sea and the center: once you arrive, you no longer have to move the car. The nearest supermarket and bakery are less than a 5-minute walk away. What makes the apartment unique is the air that comes in from the balcony overlooking the sea: even on the hottest days it is a certainty! A special thank you to Silvia, who was always available, kind and quick in communications. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for large living spaces and who wants comfort by the sea. If I return to the area, I will definitely choose Silvia's apartment again!

Super comfortable place! 20 steps and you're on the beach! Apartment complete with everything you need, even for children (cot, high chair, bridle) great. Super view!! 🤩 We'll definitely be back soon!

Nice apartment in a fantastic location adjacent to the Piazza Kennedy. The host is very responsive but please make sure to ask for the second pair of keys if you’re in a larger group.

I was in Sabrina's apartment for a week with my daughter. The apartment is very small but well organized, it is equipped with all the comforts to allow you to spend a few days of relaxation. Each sector was well stocked, for example the condiments in the kitchen, dishwasher detergent, detergents and bathroom products, etc. I also very much appreciated the presence of the coffee machine. The appointment is halfway between Misano and Cattolica, easily accessible on foot or by bike. Sabrina and her husband were very helpful and understanding hosts. On the day of check-in, my car broke down halfway and I had to take it to the workshop. I continued my journey by train to Cesena. In Cesena, Sabrina and her husband offered to give me a ride to Misano. They were very kind to help me with information and the transfer.

Simple and cozy structure ideal for two people, we brought everything we needed for the kitchen and bathroom unnecessarily, given our other experiences in other apartments, in reality they only needed clothes and towels. Giada was very nice and nice, available for any problem even if the only problem was a problem with the WiFi resurrected after a few hours. If there is an opportunity, we will definitely come back. There's no better way to end the vacation with satisfaction.

We liked the apartment. Very bright, spacious, clean and comfortable. Incredible terrace. Giuseppe was very welcoming and hospitable. The apartment is conveniently located near the sea and the exhibition center (during the exhibitions, a special bus No.10 runs past the apartment and without transfers and loss of time delivers in 10 minutes). The only thing we lacked was a kettle and a few pieces of furniture on the terrace. We had a large company and one table and 4 chairs were not enough. But everything else was great. Thank you!

A very nice, cozy apartment with two large balconies and well-equipped kitchen. Front direct view of the sea and the beach. The apartment has enough space, with two bedrooms and the large living space. Beautiful, discreet furnishings! Stefania welcomed us as agreed and explained everything important well, with tips for the week. Everything totally uncomplicated! Downstairs in the house is a supermarket where you get everything you need. There were five of us and we had a nice time! A place to feel good!
