Holiday rentals with beach access in Bellaria

I stayed in this property with a couple of friends, what can I say, everything was excellent from the house, to the care of the host. Very close to the sea, perfect for spending relaxing days.

Accommodation in a pedestrian area, however, thanks to the directions of the host Elisa, we unloaded our luggage right behind the house and luckily there was a free parking space where I left the car for the entire stay, but otherwise there is a large parking lot not far away. The apartment is practically on the beach, just across the street and right by the lifeguard (Mario baths) we also enjoyed it here. So for me, a more than positive experience. Thank you Elisa!

Corrado is a great host of a spacious, clean & comfy apartment which is flooded with light. The walk to the beach took fewer minutes than I have fingers on one hand. Despite the many cafés and restaurants just a stone's throw away, the neighborhood is green and quiet (except for meal times in the nearby hotel, but that's a happy buzz). The windows are well insulated, so you can just close them and not hear anything. With the windows open in the mornings, you get the feeling you're in a zoo, as all the different birds get started with their day. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, and some spices have been left by other guests and not simply thrown away, which is very nice. The kettle kept my tea addiction alive. The induction plates save time. There's enough counter space. The super market Conad Tuday is just a few minutes' walk. They have everything including a good "deli" counter if you eat meats, sweets, etc. The walk up to the third floor is not difficult, & I felt very safe.

We spent 2 really wonderful nights in Claudia and Alessandro's Luxury apartment in Riccione. The house is exactly as in the photos: modern, very clean and cared for in every detail. The location is convenient for reaching both the sea and the center, but at the same time quiet for a good night's rest. Claudia and Alessandro were exceptional hosts, helpful and attentive to every request. They gave us great advice on restaurants and beaches and made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this apartment to those looking for comfort, elegance and a warm welcome. We will definitely be back!

The only problem was finding the apartment right away, as the access is internal and the number is not immediately visible from the street, so I would suggest putting up a sign or other more visible communication of the number. Valentina is super friendly and precise, the house is tidy and has all the comforts, too bad for stairs without an elevator. Wonderful location, we never used the car because the sea is a 2-minute walk away and there is nightlife in the area with a promenade and summer attractions. Easily reachable with a few minutes' drive also overseas and acquafan or Rimini while the aquarium is within walking distance. Great experience, thank you.

Beatrice is a very friendly and helpful host. The area and location of the apartment is great. Beach is within walking distance and restaurants are around the corner. We had a great time and it is definitely recommended. We would definitely come back here.

The apartment was at its best with indoor parking the host was very nice to us for various activities or meals I advise you if you are looking for an apartment for 7 people

Good place, location and price

A very comfortable place to stay. We utilised the garden and it was great to have that space. Beds were very comfortable. Maybe extra pillows and wine glasses would be a nice addition. Also more detailed instructions regarding heating, bins would be useful. That said, no complaints at all. We had a great stay.

We (married couple and three dogs) had a great holiday experience in every respect in the little paradise of Lorenzo & Monica. The house: maintained with a lot of love, care and pride, offers space inside and in the garden as well as privacy. The location: on the small hill enough far away from the hustle and bustle of tourists at the bottom of the promenade, but close enough to the sea (300m, small road down the slope), surrounded by greenery and nature. The hosts: flexible, polite and communicative (Lorenzo, with him the booking was arranged) as well as charming, helpful and host from Passion (Monica, who lives next door with her family). Maybe it is better if we stop with the praise now because we would like to come back next year - and don't want there to be no more space...;-) Grazie mille, Monica e Lorenzo!

We had a great stay. The apartment had everything you needed. You can only take personal belongings with you. Everything is perfectly prepared and clean. The host is very friendly and helpful.

I had an amazing stay with Vincenzo. He and his wife were extremely good hosts and went above and beyond what anyone could expect. They were friendly, kind, and made me feel really right at home, not only in their apartment but also in the region generally. Their restaurant recommendations were also spot on.

The apartment delivers what the advertisement promises. It is large, clean, flooded with light and, thanks to the two balconies, always has a shady balcony space to offer, depending on the time of day. Sun lovers will not be disappointed on the balconies either. The view is wonderful due to the location on the 4th floor. It is conveniently accessible by the in-house elevator. In the kitchen, you will find everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Even oil, vinegar and spices are there. Also an espresso machine with plenty of capsules. Shower gel and shampoo are available in the bathroom for the unprepared vacationer. Even the detergent for the existing washing machine is ready. You can park the car in a private courtyard, which is closed with a barrier. The apartment has its own parking space. My conclusion: the apartment is definitely recommended. If I find myself back in Emilia-Romana, I will book this apartment again.

Absolutely beautiful apartment centrally located. Very tastefully decorated and well equipped. The kitchen was very well stocked and we were able to make a couple of meals. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything and having parking onsite was fabulous. The three terraces were wonderful and we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening wine on them! We would definitely stay there again! It was perfect for us! Alberto was the best host! He was so helpful from receiving a package for me to recommending restaurants etc!
