Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser traumhaften Villa am Comer See! Die Lage direkt am See ist einfach unschlagbar – der private Seezugang war ein echtes Highlight und perfekt für entspannte Stunden am Wasser. Die Villa war nicht nur stilvoll und sehr sauber, sondern auch leicht zu erreichen, was die Anreise angenehm unkompliziert machte. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Gastgeber: äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer schnell in der Kommunikation.

Wonderful property, well situated. Reachable directly by car (if you navigate the narrow road), or via a big parking spot + stairs. Great view, nicely equipped with everything, host brought new coffee capsules once they ran out (Amici caffee, amazing) when I asked the very next day. Lorenzo is a perfect host, can only recommend it. Looking forward to go again!

Soggiorno perfetto! La casa era esattamente come nelle foto: pulito, accogliente e curato nei dettagli. Il check-in è stato semplice e puntuale. L’host è stato gentile e disponibile per ogni esigenza, rispondendo sempre rapidamente. Consiglio assolutamente a chi cerca un alloggio tranquillo!

We had a great time in Johannes' Villa. It was very spacious and offered a breathtaking view of the lake. It‘s placed in the middle of the lake with quick access to all the must see locations. Johannes was very lovely, gave us great recommendations and was always available if we had any questions or needed something. Thank you again!

Die Unterkunft entsprach exakt den Fotos. Die Küche war extrem gut ausgestattet. Das Grundstück hat viele Möglichkeiten geboten sich aufzuhalten, man konnte also sowohl Sonne tanken als auch den Schatten auf der Terrasse genießen. In die Ortschaft selbst gelangt man am besten - wie von Stefania empfohlen - mit dem Bus, zu Fuß wäre es wohl eine zu weite Strecke. Stefania hat sehr schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet und hilfreiche Empfehlungen ausgesprochen. Die Straße hat uns persönlich gar nicht gestört, es sollte einen aber bewusst sein, dass das Haus nicht abgelegen liegt. Alle Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer sind mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet (war nicht auf allen Fotos ersichtlich)

Beautiful historic home, with modern amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were all very comfortable. The house was in a great location for our family if of eight to explore the lake region. There are lovely local restaurants, though a car is necessary. We were thrilled to see St. Vitalis of Gaza at the local church, St. Maurizio! Valerio is a wonderful host. W enjoyed our stay immensely.

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das ganze Grundstück ist eingezäunt und somit konnte sich unser Sohn ohne Sorge auf dem gesamten Grundstück austoben. Der Ausblick ist ein Traum und auch die Orientierung des Hauses ist perfekt - am Morgen Sonne, dann wird die Terrasse gegen Mittag schattig, sodass es nie zu heiß war und man sich den ganzen Tag draußen aufhalten konnte. Wirklich zu empfehlen, wenn man nach Ruhe sucht. Marco ist ein super Gastgeber, immer erreichbar, sehr hilfreich und zuvorkommend!

Lovely house with spectacular views! Easy walk into town and the waterfront and ferry, and not too far from the train station - we walked it with suitcases. Sharon was a terrific hostess with plenty of local tips. She gave us a warm welcome to the house with helpful instructions and local advice, and nice welcoming touches like fresh flowers. Colico is a beautiful place just off the beaten Lake Como path, but plenty to do and jawdropping views in every direction.

The location of this villa was absolutely incredible! Waking up each morning to a quiet coffee on the terrace overlooking Lake Como felt like something out of a dream. The view was breathtaking and set the perfect tone for each day. With the town just a short walk away, we were able to explore local shops, restaurants, and the lakeside promenade with ease. The walk added just the right amount of exercise to feel refreshed without being tiring. We couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful, beautiful, and convenient place to stay—truly unforgettable.

Alles war super die Unterkunft ist super und die Aussicht und der Gartensitzplatz mit Pool war genial. Wir kommen gerne wieder und wünschen allen einen so super Aufenthalt wie wir ihn hatten.

Fantastic location to enjoy the como beaches and activities and restaurants and town of Colico Villa itself is fantastic to relax with great outdoor seating and pool area (which was lovely to cool off from the sun but still a nice ~20/22 degrees)

If I could give more stars I would. Me and my family loved it here, the photos do not do it justice at all. It’s absolutely stunning. It was clean, comfortable and just as described. We rented car and easily got to restaurants near by and the ferry. If we had questions we got prompt answers. Wonderful stay,

Sonia e Simone sono stati gentilissimi. Hanno preparato la colazione per noi 8 ragazzi entrambe le mattine e ci hanno dato svariati consigli su attività e luoghi da visitare. Consiglio la loro casa come alloggio per grandi gruppi di persone.

Ottimo alloggio, posizione molto comoda (a cca 10 min a piedi dalla metropolitana). Casa pulita e ben arredata, dotata di ogni cosa che possa servire. Host molto gentile e disponibile. Posto macchina all'interno del cortile. La consiglio assolutamente!

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans le logement de Valerio. La maison est très grande , nous étions 2 familles, les deux logements indépendants étaient donc très pratique. La maison est proche du centre de Cernobbio accessible à 10 minutes à pied. Charmant village . On peut y prendre facilement le bateau pour visiter les villes autour du lac. La vue depuis la maison est agréable. Petit bémol pour le stationnement : nous avions un véhicule 9 places et il était très difficile de rentrer dans l’allée (largeur du portail étroite) et de faire demi tour. Autre point à revoir : nombreux meubles cassés : la banquette lit du salon a un pied en moins et était maintenue avec une pile de livres, lattes de lit également cassée et chaises aussi. Du mobilier extérieur aurait été appréciable car il fallait sortir la table de l’intérieur pour la mettre dehors. De même que quelques fauteuils d’extérieur pour profiter du parc et de l’ombre serait il plus. Nous recommandons cette adresse pour un séjour à Côme

The house looks good like on a picture. When we checked in , it was not cleaned up after previous guests, bus Susanne was responsive and organize quickly a cleaning lady and refund us cleaning fee . I’m satisfy with a stay. The only minus that you can’t park right in front of the house, might be uncomfortable if you carrying heavy things. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

Ambiente molto pulito e con ogni comfort. E' come sentirsi a casa. Ho apprezzato tutto... dalla biancheria morbida e profumata, alla terrazza dove è uno spettacolo mangiare, alla piscina per rinfrescarsi. Il papà di Katiuscia ogni mattina ci predisponeva ombrelloni e sdraio. Il posto è molto rilassante ed è un punto strategico per raggiungere bellissime località da visitare. Grazie per l'ospitalità! :-)

Heel bijzonder huis! Origineel. Veel kunst in huis. Schitterend uitzicht. Alle faciliteiten aanwezig Schoon. Rustig dorpje. Zwembad was gezien de hoge temperaturen heerlijk! Omgeving is prachtig. Veel mooie wandelingen gemaakt. Fietsen gehuurd op 3 minuten loopafstand. Heel aardige mensen. Spreken Italiaans en beetje frans. Geweldige fietstocht voor mountainbikes gemaakt vanaf t huis. Electrische ondersteuning noodzakelijk. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Technisch mankement werd zeer adequaat en snel opgelost.

Wir haben nach Ostern ein Woche in der Villa verbracht und hatten tolles Wetter! Die Kinder sind täglich in den beheizten Pool gehüpft während wir gemütlich unseren Café und vor allem die fantastische Aussicht geniessen konnten. Man hat absolute Privatsphäre und fühlt sich sehr schnell wohl. Frau Bannwart, die das Haus verwaltet, gab uns zu Beginn gleich ein paar gute Restaurants Tipps und bei Fragen war sie sofort erreichbar. Wir können einen Aufenthalt wärmstens empfehlen!

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, Markus ist jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist schön und stilvoll eingerichtet, die Aussicht ist atemberaubend. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr toll, da man dadurch einen noch schöneren und unvergesslichen Ausblick über den Lago Maggiore hat und in einer sehr angenehm ruhigen Gegend ist. Markus ist sehr nett und half uns gerne mit den Anreise- und Abreisezeiten, da wir mit einem Baby im Urlaub waren; hierfür hatte er vollstes Verständnis. In der Unterkunft selbst gab es tolle Zeitschriften, die man lesen konnte und ein Ordner und mehrere Prospekte, die über die möglichen Aktivitäten in der Gegend informiert haben. Außerdem wurde alles in dem Ordner gut beschrieben (Müllentsorgung, Bedienungsanleitungen, Regelungen für die Abreise, etc.). Die Unterkunft können wir nur weiterempfehlen, vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!

We had an absolutely fantastic holiday in this authentic villa and definitely hope to visit again in the future. The setting is wonderful with amazing views and beautiful garden. The villa is just as the photos show with its ‘old world’ charm with the benefit of modern air conditioning to use during hot weather. The swimming pool was a fabulous addition during the hot weather too and to relax in and beside the pool overlooking Lake Como was magical. Another real bonus was the private garage to park our car, however please note that if your car is long it may only just fit. We have a Peugeot 508 estate car and it fitted with 1cm to spare! Giovanni and his son Christian are great hosts. When we had some queries on arrival they answered our questions quickly. The village of Moltrasio was beautiful, we loved our time there exploring the old streets and sampling the delicious food at the local cafes and restaurants. The locals were so friendly and welcoming to us and our dog too.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen, der perfekt eingezäunte Garten, war ein Traum mit Kindern und Hund. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Es war alles vorhanden und die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar

..non è un caso se questa location merita il massimo sotto ogni punto di vista..!!..davvero una bellissima villa storica..dove soggiornare in assoluta tranquillità..coccolati da Simion in ovni dettaglio..!!..ottima proporzione qualità/prezzo..vicinissima ai laghi..è davvero il luogo ideale dove soggiornare per una splendida vacanza..BRAVIII..!!! Carlo e i 12 ciclisti da Cuneo..!..TORNEREMOOOO SICURAMENTE.!!!!
