Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Belknap County

You get a nice view of the lake and sun rise in the morning. Place was clean and beautifully decorated. Though, be aware that the WiFi isn’t great here so it might not be the place for you if a consistent connection is your thing.

We can't say enough about how great this apartment was for us and how great Sandy and Tom are both as hosts and as people! Sandy is very accommodating and makes her guests feel so welcome by providing everything they might need (and also things they didn't know they needed but were glad to have!). The unit is well stocked and furnished very comfortably. The location by the lake is beautiful and it's so convenient to be right on the lake and also a short walk into town (and an even shorter drive). Our daughter and granddaughter had a lot of fun on the 2 paddle boards, and we used the canoe as well to explore the lake. There are plenty of chairs to sit by the lake, and it was really nice to sit around the firepit in the evening. We hope we'll have the opportunity to go back to Meredith and stay with Sandy and Tom again.

The apartment was perfect for 2 people. Parking lot was well lit. The apartment was clean and very well furnished. The bed was super comfortable. Great restaurant within walking distance. Would highly recommend.

This condo was impeccably maintained and was very clean. Even the sheets smelt brand new! We were very pleased with our stay! We had an issue with our tv and the owners were on FaceTime with us late at night to try and rectify the issue without hesitation. 100% would stay here again.

What a wonderful, charming and beautiful place to stay. We loved being able to relax during the day as well and the town was lovely with everything in walking distance including trails right outside the door. A favorite!

Robbyn helped us get settled in and was very responsive and proactive from the beginning, and was sure we had everything we needed. We had an unexpected scenario arise in which Robbyn accommodated, showing that she is a very diligent and dedicated host!

I would give this 10 stars if I could. I’ve stayed at quite a few Airbnbs and this is at the top of my list. The apartment is so clean and has so much attention to detail. It felt like home away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. My boyfriend and I spent a whole night dedicated to playing the board games provided. I wish we could’ve stayed more than 2 nights and we will definitely be back!

Beautiful home on beautiful property. We came to see the autumn colors and the trees surrounding the home were so vibrant! Quiet, calming and relatively close to a lot of great things to do. Everything was very clean and it was nice having separate bathrooms upstairs. There was a light musty smell mostly on the main floor that people with allergies might be sensitive to. Also to note, the main house and the guesthouse are attached, but there is a private driveway coming from Munsey Hill Rd to the guesthouse that wasn’t clear on our phone maps. Overall a great stay and great home!

From the moment we drove up and upon entering this beautiful place we felt like we were in our own "Happy Place". This is a place we would love to build for ourselves someday. Morning coffee & tea on the dock was very peaceful overlooking Paugus Bay and the fall foliage was very Beautiful. Christine and Corey are wonderful hosts and this was the second time we have rented one of their homes; we will definitely be back again to both locations and have been highly recommending them to our friends. The house has beautiful views and access to the lake which made our stay wonderful, and we loved the close proximity to Wolfeboro so we could enjoy the local restaurants, shopping, and activities! The house was was clean and comfortable, and was well appointed with supplies and amenities. Erin was a pleasure to communicate with. She was prompt in responding to my inquiries and provided the necessary information to make our stay easy and enjoyable. The house is a gem and we look forward to coming back!

Dominic’s place was perfectly located just a few minutes from Boscawen, where we spent most of each day with family. At first, the area looks a bit sketchy, but it really is not. It’s directly across from the Northern Rail Trail and we saw many people walking the trail. Appreciated Dominic’s communication with us - checking in to be sure we had everything we needed.

We had a great extended long weekend stay at Karen’s!! The place was warm & inviting- perfect for a colder than anticipated Memorial Day Weekend — we took advantage of the pellet stove and were still able to take in awesome lake views from the comfort of the living room. Our young girls had a blast “swimming” in the large jacuzzi bath tub and playing/ sleeping on the bunk beds in one of the bedrooms. We did manage to get out on our boat which was easy to dock at the slip associated with the rental. No fish caught this time around but still fun trying. The location of Karen’s place is awesome- very close/ walking distance to tasty restaurants & public boat launch. We cooked most of our own meals & were grateful for the well stocked kitchen as well as having a grocery store less than 5 min away. Karen was a fantastic host with quick response times from time of booking & then following checkout ensuring that our stay was as seamless as possible. We hope to return in the future! 😊

If you are attending a concert, this is THE place. The absolute best, easiest, affordable, every superlative imaginable. We were lucky enough to hear sound check sitting from the balcony! Beyond that this cozy condo is so close to all the good the Lakes Region has to offer. And it’s clean! Great amenities. Free easy parking. I have stayed in the area for years and finally found my favorite place.

The room had beautiful views of the lake as mentioned in the listing. The space was clean and nicely decorated and provided everything we needed for our short stay. The property also had other amenities for us to use such as a pool, hot tub, game room and community balcony. The location was also very good as is close to the beautiful lake and picturesque towns. Would recommend their place overall as was an enjoyable weekend stay.

Being walking distance to the Bank of NH Pavilion makes this place perfect for a concert. It has a nice view of the lake and is steps from a beautiful beach! We enjoyed our quick stay!

I also do Air BnB and we offer the TV services to our customers. That is one of the biggest thing I would recommend, along with additional cooking pans & lids. Overall I was very pleased with everything about the Air Bnb.

My husband and I stayed for a month at Amanda's place and it was modern and very clean. I'm a bit of a clean freak and allergic to pet dander, so I only stay in places that don't allow pets. The condo has every amenity you could imagine - from a Weber grill to beach chairs to an instant pot. And if you don't want to cook there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Her condo was exactly as she described and as she showed in the pictures. The view of the lake from the front deck is breathtaking and the back deck faces a private wooded area. We spent many mornings having our coffee overlooking the lake and watching the boats go by. There's also plenty of space to work remotely including a private office area on the ground floor. There are 6 units in the condo complex and we met several of the neighbors who were lovely, considerate people. If you're considering a stay in the lakes region, look no further. This is the place.
