Holiday rentals with a kayak in Belize District

Pista was a great host and very responsive with all our questions. I had one issue and pista and marisol took great care of us immediately. Overall we loved the unit will stay here again location was perfect ! Really close to the airport and the new water taxi port.

Very private at the end of the island, dock and pool were very nice features and appreciated the snorkeling gear and kayaks!

Zoby arranged our airline tickets to the island, golf cart rental, and snorkeling tour before we even set foot on the island.Upon arrival, we were greeted by the friendly staff, and Zoby gave us a tour of the house and property. The house was equipped with everything we needed and more. The well-appointed kitchen allowed us to cook several breakfasts and dinners effortlessly. We loved our stay at the Sunset Caribbean Cottage. The house was beautiful, relaxing and the pool in front was a huge plus. You definitely need to rent a bike or golf cart to get to the main part of town which was fine with us since we were looking for a quiet and relaxing stay.

Nina and her family were amazing hosts. Their place was perfect for what we were looking for. It's "out of the way" but close enough to everything in town that a quick walk would solve any need. They were beyond accommodating along with the sunset cruise with Nina's *heavy* pour of rum punch. =) It's a must! We will be definitely be coming back. You won't regret staying at the Tiki House!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It is an area of Belize we hadn't really been before but it was great to experience. The house was neat and clean and exactly as described. The views are beautiful and the seclusion is peaceful. The only thing I would note was, the walls do not go all the way to the ceiling so that makes it hard for some people to stay up and some to sleep. It does help with cooling the house though. Other than that it had everything we needed. We saw so many birds including 12 green parrots at one point and a flock of 8 parakeets. We saw the monkeys from the deck off in the distance. We evens saw a croc down the street at the river. We also booked a tour to the ATM cave through them and it was wonderful being picked right up at the house and taken there. We rented a car but didn't want to worry about rising early and finding our way there. We would definitely stay here again.

This house and the pool and the dock area are all wonderful. Very peaceful and was exactly what I was hoping it would be. My husband and I had the upstairs suite and my son and his girlfriend had the downstairs suite. There was plenty of space. The golf cart was a great add on. We toured into town and beyond a lot. The only negative was that it had rained a lot while we were there and it made the road very hard to drive. The 3 miles down the gravel to the pavement took us up to twenty minutes to drive. I seen on line that they fixed it the day after we left. Of course. We sat on the dock and watched the fish and stingrays. Pretty cool. We kayaked and fished as well. Everything we needed was there. I would definitely recommend this house for anyone wanting a beautiful home with an amazing view.

We started our trip in Belize at Howler House and it was the best decision. The house was so unique and right on the banks of the river. We spent every night on the deck in the hammock and chairs taking in the surrounding nature. My kids loved the new pool - and spent a few hours there playing. The biggest highlight was the wildlife. There is a small crocodile in the tiny lagoon near the cabins. We ironically named him ‘Big Al’. We also saw a family of howler monkeys right outside our place - swinging from the trees right off our deck. We stayed in the older blue cabin (there are now newer options). And while it wasn’t the fanciest - it met all our needs and felt so different. A huge thanks to Shanna for being a great host. For those who love adventure I cannot recommend Howler House enough!

I stayed at the cabin my last night in Belize so I could be closer to the airport (most of my vacation was spent almost 3 hours away). Very quiet, peaceful, AC works well and good Wifi. I’m a big nature nerd and photograph birds and there are no shortage of birds in the area. I didn’t get to use the canoes but the water level was low (tail end of their dry season) but I’m sure those are fun. I recommend the cabin. Definitely bring bug spray. I left my can there since I couldn’t take it with me to the airport- so hope someone can use it! 😂

We loved our stay at Villas Secreta! It was beautiful and the staff were incredible (especially Shauna and Jorgie!). It was a bit remote- we didn’t realize how far away secret beach was from the main part of San Pedro. But overall, amazing experience.

Godfrey communicated with us in advance and arranged pick up from airport to a restaurant (he had a few recommendations) and then being brought from restaurant to the cabin He was very friendly and welcoming The cabin was clean , nice wooden floors, comfortable bed , quite, felt nice with A/C We were able to heat up our breakfast in Mwave and made black coffee

The description and pictures don't do justice to Villas Secreta. We loved our time here. Secret Beach is a little out of the way, but the property is nicely secluded with a very private beach - it was a beautiful, private location and we would definitely come back. Be prepared for a bumpy golf-cart ride to get there. And unless the situation changes in the future, the (half-mile?) boat ride from the parking area to the property was an extra part of the fun. We loved it all - even the iguanas!
