Our stay was awesome. The host was very responsive and helpful. The home was very comfortable and clean. We would stay here again!

Carmen's vacation home was perfect for our stay. We were able to accommodate our whole family. We had all the necessary appliances and more to provide a home like experience. Would definetly recommend.

The location turned out to be a bit farther than I had expected, especially when I was craving some food. I had hoped for easier access to the ocean, but unfortunately, that wasn't quite the case. The view was lovely, from the patio deck, although you could not dip your feet in or just lounge around the ocean. However, I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the space. The bathroom seemed to be a self-cleaning toilet, but it didn't quite meet my standards, and I noticed some cobwebs and hair throughout the house. The dishes weren't clean either, so I had to wash them before I could use them. On a brighter note, my overall stay was enjoyable! Luis, the host, was incredibly accommodating and always ready to help with anything we needed. He was such a kind and pleasant person!

Nina and her family were amazing hosts. Their place was perfect for what we were looking for. It's "out of the way" but close enough to everything in town that a quick walk would solve any need. They were beyond accommodating along with the sunset cruise with Nina's *heavy* pour of rum punch. =) It's a must! We will be definitely be coming back. You won't regret staying at the Tiki House!

My husband and I, along with two family members got displaced because our flight came in late and we wouldn't make it to the boat to the island. We booked Mr. James last minute and I'm so glad we fell upon this place. very calm, beautiful yard, Ac works great and love all the amenities. Mr. James is super helpful, very respectable and very responsive. it was the best remedy after being delayed and spending all day in the airport. Definitely would be back to this peaceful yard.

Kelvin’s place is simply lovely - she is an extraordinarily communicative host who goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable and connected to all of local amenities. We loved her well appointed and conveniently located place. Close to Secret Beach - highly recommend!

Michelle and Krystal are very kind and welcoming hosts. The AirBnB listing was quite comfortable felt and just like home from day 1. I’m grateful for my great experience in Belize thanks to them!

Blue Hicaco was a dream for my family of four. Mary met us at the door with keys and instructions along with recommendations for food and fun activities for the kids. We adventured all day and then spent evenings cooling off at the pool. We loved our time there and definitely recommend the house. It was a little off the beaten path and that was perfect for us!

Passengers on our flight directed us to the wrong house (Michael has many), but Michael quickly helped get us to the right spot. Terrific location with easy access to everything at a great price.

If you want to be at the heart of what’s happening in San Pedro this is the place. Restaurants all over, golf cart rentals a block away, coffee shop across the street, bars next door. Everything is walkable. I still recommend a golf cart so you wander around the island. The host Chefy was great he was always responsive helped coordinate supplies and was a very friendly guy without being intrusive. This is the spot if you want to be at the heart of nightlife. Keeping that in mind bring earplugs and a sleeping mask.

We had a wonderful stay at Island Magic Villas in December! Our villa was lovely, clean, and comfortable, and we also very much enjoyed the pool. The location is absolutely beautiful, and everyone at the resort was so friendly and helpful. Lorena and Robbie in the office were very accomodating any time we needed anything or had any questions. The restaurant on site, Peach on the Beach, had great food and service, and it was so nice to have it right there. The villas are a short walk to the split where we would catch a quick ferry to the south side of the island, but we were also offered complimentary golf cart rides to and from the split whenever we wanted. It really is a magical place, and I highly recommend it!

This was my third stay at the Tortuga Azul. I’ve come down with friends to dive and relax. The location is very close to the Caulker airport, just a short walk. I would definitely recommend renting a golf cart though. Most of the action in town is a short ride away, and for super early morning dive departures, it’s nice to be able to ride. There is a restaurant basically next door, Suggestion Gourmet. Its not the typical island fare, more of a French place, but it’s the most serene setting. I can’t speak to all of the beds, but the one I’ve slept in every year has been comfortable. The rooms all have individual AC, so you can sleep at your own preferred temp. The property manager, Michael, is quick to respond via What’s App. I will continue to stay at Tortuga for my repeat trips to the island.

We had a lovely stay. The property was very clean and comfortable. The location was convenient for us to be downtown for access to excursions, dining and drinks. Thank you very much for the hospitality.

Villa Serenity offers the perfect blend of a private house and resort-like amenities. Upon booking, I was contacted by the concierge, Zoby, who went above and beyond to ensure our smooth arrival. Zoby arranged our airline tickets to the island, golf cart rental, and snorkeling tour before we even set foot on the island.Upon arrival, we were greeted by the friendly staff, and Zoby gave us a tour of the house and property. The house was equipped with everything we needed and more. The well-appointed kitchen allowed us to cook several breakfasts and dinners effortlessly. The rooms were spaced apart nicely, providing each guest with ample privacy. The property was well maintained, and the entire time we were there, it remained quiet and serene. We had the pool to ourselves most days, but even when other families were present, the design of the pool ensured that everyone had enough space to enjoy themselves. We had a wonderful time staying at this lovely airbnb. Very close proximity to the airport and easily accessible to Belize City. Paula is a wonderful host and the property is peaceful to stay at. House was spotless when we arrived and exactly as shown in the pictures. We sat on the front deck every night and enjoyed the evening breeze. The horse on the property next to ours even came to greet us when we arrived. Would highly recommend staying here! Thank you Paula. Fabulous communication by Ester from booking to departure from property. Anything and everything you need she can help. She booked my bd dinner reservation at a restaurant that really makes the celebrated person(s) feel special. She also booked an amazing full day of fishing, snorkeling, feeding tarpon & stingrays, and barbecuing our catch for our lunch on Caye Caulker. The property has fully stocked kitchens (2), each of the 3 BRs has its own bathroom plus a half bath upstairs and downstairs. Plenty of towels and washcloths. Comfortable beds. AWESOME private pier with a covered hut (thatched cover) at the end and 2 lounges & a hammock as well as bench seating. Access to the sea water is at the end of the pier too. Loved being able to go topside to another covered hut & hammock to watch the sunsets. Also 4 more lounge chairs closer to the house. THE MOST AMAZING VIEW of the sea, pier and palm trees. We feel it was worth the $ and would liked to have stayed longer. Highly recommend.

This house was absolutely impressive. My whole family was blown away by how beautiful this house was. It was so clean as well. I can't even begin to tell you about how wonderful the service was too. Lots of water included, mid-week cleaning, luggage delivery to airport, and so much more. Granddaughter could not get enough of this very nice pool. Highly recommend staying here

This place was incredible. Neal is by far the kindest, most accommodating host I’ve ever had. He greeted us with treats from his wife’s restaurant. Helped us plan activities, and make arrangements. He even took us out on his boat one afternoon. The home is even more beautiful than the pictures portray. A literal paradise. You will not find a better, more beautiful place to stay. The entire home was beautiful, spotless, and had everything you could need. The beds and couches were super comfortable, and plenty of linens, towels and beach towels. Look no further, you need to book this place.

Paradise! Look no further, best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Angela’s place is brand new and perfectly situated where you can see every sunrise and sunset, is quiet, and better priced than anywhere else we looked in Belize, especially for the house amenities and private beachfront. From the start, you can tell Angela and Amie truly care that your vacation is perfect, great recommendations, and helpful, like arranging transportation, I’m sure they will both be Super-hosts soon! I loved the iguanas, sting rays, and pelicans that you could see on site, from the beach or dock. The kayaks were amazing, and the water is so crystal clear. The north side of the split is way better, much quieter, easier to walk, and less touristy than the water taxi/airport side. I can see why Caye Caulker and the airbnb is Angie’s happy place, it is my happy place as well, and I cannot wait to go back!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Riverside Casita & I cannot speak highly enough of the experience! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Giseli & her amazing fiance, who both picked us up from the water taxi dock. Their friendliness was evident from the start! Giseli went above & beyond helping us with golf cart rentals, fishing tours & eatery recommendations. What truly stood out was her genuine willingness to help with any request, she was always just a message away, ready to assist with anything needed which made our stay so comfortable & stress-free. The house itself is beautiful, easy to find, an upstairs balcony with a perfect view of the moon! The pics don't do it justice! The pups next door are such loving fur babies too! It was perfect for this single dad and his two young adult daughters! In summary, the hospitality provided by them makes this a standout choice. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here to anyone coming to San Pedro!!!

Great place to stay, off the busy center but easy bike ride. Very quiet house, can hear mostly just the birds. A/c in bedrooms worked really well. Lanai was great, though it was pretty hot in June to spend too much time out there. Kitchen had all the basics. Bikes were great to use, but there was a slight communication issue with vacasa in getting the codes for the bike locks. I feel like it should be provided already at the house so that you can go explore as soon as you get there if you want.

We stayed here for a week and it was perfect for our family of 4. The rooms were big and there were multiple places to set up our belongings. We loved sitting on the porch in the hammocks after settling in for the evening. The house is close to several bars and restaurants so even with people walking around the house at all hours, it still felt fairly quiet and private since you stay on the 2nd floor. Amelia was very responsive and accommodating. She brought fresh towels mid-way through our trip and was very helpful with giving an overview of the area when we checked in. We would stay here again and highly recommend to others.
