Beachfront holiday rentals in Belize District

This was a good place to stay during our first week in Belize. I had to work and the Internet connectivity is strong. The golf cart culture is a bit strange, but you'll need one to get to Secret Beach. We rented one for a day for $50 dollars. The location is close enough to walk to the other side of the bridge for the restaurants and activities the area has to offer. If you like golf carts, great, but you can find more nooks and crannies walking and it's also less stressful once you get away from the traffic.

Eine wirklich gemütliche Unterkunft, die zentral gelegen ist. Allerdings verspeerten mehrere alte, ausrangierte Boote an Land die Sicht auf das Meer. Zudem lebte unmittelbar vor dem Haus ein Obdachloser, der leider seinen Müll dort hortete. Das Restaurant Carolines Kitchen ist direkt nebenan und hat Mittwochs Ruhetag. Man ist fußläufig sehr schnell in der Stadt, am Flughafen und auch am schönen Strand auf der Meerseite. Daryl ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Trotz allem kann man die Unterkunft empfehlen, vielleicht verschwinden ja die Boote wieder und der Obdachlose kriegt sein Müllproblem in den Griff. Ach ja, die Unterkunft liegt neben einer kleinen Kläranlage und je nach Windrichtung, ihr könnt euch den Rest selber denken...

Matthews place was perfect! Great location, easy to get around with a golf cart. The home is beautiful, well laid out. Pool was a hit and roof top patio was really cool! The view of the lagoon is beautiful from all areas of the house. We had everything that we needed. Terri is an incredible host! We were very well taken care of, Terri arranged tours, golf carts, ferry tickets, and gave us helpful advice and recommendations. Terri really made our time in San Pedro extra special! If you want to go on a snorkel trip or go fishing make sure you look up Captain Bigz! He was fantastic!

I cannot recommend Tina's home highly enough. From booking to checkout, the process was easy and seamless. The home is gorgeous and has everything you need and more. The view cannot be beat. The pool was refreshing after a day out snorkeling or into town or to Caye Caulker. Eva, the house manager, virtually acts as a personal concierge - seeing to everything you could possibly need at the house, tons of contacts for snorkeling, fishing, massages (at the dock) and restaurants. She met us as we docked and was available throughout our stay to ensure a wonderful visit to Belize. As noted in the description, the house is a 25-minute golf cart ride on, at times, an unpaved dirt road. It can be bumpy but overall it's definitely worth it. The beds were comfy, the A/C was a dream, and we cooked a few meals there and found everything we needed. We hated to leave but are grateful for the hospitality and beautiful place to visit. If you're considering a San Pedro visit, this is the place!

Very private at the end of the island, dock and pool were very nice features and appreciated the snorkeling gear and kayaks!

Has all the features listed. Is in a good location. Minor issue is that the bathroom door is 6 feet high. If you are tall, remember to duck.

Wow! What a fantastic place! Everything you need to stay on the property and enjoy the sea, the pool, the scenery, in a private setting with a fully stocked kitchen and all appliances to make any meal you choose. With the wraparound deck, rooftop deck, and pool deck you can enjoy all the views. Especially loved the hammocks - on the deck and at the pool! Laying in the hammock in the evening staring up at the stars with the soft outdoor lighting was heaven. It is close enough to town to bike, walk or be picked up to enjoy the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Max picked us up at the ferry, took us to get groceries, and made sure we felt comfortable when we got there. He was always available when we asked or set up a time for ride into or from town. Max was friendly and helpful. We have stayed many places and this place had everything we loved about all of the other places wrapped into one. We were able to truly disconnect and enjoy this beautiful place.Cannot recommend highly enough!

We had a group of 14 that stayed the week, it was amazing! Place is clean, communication is superb and location ideal! I can’t say enough about this place!!

This place was incredible. Neal is by far the kindest, most accommodating host I’ve ever had. He greeted us with treats from his wife’s restaurant. Helped us plan activities, and make arrangements. He even took us out on his boat one afternoon. The home is even more beautiful than the pictures portray. A literal paradise. You will not find a better, more beautiful place to stay. The entire home was beautiful, spotless, and had everything you could need. The beds and couches were super comfortable, and plenty of linens, towels and beach towels. Look no further, you need to book this place.

Our family of five spent three nights at Emily's place and it was fantastic! Plenty of space, dishes and towels. It was very clean and the view of the ocean, pool and dock were so beautiful. We were met by the manager who made drinks for us and showed us around the place. It is a fun golf cart ride into town which takes about 20-25 minutes and there is so much to see along the way. Emily recommended great restaurants and grocery stores as well as people to take us on snorkeling and fishing tours. I cannot say enough good things about Emily's place. We will stay there again the next time we go to San Pedro for sure!

Blu Zen was amazing! Erica, Mark and Sudy made us feel right at home, answered all our questions and helped arrange transportation. The three pools were perfect, peaceful and clean, the condo spotless and beautiful. It was fun biking, hammocking, kayaking and being a short boat trip away from the southside. One highlight; Mark from the Blu Zen Sales Team came to our condo to cook a true Belizean meal for us, it was fantastic and a wonderful dining experience. We had the fish we caught, stewed chicken, beans and rice and bread pudding, so good! We also enjoyed dinner at the Happy Lobster (order the specials), The Lotus (onsite) and Elbas. We went on two excursions, full day snorkeling (Caveman) and spear fishing (Spear Shack) the water in Belize is so clear and the coral and creatures abundant. I would recommend the Blu Zen to anyone who wants to relax and slow down. The grounds, views and sunsets were amazing. One negative - the kitchen did not have any spices or dish soap.

Vacasa was a beautiful and peaceful stay! I spent two nights there after a large group trip, choosing it as a quiet, private space for a personal writing and artist retreat. Red Ginger #13 is oceanfront, clean, and cozy—perfect for relaxation. The southern location offers peace, though limited access to the city without transport. I recommend renting a golf cart. Ever, the taxi driver, was reliable ($15 USD each way to the city/port). A small market nearby is helpful for essentials. The house was spotless, the bed extremely comfortable, and the setting ideal—I spent each morning doing yoga, reading, and writing on the dock. On my final day, the power went out (beyond the host's control), which unfortunately caused me to miss a class, but the property manager was very kind and responsive throughout. Despite that hiccup, I’d absolutely stay here again. It’s a beautiful, grounding space for rest and creative recharge.

Jorgie and Meri where absolutely amazing and so incredibly accommodating. hope to see them again. The view was breathtaking.

Hummingbird is in a great location, close to grocery stores, restaurants, beach, cart rentals and 20min walk from airport. Gated complex with private pool. Our host Yunior is extremely helpful and responds quickly.

We loved our stay at Twisted Palms. The staff were super friendly and helped set us up with a golf cart and flights back to the mainland at the end of our stay. The apartment was cleaned to a T and had regular servicing to keep everything spotless. The bed was so comfortable, and since the place is across the bridge, out of the hustle-and-bustle of downtown San Pedro, we enjoyed quiet evenings. However, it was only a 10-minute ride into town, and 25 minutes to Secret Beach, so it was easy to get around to key sites. Some pro tips to staying here: If you like to fish, my husband was catching bonefish on flies just up the beach from Twisted Palms, and some other folks were catching snappers and dinner fish off a dock next door. You get a discount for snorkel/dive/fishing trips with Elite Adventures, docked in front of Twisted Palms, as they're owned by the same folks – and the team and trips there are GREAT. And, hit up Rice and Beans Deli, Truck Stop, and 303 for good, nearby food.

This stay was absolutely beautiful. You can tell how much love and passion was put into crafting this place, as it shows in every single detail. The house is brand new, which is great because everything is spotless. I felt like I was staying in a designer boutique Hilton property. Not to mention the sunset views… omg. The owner/host is SO responsive and truly cares about you having a great stay. Her knowledge and connections on the island made our trip. Not only that, but the price is a STEAL for what you’re getting. Overall, this is a MUST stay if you’re in Caye Caulker. I will absolutely be back. We stayed for 8 days at Palm Life and loved it. The unit was very clean and had absolutely everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Brad and Mark, the hosts, where on property at the same time and were very friendly during our stay. They were always ready to help us out with anything (fixing my bike basket - lol) and extremely knowledgeable about the island. Venzie is also extremely helpful and responds very quickly if there are any issues. We have to say that we really enjoyed the communal upper palapa and is a wonderful place to enjoy spectacular views over a coffee or glass of wine. We have stayed in Caye Caulker 3 times and loved being on the north side. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Book it Now.

Great location, very clean, ac works as it should. Water never ran out and was hot. Celvin was there for check in. I recommend staying there!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Riverside Casita & I cannot speak highly enough of the experience! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Giseli & her amazing fiance, who both picked us up from the water taxi dock. Their friendliness was evident from the start! Giseli went above & beyond helping us with golf cart rentals, fishing tours & eatery recommendations. What truly stood out was her genuine willingness to help with any request, she was always just a message away, ready to assist with anything needed which made our stay so comfortable & stress-free. The house itself is beautiful, easy to find, an upstairs balcony with a perfect view of the moon! The pics don't do it justice! The pups next door are such loving fur babies too! It was perfect for this single dad and his two young adult daughters! In summary, the hospitality provided by them makes this a standout choice. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here to anyone coming to San Pedro!!!

This was our third vacation in Belize but first time staying in Caye Caulker. We loved it! The people, the views, the food, the serenity….it’s all unmatched! This unit was perfect. View from the balcony was gorgeous. We even watched the sunrise! Perfectly peaceful! A pool and bar were only steps away. If you’re looking to relax, chill, and unwind this is the place! We’ll be back, very soon!

This was a perfect little home for us to explore Caye Caulker from. Lucretia was friendly and helpful from beginning to end. We used the kitchen and fans and everything was as expected from the listing. We loved our time at Lucretia's home in Caye Caulker and recommend it. It was close to the Split, a little beach, and all the restaurants around.

Vincent's place was amazing! Its proximity to the split was very convenient. The private beach in the back was beautiful and secluded. I read on the rooftop every morning. Vincent was extremely responsive, and we absolutely enjoyed our stay in Caye Caulker!

Great place. Great location. Everything is just a cart ride away. Also lounging on the roof is great.
