Kandiyohi County Park 7 is 1 mile away with large swimming beach, life guards, play ground equipment, seasonal convenient store, and boat rentals. New London/ Spicer area is an easy 15 minute drive with boutique shops and dinning options.

Unique home located on the Crow River, walking distance to downtown New London with shopping, coffee, restaurants and a brewery. The property has a fire pit and dock and you can watch the New London water ski show from the dock. The home was built in 1912 as a hospital (Sunnyside Hospital) but has been converted into a comfortable and fun place to gather friends and family. Part of the yard is completely fenced in. Cozy Basement Apartment (With Private Entrance)

Basement apartment featuring a cozy reading nook, washer and dryer, WiFi, and TV with access to all streaming services. Guests have separate entrance on the side of the house and parking in driveway. Perfect for two but can sleep up to three. No AC? Not a problem here! Our basement space stays cool and comfortable all throughout the hot and humid summer days of MN. We also have fans available and we constantly run a dehumidifier to circulate the air and keep away moisture.

Treehouse (LOTR) Stargazer Skycabin

Our LOTR themed treehouse, along with our LOTR Wizard's Cottage, have been described as a "love letter to Tolkien himself." We have been featured on PBS and WJON radio. A manager lives on the acreage, about 200 ft. from the Wizard's Cottage and very far from the treehouse, which is located on the back part of the acreage. It has a fenced-in portion that makes up the Shire Garden. Down the hill is our nod to Mordor. Feel free to visit and dare to open the "Mor Do(o)r."
