Surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border is Nettetal with the Hinsbeck district. Hinsbeck and neighbouring Leuth make Nettetal a state-recognised recreational resort. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. A typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails awaits you. The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. Motorway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen Train Station is about 7 km away. From there you can reach Venlo directly via the Dutch border and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001, we have been delighted to welcome our guests, from the family with children, through nature lovers to the assembly worker, everyone who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment can accommodate up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms on about 60 m². Facilities: 2 living rooms, kitchen-living room, bathroom/shower, cable TV, radio, Internet/W-LAN, microwave, bed linen and towels included, child-friendly, non-smoking apartment, lockable bicycle storage, garden use, barbecue, large free parking opposite the house; Families with children are just as welcome guests as your pet. On the upper floor is a large living room and bedroom with sofa bed, 2 chairs, table, wardrobe, Smart-TV w. WIFI and roof terrace. No pets and nonsmokers are welcome.

The quiet location directly by the forest, between the lakes Heidweiher, Borner See and Hariksee, invites you to numerous hiking tours, cycling tours and activities in the region. The Heidweiher is a natural lake swimming pool with a small beach, gastronomy and beer garden (please note rest days) within walking distance in a few minutes. Glamping aan de Maas beschikt over een wellness bungalow met eigen sauna. Ingericht in een warme landelijke stijl, met twee ruime 2-persoons slaapkamers. Inpandige privé sauna (gratis). Op de loft kunnen nog eens 2 personen slapen (stahoogte +/- 165 cm). De woonkamer, met houtkachel, vormt het hart van het vakantiehuis. Modern comfort met vaatwasser, airconditioning en luxe ingerichte keuken en badkamer. Tegen een kleine vergoeding kunt u gebruik maken van de hot tub (eigen gebruik).

You can enjoy your stay with us in a cozy 2-room apartment overlooking Lake Venekotensee. The surrounding area invites you to numerous hiking or cycling tours. The nice restaurant getaway is only 100 m away. There is also another good restaurant at the tennis club in Venekoten, Mevis Breakpoint.
