Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Belén

Out of the three Airbnbs I stayed at in Costa Rica, this was by far the best. Coraly’s place is tucked away in a quiet corner of San José—peaceful, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The water pressure was amazing (a rare find!), and the shower was actually hot, not lukewarm like other places. Coraly was a phenomenal host—truly 10/10. She helped me pull off a surprise for my mom’s 60th birthday by connecting me with local vendors and even allowing someone to come decorate the space overnight. My mom woke up to the most beautiful surprise, and it wouldn’t have been possible without Coraly’s help. There was some construction going on in the condominium, but it was never noisy in the evening and didn’t affect our stay at all. I felt safe, supported, and completely at ease. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting San José.

This is a very active and vibrant community. The day starts early! It was super convenient to have a supermarket right next door and the town center was always fun to visit. There is a bus stop very close by that will take you to Alajuela. It is a very busy city with lots of shopping and things to see. If you have the chance go to a soccer game it is very much worth the money. The pura vida lift is an alive and well in Santa Barbera. Luis and his family will take very good care of you and the property was magnificent. I would stay there again.

I will definitely go back

the stay was wonderful, the patio was perfect for me, i really felt the peaceful surroundings was great for my last evening in Costa Rice. I missed the wonderful food I'd heard so much about since I stayed on a Monday, will change that next visit. Gracias

His place is about 10 minutes away from the airport. It was easy to get in and has a 24 security guard. The home is 2 floors and is very spacious. We enjoyed the funky fenced in yard too.

Check in was easy, place was clean and secure. We felt safe the whole time and the people in the complex were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautiful and host was very helpful and communicative.

Remote location with beautiful views, perfect for escaping from the city. Surrounded by nature and cold weather. Hosts are available for any need. You can get there by car and it's best to move to nearby supermarkets.

Amazing, very responsive! Easy for overnight before headed to airport

We enjoyed it a lot! The apartment had everything you needed, spacious, more than others I've stayed in this building, with lots of light. It's worth staying in this apartment. Highly recommended!!!

Nice place, comfortable and clean. A place with many things to do in your free time. The sound of the river is a plus. In front of the complex, there are different places to eat, get ready, or buy groceries. Luis is always attentive to your stay. Highly recommended.

We arrived and the place smelled very good, it was clean and nice, nice pool and jacuzzi along with a beautiful view of the city. My only complaint would be that the view of the room was totally different. The only thing you can see through the windows is a building under construction

Very warm family atmosphere. Rarely experienced such helpfulness (all the staff). If you want to spend some quiet relaxing days before leaving San Jose, you should definitely stay here. Only 40 minutes to the airport without traffic.

Quiet/private/safe place with great view

Ivonne's casita was really lovely! It is quite small, but worked for myself and my 2 teenage sons. We absolutely loved the property and the beautiful surroundings. It was very peaceful and we had fun hiking around and playing tetherball. I also greatly appreciated the washing machine, as we were in the area for a sporting event and needed to wash the athletic wear. Ivonne also helped us with a hose for washing extra things :) She and her husband were very friendly and made us feel extremely welcome. Check-in and check-out were easy and flexible.

The cabin is in an incredible place, surrounded by nature and with a lot of privacy. Ideal for a getaway from the city without having to handle a lot of distance. Approx 10-15 min from downtown Barva.

The cabin was very cozy, everything was very tidy and clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need and in general very well equipped (good blankets and extras). The place is highly recommended for a relaxing stay

Recommended for going with your partner and pet. External lighting could be reinforced to take even more advantage of the place at night.
