Family gite in peaceful area.

We are a few minutes by car from the village of Pedernec where there is a bar/restaurant& boulangerie. Begard is five minutes by car with an Intermarche supermarket. We are surrounded by farmland but close to the N12 and D767 so exploring Cotes d’Armour is easy. Within half an hour drive there are so many beautiful beaches, villages, towns and chateaux. Many restaurants serving locally produced food. Enjoy walking or cycling in the area. Path behind the gite goes to top of Menez Bre.

Spacious, comfortable cottage, with the charm of exposed granite. 2-6 people. Adjacent to a sunken path inviting you to stroll. On the ground floor: 1 living room with equipped kitchen, wood stove. 1 living room with sofa bed to serve as a 3rd bedroom. Shower room, toilet. Dishwasher, TV, Wi-Fi, Washing machine in the laundry room. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, with new bedding, each offered in 1 bed 180 x 200 or 2 separate single beds 90 x 200 and their shower room and separate toilet each.

Pleasant quiet studio

We offer a stay in the "Quincaille" in a quiet area near the river. This comfortable studio is composed of a double bed, kitchen and bathroom. An outdoor terrace with garden furniture will allow you to relax while listening to birdsong. Baby equipment is available upon request. Hiking trails are nearby, as well as the "Tro Breiz" passage. Many sites to discover: the Pink Granite Coast, the island of Bréhat... Beaches 20 minutes away.
