What a great place - peaceful, spacious and private with everything you could ever need to make the time you spend at your home fun and relaxing. It did feel like a home from home. Olivier was helpful and responsive even months before the holiday and always replied within an hour. We had to drive all the way from Calais so explained that we’d be checking in late, he was very understanding even when this time got later and later, eventually arriving after 11pm Olivier still greeted us with a smile and a full tour of all of the facilities and living area, and remained helpful throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend L’Atelier to anybody, and would come back in a heartbeat. Merci Olivier!

Lovely home and perfect for the four of us. Very close to town and very quiet. Easy access to wonderful restaurants. The check in was great and cannot thank them for also taking my niece to Station as we had to leave before her. Parking is not for feint hearted but good. If you cannot face the reverse then easy to park on road heading out towards station. Would stay again. Thanks

A beautiful moment of relaxation after a long motorcycle ride. Swimming pool, fountain, lights, pleasant and well-arranged natural space. a much appreciated breakfast to start the day. i recommend it.

Nathalie and Hubert were very kind and friendly. The place was pristine, beautiful and relaxing. You have to hire a car to visit places in Bordeaux but Hubert provided many great suggestions of local wineries and things to do. He was always responsive and very helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend to anyone thinking about visiting Bordeaux.

We had a lovely Easter weekend at the estate which is full of charm... We didn't have the time we hoped so we couldn't enjoy the pool...( but it was tempting!) Emmanuel very kindly welcomed us... and made our stay enjoyable Recommended rental

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an absolutely perfect 10-day stay in this house in Lège-Cap-Ferret. The house is completely in line with the photos: pleasant, functional, very clean, and with a nice outdoor space ideal for relaxing. The welcome was excellent from the first day. Jonathan, our main contact via the Jo Bassin service, was very available and remarkably kind. He shared many good addresses with us, whether for restaurants or places to visit in the region. A big thank you to him for his professionalism and attention. We also thank Émilie who welcomed us on site when we arrived and who took the time to explain everything in detail about the operation of the house. A very nice accommodation in a very nice village, on the edge of the estuary. Very clean, nicely decorated, with an outdoor plancha, a garden, a few chickens (in an enclosure) and a few cats that you will meet at random. Very discreet and very friendly owners. A tavern (Ma zo li) has recently opened just opposite (Thursday to Sunday): possibility of eating grilled meat or fish, mussels on Friday evening, having a drink, in a wooded place. At very affordable prices. The accommodation is ideally located for visiting Meshers, Talmont sur Gironde, Royan, Mornac sur Seudre, Mortagne sur Gironde (port).

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

Very understanding, very welcoming hosts. A place in a great location, the ocean at our feet. The city center of Soulac nearby. Very well arranged, clean, very good bedding, a quiet and relaxing environment. An address that we treasure. Can't wait to come back.

Beautiful rental, very clean, perfectly equipped, ideal for a couple. The welcome by Jean-Louis and his wife is very friendly, with small attentions. Shops and services are nearby. We recommend it.

We spent a week with Thierry in May. Thierry responded very kindly and uncomplicated to the fact that our arrival was delayed more and more. He welcomed us very nicely and gave us many tips. You can see from the house that Thierry is a flea market fan, we thought that gives the house character, it is really unique. It is quiet, with a lot of nature around, the frogs croak their concert, and the nightingales sing at night. The large, slightly overgrown garden (we like it) was fenced in so that our dog could go in and out of the house as he pleased. The area is pleasantly less crowded with tourists, but there were still opportunities to do something. Small tip: do not stay in the caravan if you are taller than about 180 cm (we are a little shorter, so it worked out well). Many thanks to Thierry, we hope to come back!

Michael is a very welcoming host, his advice is wise. The chalet is cozy, warm and well-equipped with a nice garden. Impeccable cleanliness and very good bedding. Possibilities of walks to the lake on foot or by bike from the chalet. Perfect for discovering the region.

André is a great host! He answers very quickly, he cares that you are well and comfortable and he is very, very kind. The accommodation is very clean, very bright, it is as in the photos and is very close to the station on foot. It's super quiet and very pretty!

an accommodation as we like... we find everything we need to cook... a very friendly host... the birdsongs to wake you up... The best pineau in the world at the Château de Beaulon and a restaurant close by that serves good little dishes... we would have stayed a little longer

Our stay was very comfortable. Emmanuelle and her partner welcomed us personally and made us feel welcome. We especially liked the stone floor, which kept the interior naturally cool during the hot summer temperatures. The bed and linen were also very comfortable and helped us sleep well in the calm bedroom facing a beautiful tree. Definitely recommend this stay.
