I had an amazing stay at this place! The space was incredibly clean and well-maintained, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The house was also very spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The pictures just don’t do it justice. Swimming pool and Sauna was a nice touch for sure and definitely made use of it. John was responsive and helpful, making the entire experience seamless. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

Lovely, clean and comfortable. Very nice little treat of cakes and biscuits plus milk in the fridge. Lauren was extremely helpful when I messaged her too. Would definitely return again. PS: my little dog absolutely loved being free in the enclosed garden too that was fab bonus!

From 1st contact, Patricia was quick to reply & friendly. Her lodge was spotless and equipped with everything u cld want. Welcome pack of bread / milk etc such a lovely thought. Flowers and plants around the lodge are absolutely beautiful! The park itself is so peaceful. Would definately recommend

We were greeted well upon arrival. They showed and explained everything. We were also lucky to see beautiful peacocks on the territory. The house corresponds to the description and photos. There is a good sauna, a large pool and there is a passage from a small goubina to a large one. The jacuzzi is also large. Everything is clean and neat, we liked it, the child is delighted, we will definitely come again.🙃

Lovely home, felt very comfortable there- we had 4 children between 4 adults, and it felt like a lived in house- therefore we were not panicked about the children just being children!! The pool was a lovely temperature and our children enjoyed it thoroughly. House nice and warm, kitchen and lounge area which overlooks the swimming pool were a real hub of the home- a very nice space. All in all a great find for when we need to be in Hertfordshire! We would stay again.

Had a lovely weekend, the location is quiet and beautiful and is an easy drive into Towcester and Northampton. Hosts were really lovely and would highly recommend

Upon arrival Sally was there to greet us and give us a quick tour which was really helpful. The house itself is gorgeous - so spacious, perfect for a large group, and you want for nothing. The kitchen in particular is such an amazing socialising space - perfect for hosting! The Christmas decorations throughout were amazing and really made us feel at home and in the holiday spirit! All bedrooms were comfy, warm and spacious. We really enjoyed the pool table and darts. Everyone loved it! Location was so peaceful - countryside for miles but only a 10 min drive from Sandy station. Sally was super responsive throughout if we ever had any questions. And the cherry on top was the cuddliest cat Batman! We couldn’t have wished for a nicer place to spend Christmas with the family. Thank you Sally!

Great stay. Comfortable and quiet. Lovely outside grounds. Close to Silverstone and Grand Union Canal and Woburn Abbey. Abbie was very helpful (especially when we left possessions in the room after leaving !!). Thanks for a nice stay.

The cottage was exactly as described, and our host was really welcoming, communication was great, responsive and everything was exactly as they said it would be. Getting in was easy, and so was checking in and checking out. We even booked at short notice and they were able to accommodate us, couldn't have asked for more or an easier stay. Unless out situation changes soon, we will be staying again, and would recommend them.

A fabulous property that we used for a family weekend with our children and 6 grandchildren (aged 4months to 10years) . There was plenty of room for them to play inside and outside. The playroom was a great facility which meant that the adults could relax in the knowledge that the kids were occupied and in a safe space. The kitchen/diner had plenty of room for us all to eat together and the lounge was of a good size with more than adequate seating etc. As the property had been recently refurbished it was a spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms were of a good size and comfortable. We would recommend this property for family gatherings , particularly with young children.

We truly felt at home and it was a perfectly central location for our time reminiscing and exploring the area (my partner grew up nearby). Francesca’s suggestions were detailed and helpful, we enjoyed several of her suggestions. We hope to be able to visit again in the future!

Really great stay at Carly’s home. Came for a friend’s wedding, so wanted a convenient location to the church and venue. This was perfect. Carly was super helpful, communicative when needed and wanted to ensure we had a great stay. Carly got us some breakfast bits for our stay and made us feel like her house was a home away from home for the weekend. The place was clean and cosy, bed was so comfy and defo slept well - access to the property was made easy - all in all an awesome property. I was also very grateful to her for helping me out when I forgot some of the stuff I needed for the wedding. An absolute Super host who goes above and beyond! Five stars!!!

Would highly recommend staying at Mel’s house. The place was so clean and nice when we arrived. We did a long stay (2 months) and it made transition with a baby to a new country so seamless as Mel is friendly, helpful and the house had everything you could think of for a family. Beds where all extremely comfortable the house super spacious, nice gardens, couldn’t fault the stay at all!

We had a wonderful weekend stay while visiting family. The house was fully equipped and made us feel right at home. Its location was excellent and wonderfully quiet. We traveled with a baby and toddler, and the surroundings were very safe, allowing us to unwind. The dining area was fantastic, and we enjoyed a delightful family meal there. We will certainly return—thank you! The bread, milk, and toys for the kids were such a nice touch.

Great value for money, the property was really nice and we enjoyed staying there so much so that we ended up staying there for 3 x Weeks consecutively due to work commitments in the area. The host was also great, friendly and responsive and would recommend to anyone wanting to stop in the area.
