We had a great stay. The view from the apartment was beautiful. Could not have asked for a better stay.

Host Vasilije is very kind and responsive in any moment. Apartment is clean with a big terrace/garden and an amazing sea view. It is located in quiet surrounding and close to the promenade.

It is a superb location to stay at in Budva. The apartment is nice and clean and has everything you need. The view from the balcony is great and you can chill out on it. The Dukley estate is a high-class property that includes a secluded area packed with a luxury hotel, private apartments, restaurants, spa salons and a beach. There is a free golf cart transportation inside the gated community of Dukley and our favorite part - a free boat departing from Dukley to the old town of Budva every hour. There is a pedestrian tunnel that starts under the Dukley leading to the beaches in Budva or on the other side of Dukley there is a Becici beach in a 10 minute walking distance. Parking inside is paid and expensive (there is an hourly option (2 euro/hour) and day parking at Dukley Hotel (30 euro). We parked inside for one night only and then managed to park in a free spot on the road below the Dukley place (Becici side). In the evening there are some spots available if you are lucky.

We recently stayed for a week away with our young family. The house is absolutely perfect, has everything you can possibly need for an incredible holiday. The view is out of this world - we felt very lucky to be there. Mladen was so friendly and helpful, answering all questions we had very quickly and going out of his way to make us feel comfortable. Marko & his wife are amazing hosts! They are very friendly and always ready to help and give some advice! Marko responds quickly. They even helped us to order some pizzas. The villa was amazing and as described. We had a great time and would like to come again! 😊

I spent a wonderful 4 nights here. Wonderful location - easy walk around the bay to Kotor. The apartment was comfortable, clean and you just never tire of those views. Dusanka was extremely helpful with any questions I had. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Val and Maya were exceptional hosts - incredibly responsive and couldn’t be more helpful with organising extras including airport transfers, a driver for an excursion and boat tour…all with trusted associates at great prices. Myself and my Family felt right at home in their apartment and I’d highly recommend a stay here!

Zeljko was a great guy and made us comfortable as he can. He was nice and kind to us. Welcome gifts were brilliant, view of Kotor Bay seen from balcony and the pool was also brilliant. Unfortunately we couldn't use the pool due to weather conditions, however me and my wife will definitely come again next summer to stay more than this time.

Had a brilliant stay at Tatiana’s place. Tatiana was incredibly responsive throughout and let us have a later check out, which was really helpful with children. The apartment itself is great. Has everything that you need, is as described and clean. The view from the balcony was an absolute highlight for us. We spent every evening on the balcony - the view is something we will miss. There is also a pool, which my kids really enjoyed. The apartment itself is located about 1 hours walk from Kotor old town, but it is a nice walk along the beach front. Taxi’s are also easily accessible. We actually really enjoyed the area where the apartment itself is located. A little quieter than the busier old town- but still with a beautiful beach/promenade.There is a great restaurant nearby- where you can swim in the sea - which was great. Our kids loved it. There is also a park, a shop and a brilliant bakers within walking distance. Would recommend!

I had an amazing stay! The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, greeted me with a hug and showed me around the whole apartment (they even let me borrow a travel adapter for my stay since I’d lost mine). The place itself is in a beautiful quiet location only a few minutes walk from the town and the pool is amazing! Would come back again for sure.

It was a wonderful house. It was like our own home. We were extremely sensitive about cleanliness. Even if you examine it in detail for hours, you will not see any dirt. It's very cute, you can be very comfortable. It was a house with air conditioning in every room. & Thank you for everything Our host was very kind and helpful. You can rent it with peace of mind. The view was also beautiful. I won't forget this experience

Nena and Čedo’s place was perfect that we extended our stay! They were extremely accommodating, the housekeeping were attentive and friendly. They even got the table tennis table out for us very kindly. We would recommend, thank you!

We had a great stay, the view from the pool is incredible. The house is equipped with ever that you need for a short stay, there is cute little beach and a great restaurant Tramontana beach bar with amazing food and views within walkable distance.

We arrived early and met the delightful owners. They were friendly and couldn’t help enough, going above and beyond to allow us to check in early as our flight had been bought forward. We hadn’t realised we had to request the cot or high chair so they were amazing at sorting these for us very quickly. The Villa was spotless and had everything we needed. It is in the best position to enjoy the sea and pool and the views are amazing. There is a supermarket, playground, bus stop into Kotor and delightful restaurants all nearby which made our holiday easy. Then if you are up for a walk the old town is about an hour away, but the bus (if you are willing to wait) or cabs get you in very quickly. Our only issue, if forced to find a criticism, was that the listing said they provided shampoo which turned out to be a tiny hotel size bottle in each bathroom. Would definitely go back and recommend.

Beautiful place to stay with amazing views, location is a little far out from the centre but the host is very helpful with providing local taxi numbers and even phoned on occasion for us as we was struggling. Kept in communication the whole time and offered to arrange trips etc help to and from the airport

Tijana’s apartment is stylish and functional with plenty of amenities. Roomy balcony facing the Kotor bay works as a chill out zone from dawn to dusk. We appreciated easy parking and nearby supermarket and bakery. Dobrota beach can be found only a couple of hundred meters away. Highly recommended accommodation in Kotor!

Zoran was a very caring host, he responded quickly to our questions. It was a home center, 5 minutes' walk from Budva old town and Mogren beaches. It was also very nice to be able to watch the Adriatic sea view from the balcony. Having a parking lot was a big advantage for us. The house was spotless and everything was thought of in the kitchen. Chocolate and confectionery were very thoughtfully prepared, thank you

We had an amazing 3 week stay here :) you can walk 10 paces and jump in the water, it’s amazing. We were working while we were here, and the wifi was strong and the balcony was a perfect workspace with an amazing view. We would definitely come stay again :)

My stay at these beautiful apartments was exceptional! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the old town and the beach. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and felt right at home. I highly recommend staying here and would love to come back in the future!

We stayed here for a week and we are coming back next year! What an amazing apartment, Sonja was super helpful, we asked for sun lounger cushions and we had them the next day. Absolute gem of a place. Perfect location, only 15 mins into to the old town. The apartment had everything you required, with little beautiful touches plus stunning views. Angelina was the most welcoming host, super friendly and always there if you needed help. We will sure be back the next time we visit Montenegro.

Perfect place with a perfect view! We felt very at home here. The location is fantastic and there is a shortcut pathway right next to the apartment that takes you down to the area leading to the beach. Communication was fantastic and we were also able to check in early! Highly recommend.
