I had an incredible experience staying at Misha’s property! The host Mirko was an amazing—kind, understanding, and hospitable. Truly one of the nicest people I've ever met. Throughout my 30-day stay, he went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. He was always available with great recommendations, from entertainment to nearby restaurants and shops. He updated me on what was happening around the city. Super reliable and attentive! I’ll absolutely recommend this place to friends and family and will visit again.

It was a wonderful house. It was like our own home. We were extremely sensitive about cleanliness. Even if you examine it in detail for hours, you will not see any dirt. It's very cute, you can be very comfortable. It was a house with air conditioning in every room. & Thank you for everything Our host was very kind and helpful. You can rent it with peace of mind. The view was also beautiful. I won't forget this experience

It is a superb location to stay at in Budva. The apartment is nice and clean and has everything you need. The view from the balcony is great and you can chill out on it. The Dukley estate is a high-class property that includes a secluded area packed with a luxury hotel, private apartments, restaurants, spa salons and a beach. There is a free golf cart transportation inside the gated community of Dukley and our favorite part - a free boat departing from Dukley to the old town of Budva every hour. There is a pedestrian tunnel that starts under the Dukley leading to the beaches in Budva or on the other side of Dukley there is a Becici beach in a 10 minute walking distance. Parking inside is paid and expensive (there is an hourly option (2 euro/hour) and day parking at Dukley Hotel (30 euro). We parked inside for one night only and then managed to park in a free spot on the road below the Dukley place (Becici side). In the evening there are some spots available if you are lucky.

We recently stayed for a week away with our young family. The house is absolutely perfect, has everything you can possibly need for an incredible holiday. The view is out of this world - we felt very lucky to be there. Mladen was so friendly and helpful, answering all questions we had very quickly and going out of his way to make us feel comfortable. Like everyone who writes Oksana is a great host, he's always there for any questions. The apartment was clean and the same as the pictures, close to the beach and shops. +Across the street is directly a restaurant where there is a different daily menu every day (soup, main course, salad, and casa pizza's yr for €9.5). The beach restaurants/cafes where there are also plenty of fast food (pizza, gyros, palanic, burger, etc for 2-4€) are not far away. As well as an idea shop and various bakeries are close to the apartment. - For those who plan to cook often, there may be no hot water in the kitchen to wash dishes. +In the apartment there are basic cooking utensils, a hair dryer, an ironing board and an iron, a washing machine, a clothesline for drying the laundry(which should possibly be replaced-the pair of wires are discouraged). -What it doesn't have a scratch/detergent to wash your laundry, but it's easy to get. But nothing works on Sundays, so on time to shop. For those who come with small children and strollers - you know there are about a dozen steps before the elevator. +You get the internet you can carry with you, the battery holds for 4 hours.

I spent a wonderful 4 nights here. Wonderful location - easy walk around the bay to Kotor. The apartment was comfortable, clean and you just never tire of those views. Dusanka was extremely helpful with any questions I had. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Zeljko was a great guy and made us comfortable as he can. He was nice and kind to us. Welcome gifts were brilliant, view of Kotor Bay seen from balcony and the pool was also brilliant. Unfortunately we couldn't use the pool due to weather conditions, however me and my wife will definitely come again next summer to stay more than this time.

Perfect accommodation for our group of 9! The house was beautiful and the host was very responsive. The location was ideal and we loved the pool. The only negative points were that the wifi was malfunctioning and one of the showers was leaking.

Had a brilliant stay at Tatiana’s place. Tatiana was incredibly responsive throughout and let us have a later check out, which was really helpful with children. The apartment itself is great. Has everything that you need, is as described and clean. The view from the balcony was an absolute highlight for us. We spent every evening on the balcony - the view is something we will miss. There is also a pool, which my kids really enjoyed. The apartment itself is located about 1 hours walk from Kotor old town, but it is a nice walk along the beach front. Taxi’s are also easily accessible. We actually really enjoyed the area where the apartment itself is located. A little quieter than the busier old town- but still with a beautiful beach/promenade.There is a great restaurant nearby- where you can swim in the sea - which was great. Our kids loved it. There is also a park, a shop and a brilliant bakers within walking distance. Would recommend!

A very nice flat, 2 min away from the sea. Clean, new, registration service. The only thing we did not enjoy was the Construction site. But Becici now is being constructed rapidly.

We had a great stay, the view from the pool is incredible. The house is equipped with ever that you need for a short stay, there is cute little beach and a great restaurant Tramontana beach bar with amazing food and views within walkable distance.

Marko & his wife are amazing hosts! They are very friendly and always ready to help and give some advice! Marko responds quickly. They even helped us to order some pizzas. The villa was amazing and as described. We had a great time and would like to come again! 😊

Everything was as described. Andrea's family welcomed us very kindly. At the end of our stay, everyone was treated to a piece of homemade cake.

Zoran was a very caring host, he responded quickly to our questions. It was a home center, 5 minutes' walk from Budva old town and Mogren beaches. It was also very nice to be able to watch the Adriatic sea view from the balcony. Having a parking lot was a big advantage for us. The house was spotless and everything was thought of in the kitchen. Chocolate and confectionery were very thoughtfully prepared, thank you

Apartment is on the first floor so you're looking down on the beach which is great. has everything you need. housekeeper and owner both very helpful. we were allowed to leave our car in their secured parking area and use their beach towels after checkout which meant we could enjoy the sandy beach for a while longer. short driving distance to Budva and not very far from Kotor.

Everything was very nice for us from the moment we entered the house. He even made us forget a bad trip with his gesture. The conversation, the view was very beautiful. Having a private parking lot made my days in Kotord very easy. We didn't use the beach, but it was very convenient to use. Cleaning and all our needs were taken care of. We were able to reach Mr. Sedat whenever we wanted and he helped us a lot. Thank you

We had an amazing 3 week stay here :) you can walk 10 paces and jump in the water, it’s amazing. We were working while we were here, and the wifi was strong and the balcony was a perfect workspace with an amazing view. We would definitely come stay again :)

As it was said, the location is beautiful, it is close to the beach, the bathroom door was broken and locked, it wouldn't be a problem if it wasn't locked, it wasn't dirty in general, but there were spider webs on the edges and on the bed, we had a problem with the tourist tax, the host took care of it, thankfully, but the apartment is very nice and sufficient, it really overlooks the mountain, the air is clean, it's great to have a parking lot, in short, you can choose it
