The accommodation is extremely well located with sea views. It is 2 minutes from the beach and 20 minutes from Peniscola Castle. The "Consum " shopping mall is also within a 15-minute walk. The accommodation is air-conditioned which is a comfort and a necessity in the middle of summer if you want to sleep well and rest. Spacious, well-equipped and very pleasant home. The residence is cleaned every day so very clean. Two downsides: the entrance to the accommodation can't be before 6pm (so you lose the day on Saturday. The ideal would be to be able to access it around 2 p.m.) and the parking lot which is taken by the first to arrive. There are almost never spots available. On the other hand, it is possible to park outside with a subscription of 35 euros per week. That's what we did. Raquel is very responsive , very attentive and always available. So don't hesitate to go, you won't be disappointed👍 We will definitely come back 😀

The accommodation is a pass, with everything you need for a perfect stay. Details that are appreciated like a basket with coffee capsules, cleaning supplies, boils and oil, a bottle of water, a wine bottle, and a milk bottle in the fridge. The photos are 100% accurate. Even better than we expected. Francisco Javier was super attentive at all times and days before he sent us the access keys as well as a video from the entrance to Beceite. We had a very nice stay as a family, the apartment was very nice, quiet modern residential complex but also not much going on. The apartment is well equipped, especially the kitchen (unlike described, there was a hair dryer, but no soap in the bathroom). There is not much going on in the area, but you can reach a lot by car. The beach around the corner is unfortunately not really nice and recommended, which was a pity and we could not use the pool for two days, because probably chlorine was poured in but there was no information etc. about it. A flexible check-in and out would be really nice for us as a family.

We had 12 fantastic days in the house of Esther. She (and Pedro) were there to welcome us and helped us get settled in. We felt very much at home. Everything we needed was there and the house was very clean and quiet. The view of the town and the surroundings was magnificent. Esther was very easy to contact and always responded immediately. We would certainly recommend a stay in Esther’s house and we’re sure to be back in the near future.

Jaques is a very friendly and attentive person and responds immediately. The location of the place is perfect and has an amazing view. If I go back to Peñiscola I will repeat with Jaques.

Fantastic spot with a beautiful view. Sparkling clean when we arrived for check-in. There are a number of beach toys, and a beach umbrella included, which was great. Not a review of the suite specifically, but it is unfortunate that the street between the condo building and the beachfront is open to traffic rather than a pedestrian street. It is quite noisy on the balcony and inside due to the street in front. We had a wonderful stay and very clear communication. One other thing to keep in mind is that we received a complaint about sand in the stairwells. We were not responsible for the sand, as we had not been at the beach that day, but please keep in mind to keep the common areas tidy.

First of all the super friendly host, a very new loft, with choice for people with limited mobility, the comfortable bed, the cool jacuzzi, functional fridge and cooker (there are all the necessary utensils) and by the time we did not use the stove with wood fire but also must be very nice

Even before arriving, Victor Manuel communicated with us in a very close and friendly way, with a great willingness to help in every way possible and make our stay as pleasant as possible. The apartment was exceptionally clean and was even better than what was shown in the photos, much more spacious and with everything you need to enjoy a few days of vacation. We had an excellent stay and we are sure that we will repeat!
