A well-suited accommodation for two solo nights. Very pleasant during hot weather because it is cool. Quiet neighborhood, no noise.

Sammy’s place was a perfect place to stay whilst going back and forth to the Futuroscope for 4 days with 2 kids in tow, just a few minutes down the road by car. The flat is spacious, comfortable, well equipped and decorated. My younger boy loved playing with the toys available in the children’s large bedroom. We liked the fact that the area was quiet and the bedrooms had window shutters so the kids (and us!) could sleep in the morning after late night fun at the Futuroscope. Sammy made everything easy with super clear instructions to get to the flat and where to find everything. He also gave recommendations for local amenities and easy parking. He was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. This was one of the, if not the, best Airbnb experiences we’ve had!

I had a great stay at Lynda's, who was a very nice, caring and responsive host. I asked her for a utensil I needed to cook and she came to bring it to me quickly. I found the apartment comfortable, consistent with its description. The bedding in the room was really ideal and I enjoyed the patio. I would recommend this host and their place. The warm welcome and the quality of the accommodation made my stay very pleasant.

I stayed 2 weeks: clean, well located for walks and access to the city center. Welcoming hosts, very affordable price. The room is small, but well furnished with a sufficient number of closets. The kitchen works well, pots and pans are provided. Quiet neighborhood.

We had a great stay at the Bohème suite, the accommodation is very comfortable and well-equipped. A big + for the cleanliness of the accommodation, which was very appreciable. Elliot is very available throughout the stay, he gave us all the instructions to access the accommodation and before leaving it, everything was very well explained. The only negative point: the road is noisy... but it's just a detail among everything else where there is nothing to say. Thank you, we will definitely come back if we pass through the area! 😊

A great stay! Very nice apartment, full center of poitiers, super convenient for family holidays! The rooms do not overlook the street so quiet (however we hear a few heavy steps coming from the apartment above!). The photos gave us the impression of a small apartment but in fact it looks bigger once in it! Spacious and well-equipped kitchen for cooking, great bathroom, very comfortable bedding, 2 small courtyards. We had a water leakage problem but it was restored quickly thanks to our responsive host!

We had a wonderful stay at this place! Everything was perfect, the jacuzzi, the sauna, the massage table, and the pool which was really ideal. The accommodation is very clean, carefully decorated and really well equipped: towels, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer, coffee… everything is designed to make you feel at home. A big thank you to Caroline who was very kind and responsive throughout our stay to answer our questions. The location is great, close to Poitiers and Futuroscope. Pleasant, quiet, spacious cottage however with some differences from the basic listing including the outdoor pool only available in June. Essentials are missing (soap, dishwashing and cleaning product, salt, pepper, extra toilet paper and towels). One of the mattresses on the bunk bed is very uncomfortable but nothing to say about the others. We did not see the owner but when we had him on the phone, the exchange was nice. We had very great tranquility throughout the stay.
