Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Beauce

My husband and I stayed for two nights. It was exactly as the pictures showed. Any questions we had were answered right away. I would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely stay here again. I wish I had found this place sooner.

Sylvain's place was squeeky clean, comfortable and located right downtown surrounded by beautiful older building and historical sites. We had access to extras in the kitchen (coffee, cream, sugar, napkins, cooking oil etc) and a very comfortable bed. We had everything we needed and more. Definately recommend this beatiful space to anyone who likes to be walking distance to major sites. Merci Sylvain, we will be back again real soon!

Nice, secure unit in a mid-rise building that is seemingly mostly or all AirBnB units. It was very clean and comfortable, and instructions and communication were great. Parking a few blocks away was easy and straight-forward. While this location is on a busy street, including a ton of bus traffic, the unit itself seemed quiet. The street can be a little sketchy with homeless and the like, but we didn't run into any issues or felt unsafe. There are several really fun neighborhoods with restaurants, bars, sights, etc. withing just a couple of blocks in any direction. It took us 15-20 minutes to walk into the heart of old Quebec, and we also enjoyed several of the more local establishments (within a 5 min walk) including a great bakery, karaoke bar, great pizza restaurant, and a live music afternoon lounge. I was disappointed that the pool was closed (a couple weeks into June), but otherwise the rooftop terrace was a great place to bring a picnic and relax. I'd stay here again!

Having stayed in this building before I had a level of expectations. Christian's listing was very impressive and exceeded them. The two bedroom penthouse had plenty of space for my family (5 of us), the parking space in the garage for this particular listing was also very easy to get in and out of, and the instructions for buzzing into the building and then entering the apartment were very easy. It is difficult to find units in QC with decent parking and I find it to be at a premium whenever I visit. The penthouse's expanded balcony is a very nice bonus over a standard unit in this building and provides great views of the surrounding areas in Quebec City. Would recommend to any visitors to QC and would definitely stay again!

The communication with Sebastian was easy and he was extremely responsive. The place was as expected and was clean, quiet and well stocked. It served as a great base for us while visiting Quebec city. It is very walkable to the old city and other areas downtown. Supermarket is a couple blocks away.

el Airbnb de Nadine y Alex está hermoso y extremadamente limpio! La pasamos genial mi familia y yo. Es muy acogedor y está súper cerca de la estación de tren, además de que hay un supermercado (Metro) muy bien surtido a una cuadra. El inicio del casco viejo (calle Saint Jean) está cerca y se llega fácilmente caminando. Las instrucciones de llegada estuvieron muy claras y fue muy fácil llegar y muy rápido entrar al departamento. Nadine y Alex estuvieron muy atentos en todo momento. Excelente comunicación y nos dejaron unos chocolates y cápsulas de café de bienvenida, gran detalle por parte de ellos! En el departamento también tenían todo lo necesario (incluyendo aceite) para preparar algo ligero para desayunar y/o cenar. También tenían café en grano muy rico, el cual disfrutamos cada mañana:). En pocas palabras, es un Airbnb ampliamente recomendado ;). Muchas gracias Nadine y Alex!

Great place - clean, responsive host. Accurately described amenities. Parking was the one downside; spots (paid or not) are limited downtown, and many one-way streets around the apartment made it difficult to drive around and search, as someone unfamiliar with the area. I recommend arriving early as possible to avoid rush hour/dinner traffic and be quick to grab a spot behind the building, if the opportunity arises!

Very good location. Short walk to sight seeing areas and very close to transportation. Nice and clean unit with everything we needed available. Marlène is a good communicator and was very accommodating to my requests. Very happy with our stay!

Très bel endroit très propre! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la proximité des commerces, nous avons pu nous rendre partout à pieds. Nous avons aussi profité de l'accès à la terrasse sur le toit. L'hôte était disponible pour répondre a nos questions quand ce fut nécessaire.

Nathalie is really deserving to be a super-host with 5-6 stars , she is always responsive and proactive , the apartment is clean and everything is available , location is amazing with easy checkout , the surrounding is super cool at summer , my family like it as well , for sure this is my preferred place in the upcoming visits to Quebec city

The apartment was very cozy and clean. We really felt at home. The location was very good, near many restaurants and sightseeing places in old city, so taking taxi to city center wasn't very expensive. Moreover it was near public transportation. The apartment is near hospitals as well, so when I needed to go to emergency, it was fast and easy.

I stayed there with two kids. The place was clean, safe and comfortable. You can walk to everything in the centre of the city. The host gives you a list of nice restaurants in the area, so you'll find your favourite soon. I'll definitely go back there when I get the chance!

Le logement de René est spacieux, très bien équipé, et arrangé avec beaucoup de goût. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour et nous avions toujours plaisir à nous y retrouver pour passer un bon moment en fin de journée. Nous le recommandons vivement.

Le logement est très bien aménagé et décoré avec soin : on se sent bien au chaud. La pièce de vie est très spacieuse. Tout est très fonctionnel et pratique. L'endroit est idéalement situé, surtout si vous souhaitez faire de ski au Mont Saint Anne (5 min en voiture). De plus Ian est hôte ultra réactif et très arrangeant : il a répondu à toutes nos sollicitations en quelques minutes. Un bel endroit que je recommande !

Bright, sunny and very tidy house close to the river. We had everything we need, kitchen is fully equipped, it was important for us to cook at home. We had a lot of fun with jacuzzi in backyard and enjoying fireplace during chilly evenings. 3 min ride are big grocery, pharmacy, bank and coffee shop. Neighborhood is amazing: green and quiet. We did barbecue in sunny terrace. Hosts are great. Replied immediately to all our requests. And it was sooo sweet from them to provided us with little welcome gifts. For sure will come back next year. Highly recommend.

We had a pleasant stay at the house. The house had space for our party of 5 people, and had enough amenities for the group. The host was responsive, helpful and friendly when we met in person.

Great experience! We didn't spend much time at the house but our time there was pleasan - easy communication, simple check-in and SUPER clean. Short drive to the city and the airport. Would stay again.

My husband and three children (ages 13, 12, and 9), stayed at Madeleine's beautiful, well appointed home for a week this July. Believe me when I say that the pictures don't do Madeleine's house justice. It's a beautiful house with every amenity you might wish for. My children enjoyed the large, clean, lovely pool. Madeleine was an immensely gracious, attentive, and responsive host. The suburban neighborhood was peaceful, private, and a reasonable drive from vieux Quebec. We would love to return next time we visit Quebec.

We had a wonderful time in the city partially due to staying here. The location is perfect and the house was too. Our party of 6 felt right at home and the kids had so much for with all the available fun stuff.
