Holiday rentals with lake access in Beas River

the place was perfect as it was a bit away from busy area yet close to all attraction. this also very cozy and felt like home. the place had blanket to protect from cold and had geyser in bathroom and kitchen. thus also have full kitchen oy drawback was that the bedding was a bit hard and only one washroom but it's manageable.

It was the perfect peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. What made it even more special was the heartwarming atmosphere. It didn’t feel like just another rental – it felt like a home. Cozy, inviting, and filled with positive energy. We left with full hearts and wonderful memories. Without a doubt, we will be visiting again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a beautiful, welcoming, and memorable getaway!

Vishal and his family are lovely people who are welcoming and helpful during your stay at the villa. Its a quiet place, the house is beautiful and very clean. There is a pool nearby and park which is helpful if you have kids. A cafe is 5 minutes walk, shops, 10 minutes, gym about 4 minutes. Its gated with good security who do not let in anyone willy nilly.

We had a pleasant stay. Apurav's mother was extremely welcoming.we felt we are at own home We surely recommend the place.

As Mr Ashok said he had a plan to build a restaurant in 1st floor for food arrangement for the visitors. He also had a plan to build a swimming pool. Out of 5 rooms , 3 rooms are big . Now there is no wardrobe/Almirah and dressing table in the rooms. But Mr Ashok said he will keep this in mind. No TV is there except in one room, although there is provision for TV in 3 rooms. The travelers should not expect to see the lake from the palace. Also there is no nearby places to move around by walking. The travelers can visit Dharamshala, Bainath, Palamur, Bir, Chintpurni ,Billing for Paragliding. One can arrive at the palace from Pathankot to Nagrota surian by narrow gauge train which is very nice as the valley and lake can be seen from the train. Mr Ashok can take you to the Palace from the station. One can cook in the kitchen as all the facilities are available for cooking. The kitchen is very large enough to cook for 15 people.

This is a great place to stay in Dharamshala. The views from the bnb are mesmerizing. We went there for Ind vs Nz World cup match and our experience was amazing. Dheeraj is a great host. He proactively called us and gave all instructions very clearly. Just one thing to keep in mind. If you planning to go, hire a scooty or bike beforehand as the bnb is in screne place and little far from crowded city and you will not get cabs here. You can also ask Dheeraj and he can arrange for you as he did for us too. Apart from this the place is just awesome.

Good house to stay

We were looking for a place away from busy Dharamsala that we could use as a base to explore the area and Ajit’s home fitted the bill perfectly. Located in Naddi, it is about 500m above Dharamsala and cooler. Accessing Dharamsala and McLeodganj was a breeze - if you have your own vehicle then no problem, else there are autos and taxis that ply from Dal Lake, which is an attraction close to Naddi.  The home itself is very nice. Very clean and neat and very thoughtfully furnished. The kitchen is well equipped with an induction stove, gas, refrigerator, water filter, utility vessels and some common grocery items needed for cooking. The view from the unit is amazing - it looks out onto some village homes in the distance on top of a hill with terraced fields in between and the show capped Dhauladhar peaks in the horizon. The unit is located in the second floor - accessed by 2 flights of stairs. So, if you have seniors in your contingent or someone with mobility issues, it is something to watch out for.  Ajit’s family - himself, wife and 2 young boys were amazing and most helpful with some our specific needs. Since Ajit has grown up in the Naddi area, he knows the place inside out and is happy to guide and help out.  Connectivity was one of the best we have had in Himachal - Vodafone works great and so does Jio. All in all - great value for money for your stay in the Dharamsala area - we would come back to stay - for the place, for the view, for the convenience and of course, Ajit and family - amazing folks! 

What an amazing stay I had in Naddi. The spacious living room at the entrance leads you to the surprisingly large balcony with amazing view, and to the corridor with the bedroom on the left and bathroom and kitchen on the right. The bedroom was really cozy, the sun woke me up in the morning, many windows with nice curtains. The two windows in the kitchen were really nice, when open it felt like an open air kitchen. Very peaceful place, at the edge of the forest and the beautiful 40 minute walk through the forest that leads you to McLoadganj. There is a good shop down the street with every necessity. The unfortunate frequent electricity cuts surprised me sometimes, and the wifi was very slow, bad network in the area. However, this makes you focus more on the nature around. Felt right at home, with a friendly host. I couldn't recommend this place more if you like walking, peace, nature, and having your own place.

Raman and his family were very receptive and always helpful whenever we needed any assistance- from finding the location till recommending nearby places and local options to explore. They also provided us with home cooked food which was really delicious and amazing. The surroundings were so peaceful like we expected, and the penthouse live even more than our expectations, with all amenities available and cleanliness. Will definitely recommend a stay here and will surely come back whenever I get a chance.

My room and the bathroom were clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable with clean sheet. The kitchen was clean and equipped. Manish and Moniratna are friendly and respectful hosts. I'd definitely come back again.

From the moment we have booked the place for stay, we were greeted by Mr. Sachin and we had a great feeling that this stay is going to be soo worth it. He informed us about every small detail of the place and locations to visit and enjoy. The entire orchid was very beautiful with a water body near by and the host couple was so welcoming that they gave us a round of the place, took care of each and every minute requirements like stay, food, excursion, paragliding and what not. Rooms were that clean and settled up which was giving us a homely feel infact other arrangements like bonfire and sitting arrangements in the orchid were done so beautifully. None the less, the see off was so heart touching, it made us sure about our next visit.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in Tra, and it was truly a beautiful experience. From the stunning mountain views to the peaceful atmosphere, everything about the stay was refreshing. The accommodation was clean, cozy, and offered all the comforts needed for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were warm and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. Whether you're looking for adventure or simply want to unwind in nature, this stay is highly recommended. I’d definitely love to visit again!

This is an awesome property and Vimal is excellent host. It is just adjusent to river and you can spent time in peace with nature. Food is freshly cooked and tasty. There are plum, apple and Kiwi trees in property which gives a great feel if you are visiting from cities. Rooms are exactly what you see in pictures and maintained well. We felt great staying there.

What a comfortable place to stay and work from! Let's get the objective data out of the way first: I stayed here as part of a workation - my first week in India after having been away in Singapore for 2 years due to COVID. And this is a great way to spend it: 1. Wifi works well 2. Power back up works well, and is a necessary blessing 3. Good home food options close by 4. Great location - step out of the door and a white snow capped broad wall rises to the sky - and every time you see it, it amazes you (read Dhauladhar range). Mcleod Ganj town is a 10 min drive away 5. There is domestic help who cleans up every day 6. Parking available on the street The place was well provisioned, clean and immaculate - all essentials provided (for cooking, living long term etc.) Now for the non-tangibles: The host, Mr Sushil is such a warm gentleman! Welcomed so warmly, always chipped in with a friendly hello, or a fatherly tip to go around. He was extremely accommodating. In fact, I may not have been a kind enough guest for his hospitality. And did I mention how immaculate the place was, and how amazing the view was?

Very beautiful property. The manager was very enthusiastic and forthcoming and the staff was polite. Overall a great experience.

Serene and calm location with awesome Mountain View and recommended nature walks, this is the place for travelers looking for a getaway weekend… Nikhil is an awesome host and the place is a gem I had a great time !!
