Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Beachwood

This Airbnb was a great place for a quick weekend getaway! The area was quiet, and close to different activities around. Public parking right by the building was definitely a bonus!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The place was super nice and felt very updated and clean. Having snacks available was such a thoughtful touch. It definitely didn’t go unnoticed and was much appreciated. I’d absolutely stay here again!

This Condo was beautiful definitely looked like the picture. The location is great everything is walking distance. The view of lake erie was so pretty. I really enjoyed my stay and cant wait to go back

I booked on short notice. The place has everything you need. It was clean, comfortable, large bathroom. I highly recommend.

Justin's place was in a great location. It was spacious, clean, and met the needs of our family very well. My sons loved the pool and fitness area, and we enjoyed the rooftop deck every night. I'd pick this spot again the next time I'm in Cleveland.

Steve and Amanda were very kind and helped us with earlier check-in due to our early arrival from the west coast. (The property was vacant the day before our arrival). They were very accommodating. The property has a lot of space for just 2 people and I am sure a family of 4-6 would still be comfortable. The location is pretty much next to Case Western Reserve University and it’s also very close to the Cleveland Institute of Music where we needed to be on daily basis. Parking is at the back of the property at the end of a driveway but street parking is also easy most of time during our stay near the property (in front of the building or in front of neighbor’s). We weren’t careful with reading the instructions so we forgot to pack soap/ shampoo that is not included in the rental. The place is bright during the day in the living areas but the bed rooms were a bit dark especially at night when only 2 out of 3 lights work in each of the bed rooms. Overall excellent experience.

Barry is an excellent host- everything was easy. House walkable distance to restaurants and gym. Close to grocery stores, Pet Smart and Target. Quiet street. Fenced in backyard great for my dog. This home was perfect for my extended stay in Cleveland and I hope it will be available when I need to return.

This was the 2nd time my family stayed at Yvonne's Airbnb because we have cousins who live nearby. And we thought it was fantastic both times! We would highly recommend this property and are just sad we don't have an excuse to go back there anytime soon. The house was laid out really well. There was a living area in the front with a fireplace (although I'm not sure if it was operational.). And another living area in the back that had a big TV. All the rooms had a lot of windows and light. There was a desk in the front living area if someone needed to work remotely. We didn't use the kitchen much -- but it was large and well-equipped. Upstairs were two very spacious bedrooms and one cozy one. The house was decorated and furnished in a very warm and interesting way that made it feel more like someone's home than a sterile Airbnb. And the best part was how responsive Yvonne was. She got back to us in minutes whenever we had a question. It's a special place!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Laura’s property. It is extremely well located - whether that’s for local conveniences (e.g. shops, restaurants, etc) or for driving to downtown Cleveland or other destinations on the East Side of Cleveland (only a 10 minute drive to Chagrin Falls, for example). The house was very clean and well presented with lots of amenities. We would not hesitate to stay at Laura’s property in the future.

What a cozy, comfortable, and relaxing place to stay! I was staying at Shoshana‘s place because my house, which is in the same neighborhood, was undergoing some work. Her house was spacious and comfortable. It was almost like being at home. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I slept very well. The bathroom was fine except that I am a very short person (4’11”) and I could not reach the pull cord for the light which was above the sink. Plenty of towels and toiletries were available. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, etc. lots of spices and basics like oil, salt and pepper. My only problem with the kitchen was that the light is also on a pull cord. Not something I would want to discover if I was there in the winter and traveling alone. Shoshana was very responsive to some random messages I sent.i would gladly stay again. Needless to say, I felt safe in the area. Lots of restaurants down on Coventry and many more in the area as well. Enjoy!

We had the most wonderful stay at Feral Woods Estate while in town for our daughter’s wedding. Dasha and Dan have created a truly special retreat that added so much to our weekend. Even though we were hours from home, the estate made us feel completely relaxed and comfortable. The space is beautifully maintained, thoughtfully designed, and full of personal touches that made it feel incredibly welcoming. Everything we could have needed was provided, which took away so much potential stress and allowed us to simply focus on enjoying time with our family. It was the perfect setting for such a meaningful occasion, and we’re so grateful we found it. Thank you again, Dasha and Dan!

This house was perfect for our stay in Cleveland for a long weekend. Our family was in town for graduation weekend and it was the perfect location close to JCU and the Cuyahoga National Park. We enjoyed cooking meals together in the kitchen and the large kitchen table was perfect to all sit down and enjoy. The house has lots of historic charm and the host was very proactive in offering recommendations for what to do in the area. Highly recommend!

My husband stayed here for a trip to celebrate his retirement, it is a neat and perfect condo centrally located in downtown. We tried to fit in as much as we could in three and half days. We walked to Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and it was fabulous- a must see!! Also, walked to a baseball game one night, beautiful park. Visited the art museum and botanical garden, and West Side Market. As far as food, Dante for Italian was delicious, Blue Point Grille which is right across the street from this place was awesome. and Johnny's Little Bar and grill for the best burger, right around the corner also. Stephanie was the best to communicate with, she suggested things to do and we did almost all of what suggested, cant wait to return. Thanks for the best time!

Amazing little place to stay, perfect for our mini vacation. The area was super walkable and parking was easy to find. The condo had all the amenities you could need and as a bonus the water pressure was great. I would definitely book again.

Loft was perfect! Very comfortable and homey. Joseph gave us very clear instructions to find the loft and how to get in. Great location to bars, restaurants, and stadium. Would completely rent again if in the area.

A wonderful place to land for a few days...or even longer! All the amenities one might need to feel right at home. Clean, clean, clean! Comfortable furniture and bed. Right downtown and blocks from the Cleveland Browns stadium. At least 5 5-star restaurants are located right on the same block! Beautiful walk down to Lake Erie! Highly recommend.

Spent a month in this very comfortable condo! Great location to walk and get around Ohio City and surrounding neighborhoods (Hingetown, Duck Island, Tremont). :its of restaurants within walking distance along with easy access to the West Side Market. Quiet, friendly and safe neighborhood. I would definitely stay there again...highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our time here, it was perfect for a quick trip up to Cleveland for a concert, but is a versatile space and could be used for longer stays. The space was absolutely pristine and the trendy atmosphere really enhanced our stay. Lots of walkable restaurants and a very easy walk to the stadium nearby. If we have one complaint, and it has nothing to do with the actual space or the owners, it would be that parking can be expensive. We were in town for a special event so the prices were quite high, there really isn’t anything to be done about this but we thought people would want to know so they can plan accordingly.
