Great experience staying at Richard’s place. It’s located in the heart of Albany that is easy to access motorway, bus station, shopping mall and restaurants. This place is cozy and has everything we needed. Richard is super responsive too! Would highly recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for an Airbnb in this area.

Small place (would only recommend for two people) but in a great location and has everything you need! Very easy to walk around town from the location. Place was clean and hosts were very communicative!

We had a beautiful stay. It was cozy yet high end. Lovely decor and beautiful views. A romantic getaway. Could walk out the door and be on the beach or buying a great coffee in minutes. Robbie was very responsive at all time. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

We had a fantastic stay at Jan's unit. The unit is modern, secure, well located close to the beach and Auckland city and has everything we need. Highly recommended for anyone travelling to Auckland!

Our group of 7 stayed 5 nights. The pictures are accurate, the house is beautiful, we did not want to leave. It was very clean with no personal clutter which I love. Spectacular views of Rangitoto and a very relaxing atmosphere. Plenty of room for 2 families to spread out and you can have privacy when needed. There is so much house here and I don't think we used all the rooms, so lots of space. Big bedrooms with big beds. The pool was really nice but we didn't use due to the weather but the fire was very cosy Furnishings are new and beautiful, bed are comfy and huge, loved the quality linen. Lots of cutlery, cups, plates etc Mandy was very easy to communicate with and was very generous to us with snacks and drinks to welcome us, she also allow us an early check in which was so helpful I would definitely re book in a heart beat 10/10 Spectacular Home

Spacious & perfectly described . Everything you need for a family get away! Large home , comfy beds , warm and welcoming vibe , easy check in and amazing views of East Auckland . We will definitely book again for our next family get together . Highly recommend !

What a special place to spend a few days in the city. It was a corner of peace surrounded by a mini rainforest that Maureen and Stephan had beautiful curated. They had thought about all the little details, with blankets and a heater as we were going into winter, some supplies of tea, coffee etc, a mini laundry and the icing on the cake was the hot tub. Thank you for sharing this beautiful place! Would highly recommend.

This is one of the most peaceful and relaxing places I have ever stayed. The view is absolutely stunning, and the level of hospitality exceeded all expectations. I was amazed by the thoughtful touches, including fruits, snacks, and a fridge stocked with water, yogurt, and more—something I’ve never experienced before. The house is spotless, beautifully clean, and equipped with high-quality furniture and appliances that are not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing. The hosts are incredibly kind and attentive, providing everything we could possibly need and more. I regret booking only two days—I wish I had more time to enjoy this amazing place. It’s truly a gem, and I can’t recommend it enough. Thank you for such a wonderful and unforgettable stay!

The place was gorgeous — beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The high-end linen and thoughtful touches throughout made it feel so luxurious and comfortable. Jess was also fantastic at communicating and made everything so easy. Perfect Airbnb in Oneroa. A few minutes walk into town, lots of restaurants and bus stops. Two seperate sleeping areas with everything you need. Loved our stay here. Katie and Dan were friendly and responsive. The home was exactly as pictured and described and perfect for both the kids and adults. Securely gated and tranquil, we felt relaxed the entire time. The sauna was the icing on the cake. Such a nice add on to the mid century home. We stayed in winter and with heaters in every room plus a wood fire our stay was super cozy and comfortable. Would stay again!

One of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed at , honestly felt like I was at home but on a vacation at the same time HIGHLY recommend this place for anyone who wants a little getaway. We had a great stay in this lovely accommodation. Perfect for a couple. It was very quiet despite being off a main road and it was fantastic having the bus into the city right outside the door. Great coffee place across the road. Everything was very well described and Carol was a responsive and helpful host. Thanks 😊

John’s apartment is not a great apartment. No, it’s a VERY great apartment, probably the best I have ever rented in Auckland. Ideally located, very well furnished, full of light, it ticks all the boxes.

Really great place we enjoyed our stay the balcony is really nice to sit on great sunsets and the sound proofing is quite good so you don’t hear the motorway. Really close to Albany mall and the surrounding bays, so many great places to eat. And it was only 20 mins into the city. Would recommend it for a super affordable stay in Auckland.

Thank you for a lovely stay Lilly. Lillys place is lovely, it was walking distance to Ponsenby shops and central to all the areas we wanted to visit. Lilly had a cot set up for our daughter when we arrived and was very welcoming. She left us to it after showing us how to get into the apartment. The house spacious and clean and the house had everything that we needed. A beautiful home.

We had a great 3-day stay at Nick's place and would be happy to stay here again. The private balcony is clearly the star of the show with its garden, grill, jacuzzi ("spa pool" in Kiwi-speak), and Sky Tower view. The condo is in a great location (I recommend the Grey Lynn butcher shop to make best use of Nick's grill) while still being quiet & private. And Nick himself is easily among the best Airbnb hosts I've interacted with –– he went above & beyond to make sure that check in & check out were at times that made sense for us, he's got a great sense of humor ("humour" in Kiwi-speak), and generally speaking he seemed to genuinely care that we had a fun experience.

Repeat Customer This is just a very special place. We have stayed here multiple times. It feels like our home away from home. It’s just very unique to be in a very private building right in the middle of a fantastic beach town on what is probably the best urban beach in New Zealand. You will love it!

This was our second time staying at Jacqui’s place and it won’t be the last. Absolutely love this place. Location is perfect with so many restaurants, cafes, shops within walking distance.
